<p>The El Dorado Hills Optimist Club, El Dorado Arts Council and the El Dorado Hills Chamber of Commerce, present the 10th Annual El Dorado Hills Art &#038; Wine Affaire, Saturday and Sunday, May 11th &#038; 12th from 11:00 am &#8211; 5:00 pm in Town Center, El Dorado Hills. </p>
<p>Nearly 100 artists are expected to display at the 2013 show. In addition, 20 El Dorado county wineries will be on-site for tastings both days throughout the weekend and live entertainment will be featured at the Town Center Amphitheater and intermixed within the festival grounds. </p>
<p>Net proceeds from the event will benefit the Arts in Education programs of the El Dorado Arts Council, the Friends of Youth programs of the El Dorado Hills Optimist Club and the El Dorado Hills community outreach programs of the El Dorado Hills Chamber of Commerce. </p>

Margie is past president of CWC Sacramento Branch and a current board member. She will talk about the value of networking face-to-face, share her successful networking techniques and offer tips for attendees to build their connections.</p>
<p>Additionally, Margie is current vice president and past member-at-large for the CWC central board, which oversees the club’s 19 branches, and has served as the CWC NorCal representative. She also belongs to the Cat Writers’ Association and the Women’s National Book Association–San Francisco Chapter.</p>

She was also awarded “Best Nonfiction 2012-Gift” and “Best Book Design 2012, 2nd Place” by NCPA for Cat Mulan’s Mindful Musings. The Festival will feature live music at the Bell Tower by Aftershock.</p>
<p>Souvenir wine tasting glasses can be purchased, allowing sampling of all the wines in all locations. Over 35 award-winning, foothill area wineries will be pouring samples inside merchant locations for the festival. A wide variety of wines will be offered including cabernet sauvignon, zinfandel, merlot, sangiovese, syrah, mouvedre, chardonnay, sauvignon blanc, vognier and more. The cost to sample the wines is $30 per ticket. TICKETS ARE LIMITED and are available online and in Placerville at River City Bank, Kelsey&#8217;s Needle Krafts and The Wine Smith. There is no cost to designated drivers or patrons that want to enjoy the art, music and late-night shopping without sampling the wines.</p>
