In 13th May, Yahoo made the Nasdaq lower, (NASDAQ:YHOO) down 3.6% at $16.55 with the news of Yahoo Inc's battle with Alibaba Group as a dispute with Chinese e-commerce firm Alibaba Group Holding Ltd.

The reason of this is without of board or shareholders of Yahoo and Softbank, Alibaba Group Holding Ltd. spun off its Alipay online-payment business to a different company and Yahoo and Softbank didn’t know until 31th March of the transfer, which happened a long time in August. This effect make investors evaluate the value of Yahoo's.

However, Yahoo said the Alibaba Group to restructure its ownership of assets Alipay work done in two steps (the both of steps occur in August 2010 & the first quarter of year 2011).
