The following are his tips and advice for Facebook.

1. Don’t prioritize revenue over user experience. This made him frustrating constantly after MySpace was acquired.
2. Don’t limit conversations to friends. Facebook posts are only seen by friends, people will have to go to other sites like Tumblr and Twitter then.
3. People love to share photos. Beyond Instagram’s deal, FB has to come up with ways to make their own photo sharing better.

According to Hans Lienesch, an instant noodle reviewer through his popular culinary website called SeriousEats, three instant noodle brands from Indonesia are among Top 10 Instant Noodle from around the world! No wonder.

1. Indonesia: Indomie Special Fried Curly Noodles
Truly the best instant noodles I’ve ever had. I love these. The noodles are flat, very tasty; the seasonings provide a broad range of flavors, both spicy and sweet. Enjoy it with some turkey, fried eggs, pickled ginger, fried shallots and Sriracha.

2. Indonesia: Indomie Mi Goreng Rasa Ayam Panggang, BBQ Chicken Flavor
First off, it’s a jumbo pack, which means even more of it. It also comes with a whopping five seasonings, from sweet soy sauce to spicy chili sauce. The noodles are served drained without a broth. The flavorings in concert with a couple fried eggs, some pickled ginger, and fried shallots make this one unmissable.

5. Indonesia: Mie Sedaap Instant Kari Spesial Bumbu Kari Kental
Like spicy? Like curry? This one from Indonesia fills both criteria and then some. The noodles are good but the real star here is the broth; a bit greasy and so flavorful. Not only is there a curry hotness but also sweetness too. It’s excellent with a couple fried eggs.

Like other Indonesian people, I am also a big fan of instant noodle. Which one do you like, by the way? Mine is all brands –especially the fried one!

Since there are so many free video platform and distributions out there, and creating your own is not impossible anymore, why don’t you try to catch this opportunity? You can even sell your videos since many big publishers are seeking more original contents now.

You can be an instant “rock-star” if people love your video. And if you are smart enough to follow-up and ‘capitalize’ this, you can be a real rock-star. Someone will find you. Someone will hire you as a talent, musician, comedian, producer or even filmmaker!

Trust me.

The CNN deal was make sense. First,  Mashable’s content already appears on CNN’s digital properties from sometimes ago. Second, Mashable’s founder Pete Cashmore is one of regular resource persons for CNN’s tech coverage. So, it’s a good fit.

From another perspective, CNN simply wants to buy Mashable’s market share, since the cable TV is still struggling to build up their digital entity and community.

But the price tag — if this rumor is true — is amazing. Personally, I want to see this deal is true. Good move, CNN!

1. We have bloggers who sometimes are deeply embedded in the technology community and have quite a bit of insight and understanding about one or two companies/topics. But they have to write 4 or 5 or 6 or more stories a day as quickly as possible to feed the pageview beast.
2. We have more traditional journalists who are not deeply embedded in the technology community in any way and/or are forced to write for a more mainstream audience and end up writing obscenely bland stories about technology that only a brain-dead geriatric could love.

Dear fellow bloggers: if you wanted to write a piece on technology, but don’t have enough data or numbers; don’t have robust insight that you could offer; don’t get the “big picture” of the industry you would like to cover; or don’t have a very cool stuff with you on that particular topic, just change the tone. Just simply write a personal voice. Yeah, a personal experience (even it’s a subjective opinion though) won’t lead you to the same problem.

Off course, every writer needs readerships, pageview, traffic and so on. But trust and credibility should be your top priority.

Create trust first, pageview –and yeah, money, as well– will follow.

Trying out WordPress for Android’s in-app camera. I think it would help bloggers to post pictures from their mobile devices quickly. Good way to break the news.
