Connect: Our monthly Gatherings are parties (and occasionally a cool road-trip) that give us an opportunity to build new relationships that will help us grow together in God’s plan for our futures. These monthly get-togethers are open to everyone and are a great way to meet others in a relaxed social atmosphere. Everyone is welcome, including people who do not attend Calvary. The monthly parties aren’t the only social activities available; everything from miniature golf, snowboarding/skiing, concerts, grabbing coffee & ice cream or just going to the beach are planned throughout the year. These informal activities are open invitations to join in the fun and “do life together” with other young adults.

Grow: Growing and developing into who Christ calls us to be is a lifelong process. We’re more than just social activities! The young adults offer Life Groups to learn, study and ask questions. These groups provide relevant teaching for spiritual growth–individually and as part of a community.

Serve: Our young adults serve their church and community through involvement with other ministries at Calvary. Many serve as coffee cart volunteers, nursery workers, youth leaders, security, Life Group leaders and many other places. We also plan service opportunities such as building ramps for the physically challenged, helping people within the church or going on short-term mission project such as Convoy of Hope. If you’re a young adult and have a passion to serve, we’ll help you find a place to serve and develop you gifts–or develop a new ministry!

Share: Sharing our faith is meant to be a natural expression of living for God. When we’re excited about what God is doing in our lives, it naturally pours out to those around us. The young adults actively share our faith by helping others connect to God and growing in their relationship with Him, by showing God’s love through selfless service or by simply explaining what the Gospel means in their lives.
