A Fairytale Wedding at the Grand Marquise Ballroom!

Every little girl wants a fairytale wedding. We’ve all watched Cinderella and danced around like a princess at one time or another! Not many girls, however, can say they had a fairytale wedding in a ballroom. Complete with a beautiful dress, flowers and crystals, a castle cake, dancing on a cloud, and a “Happily Ever After” departure in a limo. We know one girl who made this dream come true. Happy Monday everyone! We have been busy into wedding season, but enjoying every minute. This wedding was such a great time! Christie and Edan had a dream come true wedding at Barclay Villa in Angier, NC. We loved the indoor wedding at Barclay. It actually rained on the day of their wedding day, but we all know that means good luck for the couple =). Thank you Patrick Cooke with PC Productions for the entertainment!

This past weekend Josh and I -Sarah- had a great time at the wedding show. Thank you Forever Bridal for putting on a fantastic event (as always)! While we were at the wedding show, Terry and James- the dynamic father and son duo-were at the beautiful Barclay Villa for a wedding. From what I hear it was lots of fun! Pictures to come in the next blog =)! This coming weekend we actually have THREE weddings. One in Atlantic Beach, one at the beautiful Grand Marquise Room, and one at Barclay Villa. We will be busy, but we are so thankful for the brides and grooms that trust us with their wedding memories!

In Family news, look out for some birth pictures soon! I will be photographing my first birth VERY soon. The momma to be is in labor as we ~~speak~~ (type). If you have ever talked to me about it I’m very passionate about birth. I can not wait to tell her story through pictures! Stay tuned!!!! Typically we are at Barclay Villa for weddings, or perhaps a bridal session, but our most recent outing to the castle was for a tea party! Complete with Bunnies, Easter Eggs, and a CUPCAKE surprise. Thank you Harris Teeter for the super yummy looking temptation. We had such a great time pretending to serve tea, bounding through the lush garden, and rolling around in the grass. See for yourself. I know it is Wednesday and I should not be blogging, but I did not want to miss the blog this week! I have been scoring wedding magazines, the Internet, and webinars to get new and exciting ideas for YOU (our client and future client). The Carolina MediaStar Family is super excited for the 2012 wedding season, and baby/ family season! I have a super fun baby shoot tomorrow and I will be posting preview within the next few days. I am super excited about this session. The baby is really really adorable (I saw hospital pics already!). Anyway, for all your wedding peeps out there.
