We are in the home stretch!

Election day is Tuesday May 4th. This is the last weekend before the primary to get my name out to the voters. I will be canvassing this Saturday and Sunday and I hope that you will have a few hours to walk with me. We have worked very hard with very little money during the last couple months to get my name out to the voters and I appreciate all of the help I have received from you. I thank those who have donated time and money to this effort but we are not done yet. If you can spare a couple hours, I hope to see you this weekend. For those who find it challenging to walk, I still need volunteers to make phone calls on my behalf and I need volunteers on election day, Tuesday May 4th to sit by the precincts with a yard sign handing out cards to the voters. Now, if you don't have time to do anything at all, then please consider making a donation to my campaign.

Please vote on Tuesday May4th and tell your friends to vote. Tell them to visit my website at www.burrusforohio.com. Someone once said , "Leaders are ordinary people with extraordinary determination". I like to think I fit that description so it's time we vote leaders into office.

I don't buy the idea that someone should have to die because they dont have enough money...

I want to focus on the health Care issue. I don’t want to see anyone lose a life or not get critical care they need for an illness because they cannot afford to pay health premiums. It’s in humane to allow someone in America to die for those reasons. We are the nations leaders and I want Ohio to be on the cutting edge and show the world the America is ready to do this.

We need access to education and training.

It’s great and commendable that our state’s schools rank 5th in the nation as far as providing a quality education for our children. We now need to provide access to higher education for those children as well as skills training for those who want technical or warehouse jobs.

I want a healthy future for my children’s children and future generations in Ohio.

In order to do that we have to have jobs for Ohioans . So I plan to focus my efforts towards brining jobs to this state.
