Give yourself an hour at the pool doing this is helping you tone your body. That’s why I say it’s one of the best exercises you can do because it works just about your whole body.  There are tons of good machines you can use to get in shape.  Now if you don’t like going to the gym there is always different ways to workout. Another great exercise is doing jumping jacks they are great for a full body exercise. Try doing 4 sets of 20 and you can always amp it up.
