We went from their house in Irvine to the Montage at Laguna Beach.<br /> <br /> This is always a great option for those who never had professional wedding pictures taken or are not happy with their wedding photos – you can redo them with me and we’ll do post wedding photos on location. Another idea would be to add a certain theme to the photo session so it doesn’t even have to traditional wedding pictures! They flew down all the way from Ontario, Canada to meet me at Laguna Beach, CA for their engagement photo session! They wanted to do something fun and romantic with a scenic California background so we couldn’t go wrong with Crystal Cove. Here is one of my all time favorite images captured from their engagement portraits at the beach:<br /> <br /> Their visit was extremely short – we literally had just under two hours for their photo shoot before they had to speed straight back to LAX to catch their flight back to Canada! It was a quick session, but I was still able to connect with Marcia and Scott. Their connection and love for one another was easy to capture, and this session became the prelude for an epic wedding in Sicily Italy. It’s more like having fun and hanging out with friends. The first thing I noticed was how Anthony adored Sarah. They have a certain chemistry that’s visible in all their engagement pictures – they seem to always get lost in each other’s eyes. There was one moment when I asked Anthony to tell Sarah a little story, but when she got close to him and lightly brushed up against his face, he totally forgot what he was saying. The word for this truly beautiful wedding was “finally”.<br /> <br /> Their close friends and family were talking about this wedding like it was the most highly anticipated event in their lives. There’s good reason for that because Gerard and Janice have known each other since early childhood. Even their families have known each other just as long and they’ve all been looking forward to this day. What else can possibly be a better example of true love than what they’ve had for over twenty years? Their “finally” wedding was emotionally charged, and the highlight of their reception was a video clip of how Gerard proposed to Janice on their church’s playground (where they first met).<br /> <br /> I love it when the entire bridal party is charged up for pictures!<br /> </p> <p>There were a lot more images I wanted to show from their wedding, but instead of posting all of them here, I thought it would be a much better presentation on a slideshow.
