Review posted 11/6/2009 Samsung has surprised the world with the introduction of the DualView TL225, one of the first digicams ever to offer dual LCD screens, one located on the front of the camera, along with the typical display on the back. This "DualView" approach is aimed towards those who are constantly taking self-portraits or small group shots using the one-handed, self-photographer method; turning the camera towards you and holding it with one hand while posing for the photo with a friend or loved one. This is accomplished using a 1.5-inch LCD located on the front of the camera, which allows you to take sharp, high-quality photos, whether you are in front of or behind the camera. The TL225 also features a 3.5-inch touchscreen LCD on the back offering a whopping 1,152K pixels of resolution. This 12-megapixel model also offers a 4.6x optical zoom lens, Smart Auto exposure mode, and H.264 format (MPEG4) HD video recording at 720p resolution. TL225 Key Features:12.2-megapixel CCD image sensor for images sizes up to 4000x3000 pixelsSamsung 4.6x optical zoom lens (27-124.2mm in 35mm equivalent)Smart Auto exposure mode chooses from scene modes for best possible resultsProgram AE mode offers access to more advaced setttings (ISO, WB, etc.)Dual IS system (optical + digital IS)Face Detection system with Blink Detection, Smile Shot, and Beauty Shot optionsCapture video at 800x592 (20fps) or 640x480 and 320x240 (30/15fps) w/audioHigh speed continuous and Auto Exposure Bracketing shooting3.5-inch touchscreen LCD with 1,152K pixels1.5-inch "DualView" LCD on the front for effortless self-portraitsRecords video

Fuji FinePix S200EXR Review

Review posted 11/2/2009 Included on the FInePix S200EXR isFuji's new Super CCD EXR image sensor that Fuji claims to be even closer to a human eye. With a new arrangement of the color filter mosaic with large pixels that are closer together, the camera is capable of increased image size with increased sensitivity. This allows the camera to operate in 3 different modes: High Resolution, Wide Dynamic Range and High Sensitivity. The new EXR Auto combines the camera's auto scene recognition with the cameras ability to automatically change the CCD mode for the particular scene. To assist and control the new sensor is the camera's specially designed image processor. This controls the sensor by emitting an advanced electric charge, allowing for the capture of colors that are more natural and quicker processing with faster continuous shooting, all at higher resolutions. This new processor can also automatically align several exposures for the cameras Multi-Frame image modes.Making sure that this is the only camera that you will need to carry is the 14.3x optical zoom lens with Lens-Shift image stabilization. The 14.3x zoom has a 35mm equivalent of 30.5-436mm, allowing for the capture of vast landscapes to great telephoto close-ups. This lens also has the ability to focus on a subject from as close as one image, making it great for extreme close-ups as well.Fuji FinePix S200EXR Features:12-Megapixel, 1/1.6-inch Super CCD EXREXR image Processor14.3x Optical zoom lens: 30.5-436mm (35mm equivalent) F2.8-F11(w) - F5.3-F11(t)Lens Shift Image StabilizationJPEG and RAW captureFace Detection with Red-Eye RemovalContinuous

While both cameras share very similar specifications, such as the same 12-megapixel Live MOS image sensor, Micro 4/3 lens mount system, 3.0-inch LCD, 11-area Contrast Detect AF system, etc., the E-P2 has been upgraded with options that many users cried for with the E-P1.
Fuji FinePix F70EXR Review

Review posted 10/29/2009 Fuji's new FinePix F70 EXR is the worlds smallest camera to feature a 10x optical zoom (Oct. 2009). It also offers Fuji's new 10-Megapixel, Super CCD EXR imaging sensor, an their Real Photo Processor EXR. These features combine to give you high quality photos along with excellent performance.Fuji's new Super CCD EXR imaging sensor uses a new pixel layout with larger pixels that lay closer together than on a standard sensor. This allows for the sensor to capture more light faster than ever before. The sensor is able to operate in 3 specific modes: High Resolution, Wide Dynamic Range, and High Sensitivity and Low Noise. EXR Auto mode chooses one of these modes and then combines it with the proper scene mode to create one of the best auto scene selection features on a camera yet.The F70 EXR's processor allows it to not only to control the imaging sensor, but gives it the ability to take and combine multiple shots on the go. There is a pro-focus mode that simulates an out-of-focus backround by taking 3 images and combining them to give you the proper effect. Pro-Low Light mode combines 3 images to reduce the amount of noise in the image. It also allows you to take these images much faster than using a long, manual exposure. Finally there if a Film Simulation mode that captures 3 images that simulate Fuji's Provia (standard), Velvia (vivd) and Astia (soft) films. Fuji FinePix F70 EXR Features:10-Megapixel, 1/2-inch Super CCD
