The  Prada “Yo-Yo Bag” is a medium sized bag inspired by shapes from the 1950s. Featured heavily in their Fall ad campaign, the Yo-Yo is Prada’s key bag for the season’s ’50s inspired theme presenting a variety of materials from patent leather to crocodile, shiny calfskin mixed together for contrast. Gucci Connect E-vent is inviting you to log-in and watch the show at the same time as fashion buyers and press do so at the seasonal fashion shows.  Gucci will be launching what they are calling their digital flagship store- gucci.com on September 22. Yes it is their website but very much updated with more flash features.

Gucci Connect E-vent allow its users to view the fashion show through live webcam. With the webcams Gucci is able to have more people view the show and engage fans virtually.

These fur-lined shoes from Celine’s Fall 2010 collection remind us of Swiss modern surrealist artist Meret Oppenheim‘s most famous fur-lined teacups.  Except that these are function fashion pieces that, from the looks of it, will be sure to keep your feet warm in winter even if it seems to some a tad indulgent to walk in fur!

It seems that Pacific Place Mall’s renovation is coming to an end as more and more newly renovated stores are now re-opening.
