I was in a car wreck and the other man who was at faults insurance keeps jerking me around. I’ve tried to meet their adjusters 3 times . all the 3 times the adjusters didn’t show up, were late, or just plain rude.
I’ve gotten really tired of dealing with them. does anyone know anything that would get them seriously in gear without mentioning lawyer?

Turns out the girl that hit them didn’t have valid insureance. Her tag was expired and she got a ticket for that plus for careless driving (for causing the wreck). Netier insurance is wanting to pay to get the car fixed,I dont care about the girls car she is causing us so much problems, I know youre not supposed to
wish ill to anyone, but she wouldn’t get off her damn cell phone,
even when the cop was talking to her, tried to pass my sister at a yeild sign then the merge area.Anyway, we have got to get our car fixed. My sister only had a learners permit but she was driving with someone well over 21. But now our insurance is saying she was excluded on the policy since when wegot the policy she was only around 13 she couldn’t be included. I was calling lawyers and they were all gun ho to get it started. I just found out about 3 hours ago about the girls insurance and I called some of the lawyers back and now I’m getting the run around. just need some advice. Where do we start?

i got into an accident 2 weeks ago on the freeway. I rear-ended a car because my view was obstructed by a truck when he swerved to avoid someone and i was the one that ended up hitting them.

anyway we got out of the car, she was very nice about it, and we exchanged insurance information. That night, everyone including paramedics and the cops, asked her if she was okay and she repeatedly said she was okay.

today one of my insurance adjuster calls me to tell me that she’s filing for injury and would not tell me where her injury was located. this was nearly 2 WEEKS ago.

Does anyone else buy this bs? and what happens once they believe her injuries? does she get money in this or what happens? Thanks all.

Can you be held accountable for an injury resulting from removing an individual from a car wreck?

I helped an individual out of a car wreck. She was 9 years old and the car was in half after flipping over 7 times…..and yet the lawyer says he thinks she got a scar on her arm from being removed from the car (SHOULD I HAVE LEFT A SCREAMING CHILD INSIDE A SMOKING CAR???)

now im going to court as a whitness to the accident. I am petrified that they will take me to court later for what i thought was helping someone ….i was 19 at the time of the accident.

can i legally be held accountable for an injury that MAY have happened at any time durring the collision, rolling, spinning, slamming into walls, slamming into cars, and landing on the roof….or from me ripping of the door panels with no tools to remove a little kid who kept screaming “please help me”…..

I was in a car accident. We were at a stop light. He accelerated when light was about to change, I followed. However he slammed on his brakes and I rear-ended him. He had no damage to his vehicle (according to HIS insurance), but my vehicle has hole from where his hitch hit near my vent. He is NOW claiming bodily injury, everyone is suggesting he’s a fraud (his insurance is hinting they don’t believe him). If he is denied, can he sue me personally??

It was the other person’s fault. My neck and back are massed up. i am now seeing a chiropractor for them. But, my bills will total to $10,000. I am not sure what i should do i have never been in a car wreck. And i really do not have any one else to ask. i really do not want to get the bad end of the deal with the insurance. I am a college student and i have to use my back everyday. Cause of my back pack. and it is hurting me every day to just go to class to class.
