Thank you for visiting my site. As you can see, I have not been posting any new comics for the past two years.

This is probably because I have been struggling as a comic artist on figuring out my comic’s identity, whether my focus is on gaming, SWTOR, cats, being a girl gamer, marriage life, etc… I decided to give myself a few weeks off to think and focus on my daytime jobs (related to my major). The weeks became months, and of course, the months have become over two years…

What I have to come to realize is that to me, drawing comic has always been a lifetime hobby. I drew because I enjoyed drawing itself, as well as explaining my viewpoints through fun pictures. I love sharing my thoughts, listening to and learning from others, using my comics as a tool for communication. I have missed drawing comics – and I want to come back. I have not yet found what type of comics I want to draw, but I know that it will have topics related to cats, gaming, and life.

I wanted to let you know that I am going to return to drawing my comics around January 2018. It might not be updated on a strict schedule as I have done in the past, but I hope to deliver quality and heartfelt comics many can relate to.

Comic inspired by “angry teammates” I played with over the weekend!

NOTE: I rarely call anyone names because to me, “skill” has to do more with experience, understanding of game plays/traits, and twitch muscles (genetics). Much of that can come with dedication, research, and practice – and not everyone has time to do that.

If the game goes badly, especially if it is not a ranked game, I usually just shrug it off. Or if it’s a heated match, I just stew in it. I mean, if we aren’t there to advise less experienced players, verbally abusing them is not going to help them play any better.

I receive this comment often from friends and family when I told them that I spent the weekend gaming.

I get it. Gaming can be anti-social. (Though it really depends on the game). But at the same time, it’s a hobby. It does not have to be social.

I think it’s good to have hobbies – I certainly have other hobbies including  painting, yoga, and reading. However, when it comes down to it, painting, yoga, and reading aren’t really social either.

My argument is simple: hobbies should be based on what the person enjoys, and hopefully, is not something that negatively affects a person’s well-being. That is all.

This doesn’t happen all the time. But when it happens, this is how I respond… like a troll Jedi that I am.

My computer is ALIVEEEEEE (sort of). Please stay alive…. please…..

Why I don’t stress out myself with self-help books that teach me a foreign language in 30 days anymore…

I mean, it’s definitely good to learn a couple of basic phrases: hello, goodbye, please, thank you, you’re welcome, where is…, how much…, what is…, numbers, toilet, taxi, currency, passport, airport, etc. But other than that… most of the people I have met in foreign countries just speak back to me in English.

Moreover, my pronunciation is… atrocious. I try to pronounce the words like how I think it sounds like, and ends up sounding somewhat ignorant. -___-;;

Still at Paris – this is probably happening to me at this very moment.
