They are the HDMI, USB 2.0, AV composite, VGA output etc. In my view this is the best television in this list. The features that it has are better than the others that have been mentioned and at the same time, it is not extortionately priced.

These are the televisions with USB ports. You can get them from any television store or you can get it online. There are many deals that you can get on these televisions. You just need to decide on any of them and then start looking for the right place to shop for it. Look at the online prices and the showroom prices before you buy the television of your choice.

Going abroad for higher studies is what most people opt for these days as the benefits of this are umpteen. There is a lot more exposure that you can get while you are studying abroad and when you get back to your country there is a whole new outlook that you enter with and since you have global exposure you are a preferred choice of most of the companies back home. To study abroad, best countries are the ones in the west as they are more developed and the practices that they follow are the latest and thus, if you study there you will be a step ahead of your batchmates back home. The cost of studies is something that you need to worry about, as it is relatively more expensive than studies in your native country. In this post, I will discuss the cost of studying in United States, United Kingdom and Australia and the courses that are trending there presently.

Studying in the United States

Education in the United States is coveted as this is considered to be one of the best countries in the world, with reference to studies and job market. There are countless universities that you can take admission in and start your studies there. The main universities that you can apply for admission have been mentioned below.

●University of Alabama
●Harvard University
●Massachusetts Institute of Technology
●University of Texas
●University of Mississipi

Also Read : Study in Canada

Trending courses in the United States

The United states has a whole rainbow of courses to offer to you. There is no subject that you cannot get into, if you want. But, there are some of the courses that are in huge demand these days. the main ones
are:

●Masters in Business Administration- 2 years
●Master of Science- 2 years
●Post Graduation in Public Relations- 2 years

These courses are hugely in demand these days and getting into a university that offers these courses is not everyone’s cup of tea.

How much it cost to study in United States?

The cost is subject to the state that you are living in and what university you are going to. The basic costs that a student will incur each month have been broken down for you.

For MBA- Average total fee, per year: $2500
Rent: $500-2000$ per month, you can either live alone or share your apartment to cut down costs
Groceries- $200 per month
Utilities- $100 per month
Telephone- $100 per month
Miscellaneous- $100 per month

Thus, apart from the college fee, you will need to shell out $1000-2000 each month to cover your expenses each month.

How much money is required to study MS in USA

MS in another trending course in the US. Depending on whether the university is public or private you will have to pay an average of $25000 each year for the course. A public owned university is far cheaper than a private owned one, thus, you must consider a public owned university. There are very many scholarships that you can apply for and most of your fee will be taken care of, in case you get the scholarship. In case you don’t, there is the education loan for studying abroad, that can help you out with your expenses.

Eligibility

The eligibility criteria of the universities in the United States are pretty comprehensive. Depending upon the course there are different criteria, but the ones that remain the same for all courses is the IELTS/TOEFL. You may need to write an essay for the university and also may have to sit through an interview process so that you can get admitted in the university.

Part time hours

How to pay education loan in India

Once you apply for a loan from the bank that suits your needs and the loan gets sanctioned, you need to think of a way to pay off the loan once you are done with your education as the interest will be mounting and you do not want to pay, twice or thrice of your loan amount because you did not pay the installments that were set by the bank.

The repayment terms for most banks are the same, that is there is a repayment holiday period that lasts till the time of course completion plus an year or six months which you are give to find a job and then repay the loan.

The repayment needs to be completed within 5 to 7 years since the commencement of installment payment and you can pay off the capital amount along with the interest, if your salary allows it. This will reduce the interest amount as the capital will decrease.

But, if you are prudent enough, then you will not wait to get a job after college and will look for a part time job, while you are in college itself and then pay off the loan while you are study. By, the time you have completed the course, a major portion of the loan will be paid off and the installment amount will also shrink as you will have paid some money towards the capital amount as well.

In case you are not able to get a part time job while you are studying, then you need to look for a job as soon as you are out of college and start paying of the loan as soon as possible, so that you don’t have to pay a whopping sum later. There have been cases in the past where people have tried to evade loan repayment after securing jobs and have got into trouble for it. Thus, you need to start paying at the earliest. Now that you are well versed with what you must know before you take an educational loan, you are prepared to take one and fulfill your dream of continuing education for a better and more respectable life.

Coming back to the question with which I started this post “Is Canada good place for higher studies?”, well, the answer is definitely positive as you get a global exposure, a valid degree at the end of the course, experience while you are studying and most importantly, you get a chance to bag a job, by the end of the course.

The earnings are also higher and when the amount is converted in the Indian Rupee, the rate of earning is quite high, in fact higher than that of most other countries. Apart from this, it is easier to get permanent residentship in the country after working for a while in the country. This gives you a chance to settle in the country if you like it and once you become a citizen of the country you can reap the benefits that the government provides its people. In case you do not want to continue there, you can always get back and you will be preferred for jobs in your country as you have global exposure. This post article gives you more than enough reason to quit what you are doing right now and look for a course that interests you, in a decent college and get all the necessary documents that you require to fill in the VISA form and fly to Canada at the earliest and start a new and improve life once you are here.

Business degrees are the need of the hour these days. Every employer is looking for candidates who have a business degree and that makes all the degrees, especially the post graduate ones. The ones that are hot in the market presently are MBA, PGDGBA and PGDBM. these are all different courses and not many know the difference between MBA, PDGDBA and PGDBM. We will first go through each course in detail and then look into the differences.

What is MBA?

MBA or Masters of Business Administration is post graduation in business administration. The course is offered in various disciplines. The main courses are accounting, human resources, operations management etc. The course that they take will determine their specialization in the course at a later stage. There are many universities that offer the MBA program in India and the colleges need to be recognized by AICTE or UGC, for it to be a good college or university. There are MBA programs that are offered in all parts of the world, and in the UK it is just a 1 year course.

Duration: It is a 2 year program and there may be an internship phase along with the course

Best colleges and universities offering MBA in India: There are many colleges and universities that provide the MBA degree in India. The elite ones have been mentioned below.

Manipal university

Christ College, Bangalore

ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad

There are institutes that offer long distance MBA programs. These courses are taken by those who are already working, but need an add on degree so that they can get a promotion in the organization or look for a better position in some other organization. The most popular institute for this is the Sikkim Manipal university. All the colleges that offer this course are sure to be affiliated to a certain university and it is this university that provides the student the degree after the completion of the course.

What is PGDBA?

PGDBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration. It is awarded by technical institutions of India that do not have the authority to provide an MBA degree as they do not fulfill the necessary criteria to be do so. The name itself suggests that it is a diploma course and thus, the colleges and institutions that provide it are autonomous in nature. The course is considered to be at par with the MBA program that the rest of the universities offer. One of the alluring features of the course is that you can choose for a dual specialization and that will help you to specialize in two fields, thus increasing your prospects of a job.

Duration: Two to three years, full time study

Best institutions offering PGDBA in India: The main institutions that are offering PGDBA in India are as follows.

Amity Business School, Noida

Loyola Institute of Business Administration, Chennai

Institute of Management Studies, Ghaziabad

Institute for Integrated Learning in Management, Noida

Symbiosis PGDBA is one of the best. To apply for the course you need not have any job experience in the field which is becoming mandatory for the MBA course these days.

What is PGDBM?

PGDBM or Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management is similar to a MBA programme just that it is a diploma program and is offered by colleges and institutions. Thus, the course is pretty much the same and you need to appear for the CAT and score well in case you want to get into any of the prestigious institutions that offer this course. The course is more job related and thus, the structure of the course is such that the student gets exposure to the job that they will be placed in, in the future. So, it is basically practical based form of study.

Duration of the course: Two years, full time

Best institutions that offer the course: Some of the most renowned colleges in the country are known to offer a PGDBM. the main ones have been listed for you.

Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore

Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad

Xavier institute of Management

IBS, Hyderabad

There is a lot of confusion that people face when they want to choose a post graduation in business administration and they keep looking for MBA vs PGDM and MBA vs PGDBM which is better, so on and so forth. Here is everything that you need to know about the MBA vs PGDBM in India.

Full time MBA vs PGDBM

The main difference between MBA and PGDBM is the same as a degree diploma difference, that is MBA will get you a degree from a recognized university. In the case of a PGDBM you will earn a diploma at the end of the course. There is no recognition from any university and the institution is functioning autonomously. This difference makes us look at the matter more closely and find out the diploma and degree difference.

There are part time MBA programs that are available and it makes sense to go in for a long distance MBA program as most of the course design is academic and coping with the assignments and other work that is presented is far more easier and doing a PGDBM course that is mainly job related. The purpose of doing the course will not be fulfilled and this is the main reason why people chose to go in for a long distance MBA than a PGDBM course.

Difference in degree and diploma

Before going into the differences, one thing that you need to know is that both degree and diploma are certifications of completion of the courses that you have completed. There are couple of differences in diploma and degree. One of them I already mentioned. The second one that the focus of both the courses are different. A degree program lays emphasis on the theory side of academics. The course is designed in a manner such that the person who is taking the course can go to research side of the subject if their interest lies in that area. While the diploma course is structured in a manner such that it is more inclined towards the practical side of academics. Most diplomas have the course the apprenticeships that are part of the curriculum, which allow the student to handle job situations and thus prepares them for the workplace. Thus, if you are looking to go in for fieldwork after the course, then in the diploma versus degree choice, you need to go in for a diploma.
The degree courses may last for 3 to 4 years, can also be less, but a diploma program generally lasts for around 1 to 2 years at the most.

These are the main differences diploma degree have. While choosing a course with respect to the job that you want in the future, you need to base your decision on this information and only then will you be able make the right choice.

Also Read : Good College Vs Bad College

PGDBA MBA difference

The PGDBA is considered to be at par with the MBA degree, but the issue lies when you want to go and work abroad on the basis of this diploma as it is not accepted out of the country. Thus, if the student is looking to go out of the country after the course, then PGDBA is clearly not the course for him/her as there is no global recognition for the course. On the other hand, the PGDBA course is considered to be equivalent to an MBA. Also, if you are planning to go in for a doctorate program after the post graduation, then you need to pursue an MBA and not the PGDBA as there is no scope for the same as the diploma is not taken into consideration by most universities. The program design of both the courses is extremely similar and thus, you will not be able to choose any one, just on the basis of easy of study.

Also, to get into an MBA course, you will need to be a graduate and then some work experience is commended and taken into consideration by colleges who want students for MBA, thus, you need a work experience if you are looking to do you MBA after you have completed your graduation. But, as the need for the people with post graduation in business administration is on the rise, there is the inclusion of the PGDBA. The plus point of this course is that you don’t need to have any prior work experience to get into the course. Also, PGDBA is mainly offered by private owned institutions that do not have the recognition of the University Grants Commision (UGC) and thus, getting a chance to even work abroad after the completion of that course does not seem likely.

Depending on your need, you have to select any one of the three courses so that you can achieve your goal. The differences are not very many and I do not believe that any of these courses are better than the other. They are all equal and need to be chosen depending upon what you are looking to do with your career on in the future.

This 8 inch tablet from Samsung to combat Apple iPad Mini is not counted in the android mobile phones, as it has been released under the tablet category. This means that Samsung is clearly targeting the Apple iPad and wants to destroy its market presence.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 8 Tablet, like it’s predecessors will have a touchscreen and can be operated upon, with a stylus. If you are wondering what’s new about this, well, the stylus, can be split into two and both of them can be used on the tablet, to create your drawing or whatever project you are working on. This is the most exciting feature of the tablet. This is the first tablet that will recognize the functioning of two styluses at a given point of time.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 Tablet is clearly meant for the business class and the corporate sector people. It is clearly not a tablet for the youth and thus, the price is expected to create quite a stir when it is made known to the masses (Note: samsung galaxy note 8.0 price in india is not yet confirmed). There are going to be many new mobile phones and tablets that 2013 will see and this one is sure to leave an impact on the people. It will be showcased for the first time at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona that commences on the 25th of February, 2013. The company is expecting to create quite a furor with this launch of theirs.

There are going to be many mobile phone and tablet reviews in the time to come and what still needs to be seen is whether going in for the samsung galaxy note 8.0 tablet is a better idea than to go in for any one of the latest tablets in India. I am confident that the tablet will be a huge competition for the iPad Mini, once it is launched in the market.

What does the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 Tablet carry?

Here is a summary of the features and specifications of the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 Tablet. Take a look, to know more about it.

Processor

The Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 is a power-packed performer. It houses a 1.6GHz ARM quad core A9 processor that makes it one of the fastest tablets to be made. Samsung Galaxy Note 8 Processor is undoubtedly the best processor available in market in any tablets so far.

Display

The tablet is equipped with an 8 inch WXGA, TFT touchscreen display, that has the support of the S Pen that became famous when the first Galaxy Note was launched. The screen is large and the multitasking feature has been added that lets you work on two or more apps on the same screen. The Samsung Galaxy Note 8 Screen Display is one of the positives of this tablet.

Camera

The camera of the tablet is not what I would want it to be. Samsung Galaxy Note 8 Tablet has a 5MP rear facing camera, which according to me should have been an 8MP one. There is also a front facing camera that has a 1.3MP sensor, thus, video conferencing is a possibility. Samsung Galaxy Note 8 Tablet Picture Quality is sure to blow your mind.

Stylus

The tablet has an S pen to die for. the S pen can be split into two and given the multitasking feature, the user can work both S pens on the screen and use two apps at the same time. The latest feature that has been added to the pen is that you need not really touch the screen while you are using it and has been named the AirView. This is clearly the most alluring feature of the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0

Operating system

The tablet is based on the Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean operating system and there are pre-installed software and apps that are present in the phone. The apps that are preloaded enable the user to use the gadget as soon as it is out of the box.

Memory

Coming to the memory of the tablet, it has 2GB RAM which is decent enough for a tablet and can have up to 32GB of internal storage depending upon the model that you purchase and is expandable upto 64GB. There is a microSD card slot that has been integrated with the tablet and you can use your memory card to increase the memory space of the tablet in case you feel that the RAM is not sufficient.

The price of the tablet has not been made public yet neither Samsung Galaxy Note 8 Release Date is officially confirmed, but it is being assumed that it will be somewhere around the same cost as that of the iPad Mini.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 Tablet that was launched just yesterday will soon make way to the Galaxy S4 that will be showcased at New York. As I mentioned before, the Galaxy Note 8.0 is not for everyone and it is made for a certain class. Will it suit the needs of the corporate sector? Yes. Even before it is in the stores I can say that this tablet will do well. Most people have had enough of the Apple iPad and are looking for something different and the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 is going to be that refreshing change for them. The company has not mentioned anything about when the tablet will be made available in the Indian market. Samsung Galaxy Note 8 online deals are yet to be listed, but one thing is sure it would be a Galaxy Note 8 Vs Apple iPad that people would be comparing with.

Top 5 tablets in the market with same camera quality

The Samsung Galaxy Note has a 5MP rear facing shooter and even though I feel that there could have been a better camera, there is nothing that this one lacks and it is actually one of the features of the tablet that make it stand out among the rest. Here is a list of the other handsets that have the same rear facing camera and the features that they pack.

Google Nexus

Google Nexus is one of the best tablets that are currently available in the market. It has a 10 inch display and has a dual core ARM Cortex A15 processor alongside a quad core Mali T604 graphics processor. It has the Google Now feature that makes it even more coveted. It is available in both, Wi-Fi and 3G models.

Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1

This is the predecessor of the Galaxy Note 8.0. It managed to get a lot of attention when it was first launched. The tablet is based on the Ice Cream Sandwich operating system with the Samsung TouchWiz user interface. It has a 10.1 inch WXGA display and an internal memory of 2GB.

iPad Mini

The iPad Mini from Apple is the main competitor of the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0. It is an Apple product and that is more than enough reason for people to flock to get it. It has a dual core A5 processor and 7.9‑inch (diagonal) LED-backlit Multi‑Touch display with IPS technology. It is available in the Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi + cellular version.

Motorola Droid XYBOARD 8.2

Motorola has come out with this tablet and it is also one to watch out for. It is based on the Ice Cream Sandwich operating system. It is equipped with an 8.2 inch IPS LCD Multi-touch capacitive touchscreen display that has a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels.

Blackberry Playbook 3G+

The Blackberry Playbook 3G+ is truly a beast. It has all the features that will make it the best choice and Galaxy Note 8.0 is sure to find tough competition in it, as well. It runs on the Blackberry Tablet operating system and has a 7.0 inch capacitive multi-touch display. There is a 3MP front facing camera that makes it better than the other tablets in this segment. It has 1024 MB RAM which is a weak point of the tablet.

These tablets that I just mentioned are definitely not low cost mobile phones and you will have to spend quite a sum to acquire even a single one of them. Galaxy Note 8.0 is a tablet and can be pretty bulky if you plan to use it as one. Among them, the Galaxy Note 8.0 definitely is the best as it has the features of all of them put together and yet, is bigger and better. It is definitely one of those gadgets that will prove to be a good buy and will live upto your expectations as it has the 3G and 4G networks that can be supported. The Apple iPad mini is sure to suffer a blow because of this tablet, but it remains to be seen if the masses go in for this tablet, in place of the smartphones that are available in the market or are soon to be launched. If you are looking for a tablet, then, this should be your first choice. Most of the time it has been observed that Tablets Price in Mumbai and Tablet Price in New Delhi cost much less than any part of country.

There is no change in curriculum, the curriculum that is studied at ISB Hyderbad will be followed in ISB Mohali, while the option for selective will be quite different here. Apart from regular electives like Marketing, Finance and Strategic Leadership, the mohali campus is seen offering Manufacturing and Healthcare as new electives.
