<p>You&#8217;re in luck, and I want you to know that I understand your problem.  I was once overweight going from diet to diet until I decided to make things simple for myself.  When I did this, the doors to substantial weight loss opened up for me and that&#8217;s when I really learned how to <strong>burn fat fast</strong>.</p>
<h2>The most important Aspect to Burn Fat Fast</h2>
<p>Think about it for a second.  <strong>What&#8217;s the most important things you can do to lose weight?</strong></p>
<p>I bet you know the answer to the question already.  Eat fruits  and veggies, and exercise right?  Well why haven&#8217;t we started doing that yet then?</p>
<p>Before we get into <strong>my revolutionary 7 day system to burn fat fast</strong> that will burn 10 pounds of fat, I want you to know that there is an easy answer as to why you haven&#8217;t started burning fat yet.  The reason why we haven&#8217;t started to keep on a rigorous diet is because we don&#8217;t have a set up plan.</p>
<p>If we don&#8217;t have a plan, we only know where to start, but not where to go afterward.  Well you&#8217;re in luck because I have a plan listed for you below that helped me lose 10 pounds in 7 days;  And you are really going to <em>burn fat fast</em> when you use it.  I kept to this diet strict as well as the exercise program, and if you do the same, you&#8217;re going to see some sweet fat loss.  Yes 10 pounds is even possible for the guy who just wants to get ripped.</p>
<h3>Behold my Revolutionary New Formula to Burn Fat Fast</h3>
<p>You&#8217;re diet is going to consist mostly of only the most ravishing, healthy and natural foods on the face of this earth.  Fruits and veggies;  you got it!</p>
<p>So for breakfast, It&#8217;s a good idea to eat only fruits.  The first couple of days may be hard but you will learn to love doing this in the morning.  The amount of energy you receive from this is astonishing.  For lunch, you should eat about 3 quarters of a plate of veggies (preferably steamed or raw) with a meat high in protein (this can be something like Tuna and mustard).  Now for dinner, it&#8217;s going to be almost the same as your lunch with a high protein meat (I like skinless boneless chicken breast in this case) and a lot of veggies!  If you want to make these meals smaller and have some fruits in between the meals then that&#8217;s also a great option.</p>
<p>For your workouts, I want to introduce you to a concept I&#8217;ve been using for a little while.  It basically demyths this whole &#8220;go to the gym one time and day and kill yourself&#8221; mentality.  The truth is,  you can&#8217;t get as much exercising in by going to the gym once in  a day and then sitting on your but the rest of the day.  Ideally, you would burn the most weight if you were doing bodyweight exercises all day throughout the day.  Anyways, I know you don&#8217;t have the time for this so I&#8217;ll show you the best alternative.</p>
<h4>The exercises to burn fat fast</h4>
<p>You will be working out 3 times per day.  These workouts are not meant to make you so tired that you don&#8217;t want to workout during the next workout.  You will be doing the workouts so that when you are finished, your body feels really good.  Doing this, will allow you to work out 3 times per day and burn way more calories than just the one gym session.</p>
<p>The morning exercise will consist of a nice medium distance intense run to get your body moving.  Make sure to do a nice warmup before the run.  Do what&#8217;s comfortable for you and when you think you can&#8217;t run anymore, stop and walk.  The first day is just a test, so don&#8217;t go overboard yet.  You can up the intensity in the days after to see even more burn fat fast results.</p>
<p>You&#8217;re going to be doing bodyweight exercises like push-ups, squats, supermans, calf raises, and crunches for the afternoon workout.  Do one set of each of the exercises listed before this, and then take a 5 minute break or so, and get back to another set.  I&#8217;d recommend doing at least 3 sets to the point where you still feel good.  Don&#8217;t kill yourself and do it too fast. <h3>Get Off of your Computer</h3>

So find a forum to share your news with!  Be careful with information paralysis though, just use it to find a few friends that you can stay updated with on your goals.</p>
<h3>Don&#8217;t get Paralyzed by all the Information</h3>
<p>Next there is a lot of information out there on how to lose weight! And there are so many programs that claim to be the best <u>weight loss diet</u> out there.  I will tell you right now, a lot of the people out there who want to lose weight are perfectionists when it comes to this stuff, and chances are you are too! That&#8217;s why you clicked on the title of this blog post claiming the perfect weight loss diet!  Even if you found the perfect diet, it would hardly be more effective than the tools I am giving you in this post.  That is because I am giving you can EXCELLENT weight loss diet plan.  Don&#8217;t get paralyzed by these perfectionists! Calorie counting, carb to protein to fat ratios, calorie burning counts and all the rest of these things can be implemented after you start losing weight.  Do not try doing these things before you start losing weight or you will never start your weight loss diet plan. Being a perfectionist on how to lose weight is what will kill your dreams of ever losing a pound.</p>
<h3>Find a Plan you can Follow</h3>
<p>Next you need the right information on how to lose weight.  You can go through my blog to find some great information on how to lose weight and that&#8217;s exactly what I suggest to start.  I noticed when I began searching blogs I received a lot of very helpful information but I couldn&#8217;t put it together and my results suffered big time for this.  So the final step in my plan is to trust someone who has a weight loss diet plan set out for you.  One such person that has this plan and whom I trust completely is Tom Venuto and his program Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle.  You can see all over my blog that I support this program because it is what helped me with my weight loss.</p>

<h3>Are all Weight Loss Programs Lying to You?</h3>
<p>Are you familiar with the headlines like &#8220;Lose 20 pounds in one week!&#8221; or &#8220;get ripped in 2 weeks or your money back!&#8221;  I definitely enjoyed these bold claims when I first started trying to lose weight.  They seemed like the life saver I had been waiting for, like there was some new method out there that would solve all my problems.   <strong>Well I&#8217;m telling you all of these claims are absolutely ridiculous.</strong> <span id="more-46"></span>I&#8217;d buy these programs one after another, and realize I already knew all the information in them from reading a program I had bought the week before.</p>
<h3><strong>Weight Loss Programs are Fooling You</strong></h3>

<p>It was very frustrating each and every time I bought one of these programs and I would immediately blame them for ill-advising me once again.  I had already put their so called &#8220;revolutionary methods&#8221; into affect and didn&#8217;t achieve the results they claimed.  Was it me or was it them?  To be completely honest, it was a little bit of both.</p>
<p>First of all, I was blatantly lied to, there&#8217;s no question about that.  But was the program I bought decent enough to help me lose weight?  Yes it probably was.  I was just too concerned with the quick results from minimal work .  My mindset was way off and unless that changed, I would never lose any weight from any <em>weight loss programs</em>.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you&#8217;re new to the weight loss scene then you found that there&#8217;s a lot of information out there, especially contradictory information and sometimes you just don&#8217;t know what to believe.  Here&#8217;s one thing that you <strong>need</strong> to believe if you want to jumpstart your weight loss.  It as been proven over and over and over again. </p>

<p><H3> Why is breakfast so important? </H3> What I&#8217;m talking about is eating breakfast every single morning.  Studies have shown that when you eat breakfast, you will end up eating less calories throughout the day.  When you skip breakfast, you blood sugar drops as well as your metabolism, which means you stop burning any fat.  What happens next is you become hungry because you have less energy and you are coerced into going up for that McDonalds run or eating the free donuts at your work.   You get hit twice for only one mistake, that&#8217;s the worst part!  </p>

<p>On the other hand, when you eat breakfast, your body feels satisfied and you have a lot more energy during the day.  Do you know what this means?  You are vitalized to do the things you need to do to lose weight, like working out or going for a quick run in the afternoon.</p>
<p><H3> What&#8217;s your best choice for a morning breakfast?</h3>
<p>  Despite what you may think, the popular special K&#8217;s and total breakfast cereals aren&#8217;t as great as they were once thought to be.  Yes, they supply you with vitamins important for the rest of the day, but they are also high glycemic foods.  This meaning that when they are digested, they contain obscene amounts of simple sugars.  And consequently simple sugars are always stored as fat and have negative affects on blood pressure, energy, and you overall health.</p>
<p>I know, I know, most of the &#8220;health foods&#8221; don&#8217;t taste good and that&#8217;s why you&#8217;ve been avoiding them.  About a year ago, I found the ultimate solution to this problem.  I like to call it &#8220;strawberry oatmeal.&#8221;  And no I&#8217;m not take about the sugar filled Quaker Oats packages.  What I do is buy bulk plain oatmeal and strawberry protein powder, specifically optimum nutrition&#8217;s 100% whey.  I also use milk when making my breakfast because it gives it that rich creamy taste that is hard not to think about.  There&#8217;s actually a science to this process to make sure that the protein doesn&#8217;t denature and to ensure that it tastes absolutely mouth watering.  It&#8217;s the best breakfast I have ever had. </p>
<p>First, poor a cup of milk and heat it up in the microwave for 1 minute.  Put you plain oatmeal in a bowl and poor the heated milk on top of it.  Now, place the bowl of oatmeal into the microwave for another 30 &#8211; 40 seconds.  When you take it out, its time to add your protein into the mix.  Not only is this the healthiest breakfast around for you, but it honestly tastes amazing. </p>

<p><H3> Whats the benefit of the protein powder? </H3> I&#8217;m glad you asked!  After almost 8 hours of not eating, your body is craving food, especially protein.  Protein is important for keeping muscle mass and everyone knows that lean muscular bodies look the best on both men and women.  Having that protein in the morning is going to ensure you aren&#8217;t losing muscle when you wake up and start dealing with the other things in your life. </p>

<p>This second exercise is going to have your obliques, core and whole upper body burning after! Alright, I call this one the “bent over oblique swing.”  <span id="more-25"></span>What you do is bend over at your waist to a 90° angle with a heavy dumbbell, kettlebell or weight plate in your hands.  Next, swing to one side and try to hold it at the top for a second then slowly return to the starting position.  Do that 3 – 6 times and then switch sides.</p>
<p>Doing these exercises just once a day are going to help you <em>lose waist fat</em> like nothing else, but doing more than 1 set will show you results almost immediately!  If you go to a gym, your best bet is to try and spread them out throughout your gym session because you want to have as much energy as possible when completing them.  If you have the leisure to work out at home whenever you want, I suggest spreading them out throughout the day for maximal benefits.  I’ve been able to fit 10 sets in on one day at home, whereas if I went to the gym I could only finish 3 or 4 sets without falling to the ground in complete exhaustion.  These exercises are going to do wonders for you so start on them right away!</p>

<p>After reading that above bolded part, you might think this is guy is crazy!  No one in their right mind would pay $1000 for a weight loss product.  Who is this guy kidding?</p>
<p>Well my name is Justin Holland and let me help you understand where I’m coming from.  If you’ve found this site, you’re on the hunt to find something to help you lose fat and put on some lean muscle.  You’ve also probably bought more than a few of these so called “weight loss” products.  Maybe it was an information product, a scamming diet pill, or one of those sauna belts that only help you lose water weight. (Yes I tried all of these and wasted so much damn money!!!!  It’s something I still regret to this day).  </p>

<p>I spent close to $1200 on these types of products and lost a total of 10 pounds over two years.
