Lost his umbilical cord, had a bath without crying and went for a walk on the waterfront today.

Unfortunately, his father had to work and didn't see any of it!!

Thomas has stints of 3 hours of sleeping now, which is nice, and is making cute faces.

Still hates diaper changes and bath time.

His big job right now is growing, though.
He seems to be doing a pretty good job!

For the first time in his 4 days with us, we took the little guy out for a walk by the water.
Wrapped in his bunting coat and stroller, he slept through the whole thing.

As we had hoped, Derb and Thomas have gotten together swimmingly.
Derb gets to watch over the Beast in the afternoon so that Steph and I can take care of other things.

At 3:13 am January 28th, 2012, Thomas Poole was brought into this world by his Hero of a mother.

Weighing in at an even 9 lbs, Thomas is happy and healthy, as is his wonderful mom.

All is good in the world.

After a little waiting, we are off to the hospital to induce our little guy.

He's enjoying his time so close to mom... But who wouldn't!

She is doing great and high spirited.

Derb is walked and oblivious to the change all of our lives are about to enjoy.

Still no baby.
But at least everyone is happy and healthy.
Thursday's ultrasound looked good, so he is ready whenever he's ready to give up his freeloader status.
