There are 23 questions that are a part of the Indian BAR exam and these questions will be part of at least 5 subjects that are part of Category B.

You can download the All India BAR examination model question paper from the official site of the AIBE. This will help you to understand the type of questions that are generally asked in the BAR exam and will help you prepare for the law entrance exams in india 2013.

Flexibility of the BAR exam India

The BAR exam is flexible in nature. It is held in different cities across the country and at the same time, the exam in held in English, Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Oriya, Gujarati, Marathi, Kannada and Telegu. The exam candidate can choose with any of the languages and they will receive the study material for the exam in the language that they have chosen.

All India BAR Examination pattern

There are 100 multiple choice questions in the paper and they are divided into two kinds of questions. They are “knowledge based” and “reasoning”.

The time duration for the examination is 3 hours and 30 minutes. It is an open book kind of examination and thus, the candidates have the option of bringing in material to the examination and referring to them, to answer the questions. Manuscripts are allowed in the examination, but the use of electronic devices for any purpose whatsoever is not permitted. There is no negative marking in the examination and you need a minimum score of 40% to clear the examination.

The result of the examination will not provide you with any grades or marks. As I mentioned previously, the examination result will just let you know whether you passed the examination or not.

How to apply for bar council exam

The candidate can appear for the BAR exam after they have applied for the examination and you can get the form online. Once you have the form filled up, you need to submit along with the documents demanded with it, the main one being the proof that states that the candidate has been enrolled as an advocate.

Details of the admit card

Once your application form reaches the BAR council and it is accepted by them, they will send you the All India Bar Examination admit card that will have all the details of the examination, that is, the date of the examination, the centre, timing etc. You will need to carry this admit card to the examination hall, or you will not be allowed to appear for the examination. The admit card will be made available online on the following site: www.barcouncilofindia.org

All you need to do is, download the admit card and then take a printout of the same, so that you can carry it to your examination centre.

To make it easier for students, the BAR council will send the admit cards to the emails of the students who are appearing for the exam and in case the mobile number has been provided, they will receive the roll number on that as well.

In case you have not got your admit card or you lost it somewhere, then you need to reach your examination centre an hour before the commencement of the paper and meet the examination incharge with the below mentioned documents.

The exam is held twice a year and the date of the examination is announced a couple of days before the application forms are made available to the students who wish to give the examination.

You will need to pay a sum of Rs. 1300 to the Bar Council of India. This is considered as the sum that you need to pay towards receiving the study material before the examination is actually held.

In case you are appearing for the examination again as you were not able to clear the exam in the previous attempt, then you just have to pay a sum of Rs. 700 and all the information that you require with respect to where you need to pay the money, mode of payment etc, is present on the application form.

There are centres all across the country, but getting the centre of your choice can be an issue as there are numerous students appearing for the exam each time it is held. You will be asked for the choices of your examination centre, in the application form and in case you are luck you will get the centre of your first choice, if not, you just have to travel to the city that is your second or even third choice.

A degree program lays emphasis on the theory side of academics. PGDBA MBA difference

The PGDBA is considered to be at par with the MBA degree, but the issue lies when you want to go and work abroad on the basis of this diploma as it is not accepted out of the country. Thus, if the student is looking to go out of the country after the course, then PGDBA is clearly not the course for him/her as there is no global recognition for the course. On the other hand, the PGDBA course is considered to be equivalent to an MBA. Also, if you are planning to go in for a doctorate program after the post graduation, then you need to pursue an MBA and not the PGDBA as there is no scope for the same as the diploma is not taken into consideration by most universities. The program design of both the courses is extremely similar and thus, you will not be able to choose any one, just on the basis of easy of study.

Also, to get into an MBA course, you will need to be a graduate and then some work experience is commended and taken into consideration by colleges who want students for MBA, thus, you need a work experience if you are looking to do you MBA after you have completed your graduation. But, as the need for the people with post graduation in business administration is on the rise, there is the inclusion of the PGDBA. The plus point of this course is that you don’t need to have any prior work experience to get into the course. Also, PGDBA is mainly offered by private owned institutions that do not have the recognition of the University Grants Commision (UGC) and thus, getting a chance to even work abroad after the completion of that course does not seem likely.

Depending on your need, you have to select any one of the three courses so that you can achieve your goal. The differences are not very many and I do not believe that any of these courses are better than the other. They are all equal and need to be chosen depending upon what you are looking to do with your career on in the future.

Operating system

Coming to the memory of the tablet, it has 2GB RAM which is decent enough for a tablet and can have up to 32GB of internal storage depending upon the model that you purchase and is expandable upto 64GB. There is a microSD card slot that has been integrated with the tablet and you can use your memory card to increase the memory space of the tablet in case you feel that the RAM is not sufficient.

The price of the tablet has not been made public yet neither Samsung Galaxy Note 8 Release Date is officially confirmed, but it is being assumed that it will be somewhere around the same cost as that of the iPad Mini.
