In 1994 we saw the launch of the first Time Warp. Back then it was held at a location called "Walzmühle" in Ludwigshafen. Finding itself in the middle of an emerging techno movement in Germany, Time Warp had enormous appeal with the party people there, although the experiences back then didn´t by far come close to the one of today. But along with the European techno scene, Time Warp has steadily grown and the space at the Walzmühle was no longer sufficient to accommodate the Time Warp event. After being held at a few spots in-between, the Time Warp was held at the Maimarkthalle in Mannheim in 2000, where it is still at home today!

A club situated at an altitude of 2'200 meters will be set on the terrace of the restaurant Cry d'Err on Saturday. After skiing hours, entertainment and free concerts are available to everyone in the center of the village of Crans.

LE CHAPITEAU/
Such as the name implies, the largest stage of the Festival is a big top tent near The Regent Convention Center. It hosts the main headliners.

LE RÉSERVOIR/
Great scene of the Festival on the ground floor of The Regent Convention Center, it offers a sophisticated and diverse program, full of musical discoveries. Every night offers a different style.

LA BARAKAZIK/
The Barakazik is located between the two main stages of the Festival and offers live programming in the early evening, then a selection of DJs until the early morning. There is also a bar and a sitting area. This scene is meant to be festive with various styles from around the world but it mainly introduces young Swiss talents. Concerts and DJs until 04:00.

CLUB/
Starting from midnight, le Réservoir turns into a huge nightclub! For the occasion a gigantic production, visual animations and incredible sound system are set to host the biggest electro, house and hip-hop DJs of the moment.

ROCK THE BLOCK/
People who go to summer festivals may have caught sight of this tent turned into a sham building! It also can be set up in the snow and provide a club for festival-goers including a stage with DJs! Every night the building will « Rock the Block » and make guests sweat to the sounds of electro.

BAR DES ARTISTES/
Privileged place where VIP, artists and Festival partners gather in a beautiful decor to dance or chill until the end of the night.

This year, We have a double headliner performance by FATBOY SLIM & CARL COX. Additionally, Steve Lawler has been added to the line-up. DIESEL:U:MUSIC highly recommended house duo, ROUND TABLE KNIGHTS. The world-renowned turn tablist DJ YODA will also be performing. The singing, dancing Latin band, THE CUBAN BROTHERS will be performing in Japan for the first time. Up and coming tech house DJ, SETH TROXLER is also on the bill. Domestic artists include HIFANA, DEXPISTOLS, TOMOYUKI TANAKA (FPM), and SATOSHI OTSUKI. Look forward to see amazing performances by this fantastic lineup of 11 artists!

This year's BIG BEACH FESTIVAL will have 1500 fireworks, the Red Bull flight performance... for the frst time ever in the world! A Formula 1 car will cruise the festival site!

Support for the victims of the recent tragedy in Japan continues to pour in from the dance community, with hallowed London institution Fabric doing its bit. The club will open on two Thursdays in May to raise profits for charities assisting with the fallout in Japan. All profits - "this includes every penny, all bar profits; everything" - will be donated.

The first Don't Forget party on Thursday 12 May is a bass fiend's play-ground, with Goldie, High Contrast, London Elektricity, Scratch Perverts and many more of the club's drum & bass regulars in full effect.

Thursday 26 May is headlined by two of the biggest DJs in dance music - Carl Cox and John Digweed - who'll ensure that Room One is rammed. Full details are in the posters below, if you're lucky enough to be in London at the time!
