Well I know I have not been blogging so much and I really miss it.

I had a rough patch this holiday season. My dad was diagnosed with lung cancer and within a month he died. I was blessed to be at his side during the entire illness. It makes you realize how important family is especially as you are getting up there in age as I am. Jan 11 I turned 44!

Now the interesting story about that is that I thought I was 45! I was really depressed, the end of my early forties!!!

So all my friends past and present were emailing me and facebooking me saying, “Happy birthday!” “Happy 44th!”

I was taken aback. Could they be right? I did the math and I was born Jan 11, 1966, so my birthday present was that I lost (or gained) a year! I still have a year in my early forties! lol

New Years Eve is very important to me since not only is it the beginning of a new year, and in this case a new decade, but New Year’s Eve is me and Danny’s anniversary! Every year we go to San Diego and watch the fireworks from our hotel room, get room service and watch the countdown!

So this year, for some reason, San Diego was not allowed to have fireworks due to some city ordinance. I was really upset about it because there is something really magical about seeing the fireworks going off right at midnight over the water, but I got over it – barely! lol

The next day, New Year’s Day, we went to one of my favorite spots in the entire world, The San Diego Zoo! The zoo for me is like Disney is to little kids. They have every kind of bear you can imagine there. Koala bears, black bears, panda bears and polars! I’m in fucking heaven!!!

I actually stood and watched the little Koalas for about 40 minutes. I told Danny that I wanted one really bad and that I’d have to get a tree and Eucalyptus to put in my home!

So what do I have in store for the upcoming filming year? Well, my plan is to do a body builder interracial movie (since they are my specialties), a bear movie and the 4th installment of the ever popular “Little Big League” series!

In other words, exciting things are coming up for me and I hope everyone enjoys these ideas as much as I do! The titles are great for the bear and interracial, but I don’t want to disclose them until the movies are done!

One thing I will say is that Mitchell Rock and Eddie Diaz on a cover would be FIERCE!!!

It's Quite A Life!

Well so much has happened in the world of Doug Jeffries and C1R in the past couple of weeks that I don’t even know where to begin. Yes, I do… Halloween! Halloween is my boyfriend’s favorite holiday. Not only did we meet on Halloween night, but he LOVES taking pictures of all the hot half naked guys (gay and straight) on Santa Monica Blvd!!! I met Osian when I was hired as an actor on Logo’s “The Lair” (which should be coming on Logo after the first of the year). I always thought he had fashion model good looks and always wanted him to be in one of our movies, and now he is. After we shot “Black Balled” I was off to Palm Springs to film a scene for “Mitchell Rock’s Working It Out,” in which Mitchell Rock and co-star Adam Killian get to show us their amazing work out abilities as well as their super amazing sexual abilities! This was the first time I directed both of these guys and let me tell you it’s the easiest job in the world! That same week I shot a scene with Johnny Hazzard and two new models: Rece Ryder and Jock Hudson. Again, very different from the type of models we have in our scenes. These guys were manly men! It’s not who I want to win, since I had dinner with Erica, her husband and Chi Chi one night in Nashville, but the Blond couple are by far the strongest competitors. Even stronger then the Harlem Globetrotter pair!

Who do I want to win “Dancing with the Stars?”
At this point I don’t really care. I wanted Aaron Carter to win, but now that he was eliminated I guess I’d have to say Mya, even though she has a clear advantage being a dancer all of her life, including being cast as one of the cell block girls in the movie musical “Chicago”!!!

Who is the best designer on “Project Runway?”
Irina by far. She may be the mean girl on the show… but she can make a dress!

Who is going to be “Top Model?”
I’ve always said from the first show that Nicole was going to win it. She surpasses the other girls by leaps and bounds. If she doesn’t win, something is very very wrong.

So I got to my favorite mall, The Sherman Oaks Galleria …and as you can see, its already Christmas in OCTOBER!

I was really shocked, but also a tad happy because I like getting into the holiday season early and dragging it on past new years… but before Halloween? I think it’s pushing it a little bit. I have to say that Macys has the best Christmas trees in the world. It doesn’t matter if it’s the big macys day parade tree in NYC or the great trees they have on display in this department store, Macys does Christmas right! This year they have a white tree that has polar bears and Eskimo dogs as decorations as well as a tree that is straight from the Grinch (total who-ville colors!!)

I like to look at everything now and keep my eyes on what I must have and then go on Dec 26th bright and early when everything is 75% off! That’s the trick to good holiday shopping!

Last night I had the honor of attending Best in Drag 2009. I have never seen so many people giving so much of their time and money and talent to a single cause. The money goes to Aid for Aids and I’m not sure how much was raised at end of the night but people were literally throwing money non-stop on the stage. It was as if it was raining money!

The schtick is that 7 very ugly drag queens are competing for a miss America type crown and name but as the fiercest drag queen. They do everything from talent to swim wear. I know some of these men and they really did an amazing job at making fun of themselves and putting themselves out there! It really makes you feel good to see the community getting together for such an amazing cause! There were so many celebrities there including Ana Ferris, Molly Shannon, Jo Anne Worley, Jennifer Coolidge, Mary Louise Parker and special videos from Kathy Griffin who was regrettably on tour in South Carolina. Mary Louise Parker also flew in to be Grand Marshall for the aids walk Sunday AM! Quite amazing people!

This year’s winner’s real name is Jonathan… but I believe her drag name is spelled Sybil Rights? As you can guess she was the Afro-American contestant… and she was FIERCE!!

Tuesday night was Live & Raw night and we had a very special show here at C1R.com. The great Chi Chi LaRue directed Luke Marcum and C1R exclusive Jeremy Bilding. Let me tell you something about Luke. He is one of those models that I get really happy with when he takes off his clothing. The entire package is there… literally. Huge cock, amazing ass and body to die for. I’ve only seen him top in the upcoming "Playing With Fire 4: Alarm," but on Tuesday night he TOOK it… and he’s just as great taking as he is receiving! AH, we LOVE boys like THAT!!!

I spent my weekend with our wonderful staff out in the Palm Springs office this weekend. I needed a getaway and I really enjoy seeing everyone in sunny PS! Todd, our box cover man, is the best in the business and has been doing my box covers since my very first movie I directed, "Untamed." He also has made me look FABULOUS on many box covers that I personally have appeared on…the best being "Tales From the Backlot 2" I felt like a supermodel!!! Hahaha Michael is our fabulous records keeper and he saves my life daily! Then my good friend and company owner Steven has a delicious house in Palm Springs that I LOVE staying at. Also Johnny Hazzard is a sometimes resident of the Springs.

As you can see in the photos, we all got ready to head to The Barracks which I guess is Palm Springs answer to a leather bar? It’s not my thing, but the guys really like it there so we went to beer bust at 4 in the afternoon (yes…that’s right… 4 pm). I latest until 7 and then I HAD to go!! LOL

Besides being out with all of my good friends I got to meet one of the hottest guys I’ve ever seen. I can’t say his real name but he will be doing a movie in November with Mitchell Rock and Adam Killian called "Mitchell Rock Workin’ it Out" that I get to direct and I’m so excited. Imagine 3 hot muscled body builders all fucking each other and sweating after a grueling workout!!! Sounds good to me!!! I’ll be sure to post pics when we shoot that scene!

Tonight I have a live phone interview with EdgeRadioShow.com at 7pm set up by our fabulous new promotions manager Jason. Like Chi Chi LaRue, there is nothing I love talking about more than myself so this interview should be a great success! Tomorrow night from 6-9 pm Jason and I will be accompanying C1R Exclusive Mitchell Rock — I guess its all about Mitchell this month — and C1R Discovery Damian Rios for Cocktails with the Stars! If anyone is in the West Hollywood area stop by Mickey’s. You may even win a copy of Mitchell’s movie Taken or Damian’s movie Restless Youths!

Last night’s Live and Raw was a complete success as well. How could it not be with models like Cameron Adams and Robbie Ireland? I basically had to say nothing to them…they can direct themselves quite well which was a good thing last night because I started filming with our new HD camera and had to learn the ins and outs. The best surprise of the night was Cameron topping…and very well I might add! I was against it at first because to me he is the perfect blond bottom…but he proved his versatility to me last night! The show will soon be in our Live and Raw archives.

This Sunday night I will be attending The Best in Drag Show hosted by my sponsor Lotta Slots! I hear it’s the best show of the year and hopefully they will let me sneak in a camera to take some pics for you all!!!

So this was the big PLAYING WITH FIRE – 4 ALARM week. As you can see from my pics I was not only surrounded by bears but big body builders this week!!!! Can I just say I love Matthew Rush! Not only is he sexy, big and gorgeous…but he was so nice to have around! I could work with him all the time! Mitchell Rock who just won his body building competition was in big ripped cut body building shape! I got to meet a bunch of new boys as well including Luke Marcum. What a yummy body, ass, big dick…yum!! I also finally got to have my friend Alessio Romero (who does our LIVE AND RAW shows) in one of our feature movies and he was amazing!

I predict that the scene he was in with Johnny Hazzard and Dayton O’Connor is going to be a stand out in the movie! If You enjoy huge body builders, hot dirty sex, and fireman themes then I really suggest that when this movie becomes available at c1r.com this Christmas…you all get yourselves a sexy Christmas present!!!!

What is next on our plate? Chi chi is getting geared up to film BLACK BALLED 7. So what am I watching on TV? Well…I’m pissed off that my Tuesday nights are flooded with my shows and for the first time I have to actually choose 2 out of 3 shows that are all on the same time. At 8PM we have my favorite THE BIGGEST LOOSER…which is really really good this season!
Also at 8 is DANCING WITH THE STARS. Here is where the problem starts…they are both 2 hours and at 9 I have HELL’S KITCHEN (which I’m already invested in) and so you think you can dance. UGGGGHHH!!!! What do I do?? Any suggestions?

So like I promised last week I was going to feature a different bear each week and tell a little story about each one. This one is my favorite so why not start with him. His name is Mr. Bear. Mr. Bear is as big and tall as I am. My boyfriend gave him to me so that I would have company when he couldn’t be there. Since my boyfriend is big and brown…we needed to get a bear that resembles him. Hence- Mr bear. This bear is actually so big that he takes up half my couch. Ok, OK…now after reading this…I get how people think that it’s kinda creepy!!!

This past Friday I worked at Chi Chi LaRue’s Store in West Hollywood and I had a grand time! It’s really nice to be in West Hollywood on a Friday since even though I live there, I never hang out there. It was interesting to see what products different types of people buy. Lots of guys buy condoms and lube, lots of guys buy our great movies…but girls bought books. Was very interesting. My friends from work Andy, Laura and David came over during lunch to keep my company. Thank God they did because I have no idea how to change the register tape…and it went pink on me!

It’s funny when people haven’t been to the store in a while then come in, because it changes so much so often! Another surprise visitor was C1R exclusive Vance Winter who was out and about buying a friend a gag gig (Girl toy). It was fun to have him around, and he surprised me by showing me an older picture of our exclusive Mitchell Rock in Justin Monroe’s “Down the Rabbit Hole” photo book. OMG Mitchell was a CUTE twink!!! LoL. If you get a chance to look at the book see if you can tell who Mitchell is from the old pictures. I also walked outside for a second and who walked by me was none other than the winner of ‘So You Think You Can Dance’ Jeanine! It’s so crazy to see people you have been watching for months on TV walk right by you. She must have been coming from the dance studio which is right next door to Chi Chi’s Shop!

Well we had a great Live and Raw this past Tuesday with Jeremy Bilding and Manny Max. Both of them have received amazing reviews in the new release “Rascal: A Toy Story.” This week we have Live and Raw favorite Josh Griffin (literally) breaking in new boy Justin Jameson, with Chi Chi in the director’s seat. I know I’ve talked about my obsession with Teddy Bears. I needed to show you exactly how extreme it really is! I think I now am up to 50 or so bears. I don’t know where this came from or why I get this urge to have all the Teddy Bears in my house…but it’s getting pretty crowded in there. I thought it would be a good idea to take a picture with one of them each week so that I can introduce you to them all personally…creepy huh?

Well nothing much to report this week. I did go to 2 (count them) 2 movies this week. I NEVER go to the movies. My boss Steven and I went to see Halloween 2 at the Chinese Theater and it was damn good and scary. Gory. I actually love Rob Zombie movies. He always puts his wife (who CANNOT act to save her life) Sheri Moon Zombie in every one of his films. She didn’t disappoint me this time either. So terrible is her acting that it’s great. The thing with Rob Zombie movies is that he has actors that range from excellent to piss poor. Brad Dourif is an amazing actor and he was really great…then Malcolm McDowell REALLY SUCKED!!! The other great thing that Rob Zombie does is that he literally brings old actors back from the dead. This time Margot Kidder (YES!) has a small part as a psychiatrist. Only Mr. Zombie could get Ms. Kidder out of hiding!

The second movie I saw was recommended to me by Miss Chi Chi Larue. In keeping with the Halloween horror theme I then went to see Sorority Row. Production values VERY high…great entertainment. PLUS MS. Rumer Willis and Ms. Carrie Fischer are the stars. Can’t beat this one. I normally leave the theater once or twice to go to the bathroom (and I have A.D.D.), but I was glued to the screen the entire time! I know it’s getting bad reviews…but I’m also a big fan of another movie that got bad reviews that was a visual feast, “Silent Night, Deadly Night.”

Well…in production we are getting ready for “Playing With Fire 4.” It’s a cast of hunky hotties, led by Mitchell Rock who just WON his body building competition this Saturday night in Los Angeles. CONGRATS TO MITCHELL!!!!!!

As you can see by the pics I went with my Boy Friend and my Mom to LEGALLY BLONDE: THE MUSICAL at the Pantages Theatre this past weekend. My family really enjoyed it so that made the experience even greater than when I saw it in NYC. I have to admit that I enjoyed the production itself better when I saw it in NY, but going with your loved ones makes its so much better!

The role of Elle is so difficult because the actress is on stage singing and dancing almost through the entire production. I thought the girl that played her (BECKY GULSVIG) sang very safe. I don’t blame her. When you have to do this show like 10 times a week city after city you need to preserve your health…vocally and otherwise. The characters Paulette (NATALIE JOY JOHNSON), Vivienne (MEGAN LEWIS) and Brooke (SARA ANDREAS) were all energetic, fun and stood out vocally. The person though that I Completely loved was D.B. BONDS who played Emmett. I don’t usually like the high tenor voices in shows…but his was so clear and powerful and his acting was so charming that he won me over!! I don’t blame you Elle!!!

Last week we wrapped filming Vance Winter in his first gang bang (GRIDIRON GANG BANG). I have to say that Vance took it like a trooper. There were a couple of times I thought his little stomach was going to pop…but he took all of the guys like a champ. Some of his delicious co stars were exclusives Johnny Hazzard, Cameron Marshall, Jeremy Bilding and Mitchell Rock. Live and Raw sensation Cameron Adams, and C1R discovery and favorite Josh Griffin. I think you will really love this movie cause the boys are all so cute, they all are wearing hot football gear, and it’s directed by Chi Chi (who can direct a group scene like no one else I know)!!

Whats up this week? I’m now casting our next big movie PLAYING WITH FIRE – 4 ALARM. If you know anything about the playing with fire series it contains big guys. I mean really big body builder guys. We have slated Matthew Rush, Mitchell Rock, and a brand new boy from Oklahoma who is 18, huge dick, great ass, body and face to match. This is going to be a winner!! Well finally I was able to go with my boyfriend on a real weekend get away and I went right back to sunny San Diego. We really love it there!
The first night we got in really late so we went to our favorite spot to eat “Mo’s” which used to be Hamburger Mary’s. ITS VERY VERY LOUD in there at night. We were actually screaming trying to talk with each other…but something about that place keeps drawing me to it. Good music, good food, hot boys…what more can you ask for?

Oh…I forgot to say that we spent the weekend with my friend kyle Lewis. I discovered Kyle around 5 years back …and he took off like a shot!
I think he may have done more All Worlds movies in 3 years (including all of the Dirk Yates projects) then any other model…including me…and I’ve done tons! Kyle was the star of JARHEAD 2, RAW, POOL BOY, NOMADS, and Rascal’s BOLT. He is on many of my covers including the really dirty PIG TROUGH. Anyhow…he looks better than ever and on Saturday he took me and Danny down to Blacks Beach…which I have to say I was shocked that men and women both walk, run, play, everything totally nude down there. I know that Ive done tons of sex movies…but there’s something about a nude beach that kinda wierds me out…lol!

On Saturday night Danny and I watched Howard Stern TV in our great hotel room at that Sheraton on Harbor Island, and had a gorgeous sleep. The next morning we woke up and just started headed back up to Los Angeles. We decided to hit a Gold’s Gym somewhere up the coast that we had never been to and experience something new. We ended up at the Huntington Beach Gold’s…which was kinda small…but very clean. It’s owned by some pro body builder whose photos were plastered all over the place. I think you can even pay to train with him there (very smart and good idea).

Now whats up? I’m finishing up casting for Chi Chi’s new All Worlds movie GRIDIRON GANG BANG. It’s a football Jocks gang bang movie and it stars such deliciousness like Mitchell Rock, Vance Winter, Johnny Hazzard, Cameron Adams, Cameron Marshall and Dayton O’Connor.
