Based on the Insurance Law, the company must have the registered capital of USD 7 million for its operation. Cambodian National Insurance Company (CAMINCO)

Incorporated officially in 1990, CAMINCO is the first Cambodian National Insurance Company in Cambodia of which its operations have put into service since the mid June 1993.

Following the Insurance Law, which came into effect in year 2000, and Sub-Decree on Insurance in year 2001, CAMINCO restructured its status to become a Public Enterprise following Sub-Decree Nº132 dated December 31st, 2001. CAMINCO is the first company, which meets capital requirement of USD 7 Millions (Riel 28,000 Millions) and the only entity received a 5-year license on General Insurance Services from the Ministry of Economy and Finance on December 12th, 2002.

Widely considered the "King of Khmer music", Sisamouth, along with Ros Sereysothea, Pan Ron, and other artists, was part of a thriving pop music scene in Phnom Penh that blended elements of Khmer traditional music with the sounds of rhythm and blues and rock and roll to make a Westernized sound akin to psychedelic or garage rock. Radio Broadcasting in Cambodia Classified

Radio National Kampuchea (RNK) was officially established in 1947 as a state broadcaster serving the government, but has evolved into Cambodia’s leading radio station for news and talk back.
RNK has the widest coverage in Cambodia meaning it can reach more people than any other radio station in the country, keeping more people informed and through programs such as talkback, giving more people a chance to have their say.

The Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) has been working with RNK since 2005, seeking to contribute a stable, prosperous and democratic Cambodia by assisting RNK to provide quality radio program services for all sectors of society. The ABC and RNK are currently working on the Demand for Good Governance project (link to DfGG page) which aims to help RNK broadcast informative and entertaining programs.

The Ministry of Information has established provincial radio stations within its Provincial Information Services (PIS) located in Battambang, Kampong Cham, Pursat, Kampong Thom and Takeo. These provincial broadcasters aim to provide a dedicated service that caters to the interests of citizens in their provincial area, and broadcast local material that is popular to a local audience and that is generally overlooked by the capital city broadcasters. With funding support from AusAID, the ABC provides ongoing training and guidance to staff from these stations to produce news and talk back, and to submit news stories to RNK that will be of interest nationally.

Cambodia has two AM stations and at least 52 FM stations. Sorry that I can't list all the radio station for you. Here just some I know.

Most areas of the Cambodia have a few high-speed internet options and several dial-up options available.

Once you have determined what services are available to you, you need to decide what type of internet connection will satisfy your needs. If you have a landline telephone and only need the internet for checking email and other simple tasks, a dial-up service will work for you. If you have a landline telephone and use the internet primarily for checking email, reading articles or light research, a DSL service should satisfy your needs. A note on speed: Reported speed is the maximum speed expected in optimal conditions, but speed varies by area due to differences in physical infrastructure and environmental conditions. Banks and Micro Finances Standing in Cambodia

The National Bank of Cambodia (NBC), located in Phnom Penh, is the central bank of Cambodia. The bank's duties include, inter alia, the management of monetary and exchange policies, the regulation of banks and financial institutions, and the control of the national currency, the riel. The bank was established in 1954 after the Indochina Printing Institution closed when Cambodia obtained its independence from France. The National Bank of Cambodia is also known as the "Red Bank" or "Banque Rouge".
It is an autonomous central bank with a 7-member board of directors responsible for establishing operational policies and issuing decisions, regulations, circulars and other directives. The National Bank of Cambodia supervises the banking system and is the chief banker for the government of Cambodia. The bank has four organizational areas, namely: the General Cashier, the General Directorate, the General Secretariat, and the General Inspection. His Excellency Chea Chanto is the chairman of the board of directors and the current Governor of the Bank.

Banks in Cambodia represents 29 commercial banks, 6 specialized banks, and the Cambodia Microfinance Association (CMA), of which is by-laws a sub-division of ABC. CMA has 28 members.

Top Tips for 2012 Graduates To Find Jobs

Clean up your online presence.

The first thing employers will do is to see what they can find out about you on the Internet. Are you ready for that? They may look at your Facebook page during the interview. Are you ready for that?

Look for WORK, not a JOB.

Don’t scare off employers by communicating that you’re looking for a job and all the traditional benefits that go with it. Make it easy for them to hire you by making it clear that you are happy to accept part-time, temporary, or contract work. If you are equipped to work from home, tell them that too. It may appeal to them.

Ditch the resume.

EVERYBODY is using a resume. In your initial contact with employers, make yourself stand out in a positive way with more creative tools that are marketing oriented and focused on the employer’s needs. It’s OK to have a resume to take to the interview. But first you have to get there.

Think.

Put yourself in the shoes of any employer you plan to contact. Why would they be interested in you? What exactly do you have to offer them? Show them in your first contact with them that you know about them, the type of work they do and the industry they’re in. NEVER send out lots of resumes in a shotgun fashion.

Why should we hire you?

Assume you’ll be asked this question during the interview and be ready to answer it. Focus on the key points you made in the material you sent to them. Those are what got you the interview.

Bite your tongue.

Talking too much in the interview is among the biggest mistakes graduates make according to employers and recruiters. The more prepared you are for the interview, the less inclined you’ll be to ramble on.

Do your homework.

There’s a wealth of information available on the employer’s web site. Amazingly, many graduates never take the time to thoroughly analyze this information and be ready to answer questions about it in the interview. It will also help if you can talk about some of the key issues going on in their industry.

Create your own job.

Instead of waiting for someone to offer you a job, consider what millions of graduates around the world have been doing for years; i.e. operate as a freelancer. The following will give you an overview of the world of freelancing:
