Ada yang tau tentang Oppo Smartphone? Pernah liat donk iklan-iklan nya yang lagi gencar-gencarnya sekarang? Atau paling gampang deh, coba buka TV nonton di acara komedi jam 8 malem-an, pasti liat brand OPPO,

Nah walau OPPO sendiri masih terhitung sebagai perusahaan yang masih "hijau" dan belum punya nama di negeri kita ini, tapi dengan gencarnya OPPO sanggup mengambil hati masyarakat Indonesia dengan sukses nya penjualan OPPO Find 5, OPPO sendiri adalah sebuah perusahaan elektronik asal Dongguan, Guangdong, Cina dan dikenal pada tahun 2005 sebagai produsen mp3 player, audio visual, khususnya di DVD/Blue-ray di kawasan Amerika yang memuaskan keinginan pelanggan dengan kualitas suara yang jernih, kesuksesan yang besar di dapat pada tahun 2008 dengan penjualan "Smiling Phone" nya, dan OPPO terus mengembangkan inovasi mereka dengan menciptakan music phone yang dulu pernah booming juga di Indonesia, dan dimulai lah jaman smartphone sejak 2011 OPPO mengeluarkan 3 buah ponsel unik, "Real, Ulike, dan Find", dan tak berhenti bgeitu saja, mereka terus berinovasi hingga pertengahan 2012 keluarlah sebuah produk smartphone dengan kesuksesan luar biasa di seluruh dunia, OPPO Finder dan pengumuman launching OPPO Find 5 yang mengusung layar 5inci 1080p dan kamera 13mp bertumpuk sensor CMOS dan menjadi smartphone pertama di dunia dengan perangkat keras yang didukung HDR, dan inovasi masih berlanjut hingga sekarang, keluar lah sebuah produk, OPPO N1, Smartphone Unik Kamera Rotasi.

OPPO N1 baru aja launching tanggal 16 Oktober 2013 kemarin, tapi antusiasme pelanggan mulai bermunculan ketika melihat smartphone ini, mulai dari fitur-fiturnya yang menarik, dan menurut saya yang paling unik adalah kamera yang mampu ber-rotasi hingga 206 derajat, jadi kita tidak memerlukan kamera sekunder untuk mem-foto diri sendiri dari depan ataupun pakai kaca hanya untuk foto diri sendiri, lensanya pun perlu diperhitungkan karena menggunakan N-Lens (lensa 6 bagian) dengan aperture yang sangat lebar di kameranya sehingga memotret di kegelapanpun bukan lagi hal yang sulit dengan smartphone ini dengan kamera 13 megapiksel yang pasti nya ngedukung banget buat jadi narsis :D dan itu cuma salah satu keunggulan OPPO N1, masih banyak yang lainnya yang mampu bersaing dengan produk-produk yang punya nama, mungkin dengan lebar layar 5,9inci produk serupa akan sulit digunakan hanya dengan satu tangan, tapi tidak dengan OPPO N1, inovasi fiturnya yakni O-Touch, memberikan kemudahan bagi pengguna untuk mengoperasikannya meski hanya dengan 1 tangan, penggunaannya tidak hanya terbatas melihat galeri gambar, tapi juga berfungsi untuk browsing, ambil foto, play musik serta membuka aplikasi foto hanya dengan menyentuh bagian belakangnya saja, dan mendukung resolusi Full HD 1080p dan layar IPS yang pastinya jernih banget dan tentunya anti gores. Apa temen-temen mau? Bandung-Hal-hal ganjil terus digali, karena itu Penyidik Polrestabes Bandung setiap hari terus memeriksa dua tersangka pembunuhan Sisca Yofie.Dari keterangan yang telah dikorek petugas, kata Kepala Polrestabes Bandung Komisaris Besar Sutarno, ada hal paling ganjil. "Ada tersangka yang tidak merasakan atau tidak tahu korban sampai terseret kepalanya," kata dia kepada Tempo di ruang kerjanya, Kamis, 15 Agustus 2013.

Tersangka yang dimaksud Sutarno adalah A, yang membonceng tersangka W dengan sepeda motor. Soal kecurigaan polisi bahwa Sisca terseret atau diseret pembunuhnya, Sutarno belum bisa menjawab pasti. "Kalau diseret berarti harus apakah ada pakai tali atau apa yang dipegangnya. Ada saksi tidak yang melihat. Setelah kejadian, polisi awalnya mendapat 4 orang saksi. Tiga diantaranya, kata Sutarno, mengaku tidak jelas melihat peristiwanya. Seorang lagi, petugas satpam, jelas melihat ada sepeda motor yang berlari kencang bersama sesosok terseret di jalanan. "Yang agak lama melihat dan berusaha mengejar hanya seorang satpam sambil ragu, itu orang atau boneka," katanya

Sutarno mengakui pihaknya masih terkendala dengan pengumpulan saksi mata di lokasi kejadian. Polisi mengikuti alur keterangan tersangka bahwa di lokasi saat kejadian cukup banyak orang. Karena itu tersangka tidak berani berhenti untuk melepaskan Sisca yang menempel di belakang motor. Tersangka W menyebut Sisca Yofie. terseret setelah rambutnya membelit gir motor. "Faktanya kita ikuti terus. Kami sama sekali tidak ada rekayasa," kata Sutarno.

Sementara itu, seorang saksi mata kepada Tempo mengatakan, ia melihat korban diseret oleh tangan ketika sepeda motor tersangka melintas di depan rumahnya. "Saya sedang mengobrol dengan kedua teman saya, tiba-tiba ada suara motor keras. Saya pikir yang diseret boneka tapi ternyata perempuan," kata warga Jalan Cipedes Tengah berinisial DA kepada Tempo, Kamis, 15 Agustus 2013

Menurut dia, saat itu posisi korban telungkup dengan posisi wajah miring ke kanan. Tangan korban dilihatnya dipegangi oleh pelaku yang duduk di belakang sambil motor terus melaju. "Saya tidak tahu tangan mana yang dipegang, pokoknya si pelaku memegang tangan korban," ujarnya.

Ade Dan Wawan (Tersangka Pembunuhan Sisca) Diperiksa Dengan Lie Detector

Bandung - Polrestabes Bandung memeriksa dua tersangka pembunuh wanita cantik asal Bandung, Fransciesca Siska Yovie, dengan alat pengukur kebohongan atau lie detector mulai hari ini. Keduanya juga diperiksa psikolog. "Untuk meyakinkan kami soal keterangannya," kata Kapolrestabes Bandung Komisaris Besar Sutarno di ruangan kerjanya, Kamis, 15 Agustus 2013.

Menurut Sutarno, kepolisian tidak akan mempercayai begitu saja keterangan dan pengakuan tersangka. Hal itu terbukti ketika polisi menyilakan wartawan untuk mewawancarai langsung tersangka dua hari lalu di Mapolrestabes Bandung. "Tersangka W kepada penyidik bilang baru pertama kali menjambret dan korbannya Sisca, tapi ke wartawan ngaku sudah tiga kali," ujarnya.

Sutarno, penyidik Polrestabes juga mencatat banyak kejanggalan. Salah satunya keterangan tentang Sisca Yovie yang terseret jauh hingga 500 meter lebih karena rambutnya terbelit ke gir roda sepeda motor tersangka. "Kecepatan motor mereka katanya tinggi karena takut ditangkap warga, sekitar 70 kilometer per jam," ujarnya. Perempuan 30 tahun ini tewas dengan tiga luka bacok di kepala dan tubuh serta kaki lebam-lecet bekas diseret. Kepolisian Sektor Sukajadi dan Resor Kota Besar Bandung kini tengah menyelidiki dua pelaku pembunuhan Sisca.

Sisca setahun terakhir tinggal di rumah jembar milik keluarga Sinurat. Diduga Sisca terlebih dulu diculik para pelaku saat hendak membuka gerbang rumah dan memasukkan mobilnya sepulang bekerja.

Namun Kapolrestabes Bandung beralasan, rekaman kamera pengintai tetangga hunian korban di Jalan Cipedes Tengah kurang jelas. Saksi mata yang ingin mengejar pun tak melihat jernih, apakah Sisca terseret atau diseret tersangka karena motor berlari kencang. "Saksi juga menyangka korban sebagai boneka yang terbawa motor, kami masih terkendala dari para saksi," ujarnya.

Dugaan awal motif pembunuhan sebagai penjambretan berdasarkan bukti setelah kematian Sisca, bisa berkembang ke motif lain. "Kemungkinan selalu ada saja, seperti tersangka orang bayaran. Opini publik juga jadi pertimbangan kami, sekarang kami masih dalami sambil mengumpulkan alat bukti," ujarnya.

Sementara itu, Kasatreskrim Polrestabes Bandung AKBP Truno Yudho Wisnu Andiko mengatakan, sampai hari ini telah memeriksa sedikitnya 17 orang saksi. Mereka diantaranya pihak keluarga, karyawan di kantor korban, dan warga sekitar tempat kejadian perkara.sumber

Jakarta - Sisca Yofie sadar dirinya sedang diikuti 2 orang tidak dikenal dari kantornya. Dia pun menelepon rekannya untuk memberitahukan hal itu.

Jakarta - Kematian secara tragis yang dialami Sisca Yofie (34) Branch Manager PT Venera Multi Finance di Bandung memang menjadi pusat perhatian masyarakat Indonesia saat ini. Lalu benarkah rambut Sisca tergulung didalam gir motor Satria milik pelaku, yang membuat dirinya terseret hingga 1 kilometer?

"Ada beberapa kemungkinan mengenai kasus ini, baik dilihat dari seberapa tebal rambut korban, terus apakah kulit kepalanya terkelupas atau tidak," kata Service Manager 2W PT Suzuki Indomobil Sales, Hariadi, saat dihubungi detikOto, Selasa (13/8/2013).

"Tapi itu masih harus dilihat lagi dengan seksama. Pertama, jika saya coba menerka-nerka rambut Sisca tersangkut, akibat saat dirampas (dijabret) dan dia mencoba melawan menarik korban dan terjatuh. Ini bisa saja rambut masuk ke gir motor tapi harusnya cuma dibawah 5 meter rambut itu sudah putus," katanya.

Untuk kemungkinan Kedua Hariadi menjelaskan, pada bagian roda dan gir memang ada dudukan gir yang lebarnya 1-2 centimeter yang bisa membuat rambut Sisca tergulung didalamnya. "Dan ini bisa menarik dan menyeret korban. Namun dengan motor yang terus melaju rambut akan putus tidak sampai 1 kilometer," ucapnya.

Hal ini berasalan karena bahan material gir Suzuki Satria terbuat dari sebuah besi plat, dan arm sebagai penyambungnya terbuat dari besi kosong yang dibentuk. Sehingga dengan mudah rambut akan terputus.

"Ketiga, kalau rambut masuk kedalam bushing (jarak antara arm dan gear serta rantai motor dengan 4 mur sebagai pengikat) rambut seharusnya dengan mudah terputus tidak akan jauh hingga mencapai 1 kilometer. Janggal, Kok Bisa Rambut Sisca Masuk Gear Motor :v + Penampakan Motor yg "Katanya" Dipakai Untuk Menjambret

Pengakuan mengejutkan datang dari A, pria yang menyerahkan diri ke polisi karena terlibat pembunuhan Sisca Yofie, Branch Manager PT Verena Multi Finance Bandung. Penuturan A kepada salah seorang kerabat, dia sebenarnya tidak berniat membunuh.

A awalnya hanya berniat menjambret. Saat peristiwa itu terjadi, A bertugas mengendarai sepeda motor, sementara W bertugas sebagai eksekutor.

A pun membantah sengaja menyeret Sisca. Menurutnya, saat dijambret, Sisca terjatuh. Saat itulah secara tak sengaja rambut Sisca masuk ke gir sepeda motor.

"W ngejambret, dan meminta si A memacunya motornya, nah saat itu pas mau belok, si A ngerasa motor berat, pas lihat ke belakang ada Sisca keseret, rambut Sisca ngelilit di gir. Kata A saya nggak sengaja," kata salah satu kerabat A di Mapoltabes Bandung, Minggu (11/8).

Karena panik, W memerintahkan A untuk terus menggeber motornya. Terjadilah peristiwa horor itu. Tubuh Sisca diseret 500 meter melewati jalanan menurun yang kondisinya penuh lubang.

Menurut A, W pun bukan mau membacok Sisca dengan golok. W hanya mau memutus rambut Sisca yang tersangkut di gir motor.

Perihal tersangkutnya rambut Sisca ke gir motor sulit dibayangkan. Bagaimana bisa rambut yang berada di atas kepala, masuk ke gir motor yang ada di bawah.

Sebelum rambut Sisca masuk gir motor, diketahui memang ada peristiwa tarik menarik tas antara Sisca dan W. Apakah tarik menarik sedemikian hebatnya, sampai rambut Sisca masuk ke gir motor? Belum ada yang bisa memastikan.

Namun, yang jelas polisi tak akan dengan mudah mempercayai keterangan pelaku. Apalagi, tidak ada barang berharga Sisca diambil pelaku yang katanya berniat menjambret. Mobil Sisca yang menyala tak diambil, begitu juga dengan handphone dan perhiasannya.

Status Pelaku Dan Kisah Pembunuhan Versi Pelaku

Bandung - Ayah pelaku pembunuhan Sisca Yofie mengaku anaknya tak berencana membunuh perempuan cantik berusia 30 tahun tersebut.

"Ya Wawan adalah anak kedua saya, sedangkan Ade adalah cucu saya," kata Ahri, ayah dan kakek dari dua pelaku pembunuhan sadis atas Sisca Yofie, ketika ditemui Tempo, Ahad 11 Agustus 2013.

Wawan dan keponakannya, Ade, ditangkap polisi hari ini, karena diduga membunuh Sisca Yofie, pada Senin 5 Agustus 2013 lalu. Dari rekaman CCTV nampak pelaku menyeret korban lebih dari 500 meter dengan motor. Sisca akhirnya dieksekusi dengan cara dibacok golok hingga tewas di dekat sebuah lapangan di Jalan Cipedes Tengah.

Menurut Ahri, dialah yang menganjurkan kedua pelaku menyerahkan diri pada polisi. "Menurut cucu saya, mereka semula tak berniat membunuh," ujar Ahri.

Ia lalu menuturkan kembali pengakuan Ade kepada dia beberapa hari setelah terbunuhnya Sisca Yofie. "Menurut Ade, awalnya Wawan meminta diantar pakai motor Ade untuk meminta sumbangan acara Agustusan (peringatan Hari Kemerdekaan 17 Agustus) ke rumah-rumah,"kata Ahri.

Ade, kata dia, mengemudikan sepeda motor. Sementara Wawan membonceng di belakang. Mereka mencari sumbangan sampai kompleks perumahan di Jalan Setra Indah Utara, tempat Sisca Yofie tinggal.

Saat melintas di depan rumah Setra Indah Utara 11, mereka melihat Sisca Yofie keluar dari mobilnya untuk membuka gerbang dan memasukkan mobil ke halaman rumah itu. Ketika itulah, Wawan meminta keponakannyanya untuk memutar kembali ke rumah itu.

"Balik deui, balik deui (ayo kembali lagi)," kata Wawan pada Ade. "Rek naon (Mau apa)? tanya Ade," tutur Ahri, menirukan penuturan cucunya. Ade lalu menuruti permintaan pamannya. Saat berhasil mendekat, Wawan tiba-tiba berusaha mengambil tas milik Yofie.

"Dia (korban) mempertahankan (tas) lalu terjatuh ke dekat roda belakang. Karena panik, mereka langsung kabur. Tapi rupanya rambut dia (Yofie) yang panjang tersangkut ke jari-jari roda, masuk ke gir motor dan terseret,"tutur Ahri.

Para pelaku berusaha melepaskan Yofie dari motor saat melintasi jalan kompleks dan Jalan Cipedes Tengah. Namun itu baru berhasil mereka lakukan di Jalan Cipedes Tengah dekat lapangan Abra atau 500 meter lebih dari Setra Indah Utara.

"Dekat lapangan Abra, Wawan mengeluarkan golok untuk memotong rambut Sisca Yofie yang masuk gir motor dan melepaskan dia (Yofie) dari motor,"tutur Ahri. "Terus kabur lagi."

Ahri juga menuturkan, selepas kejadian Senin malam itu, Ade nampak gelisah. "Tidak makan, tidak tidur. Saya tanya ada apa. Akhirnya dia mengaku (bahwa dia bersama Wawan telah membunuh Yofie),"aku dia.

Menyadari kasus pembunuhan Sisca Yofie marak diberitakan media, Ahri lalu menyarankan Ade menyerahkan diri ke Kantor Polsek Sukajadi, Sabtu 10 Agustus 2013. "Polisi bersama Ade mencari Wawan ke Cililin dan Cianjur. Wawan sudah pergi dari sini (rumah Ahri) sejak setelah kejadian itu,"kata dia.

Tim Reskrim Polrestabes Bandung menangkap dua orang pria, A dan W tekait pembunuhan Fransisca Yofie atau Sisca, yang terjadi di kawasan Cipedes Kecamatan Sukajadi, Kota Bandung, awal pekan lalu.

"Dua orang sudah ditangkap dan diamankan. Pertama berinisial A yang menyerahkan diri ke Polsek Sukajadi, dan seorang lagi W yang kita amankan di Ciranjang, Kabupaten Cianjur pada Minggu (11/8)," kata Kapolrestabes Bandung, Kombes Pol Sutarno, di Bandung, Minggu.

Menurut Sutarno, selain kedua pria itu polisi juga telah menanyai sejumlah saksi yang diduga mengetahui terkait kedua orang pria itu.

Kapolrestabes menyebutkan, A menyerahkan diri ke Polsek Sukajadi atas saran dari istri dan keluarganya. Yang bersangkutan telah memberikan keterangan dan mengungkap keterlibatan seorang pria bernama W yang tidak lain adalah pamannya sendiri.

Dari keterangan A, polisi melakukan pengejaran ke wilayah Cianjur dan akhirnya menemukan W yang saat itu tengah berboncengan dengan istrinya dengan sepeda motor yang diduga digunakan untuk menghabisi nyawa Sisca.

"Kami masih akan melakukan pendalaman terhadap W, sekaligus melakukan tes silang atas keterangan A. Kami akan menggali keterlibatan masing-masing, termasuk motifnya," kata Sutarno. Selain itu, polisi juga mengamankan barang bukti sepeda motor, dan akan meminta keterangan istri W.

Berdasarkan pengakuan A, kata Kapolrestabes, ia diajak oleh W untuk mengambil proposal. Ia mengendarai sepeda motor itu yang juga miliknya, sedangka W dibonceng.

Setelah kejadian itu, A diturunkan di tengah jalan dan diminta pulang sendiri ke rumahnya. Karena merasa bersalah ia menceritakan kejadian itu kepada keluarganya yang mendesaknya untuk menyerahkan diri ke Polsek Sukasari.

Kejadian yang menewaskan wanita cantik tersebut terjadi pada Senin (5/8) sekitar pukul 18.30 WIB di rumah kost Sisca yang berada di kawasan Cipedes. Saat itu, wanita yang baru keluar dari mobilnya langsung disergap dan dijambak, kemudian diseret dengan menggunakan sepeda motor sejauh satu kilometer hingga meninggal dunia.

Kejadian itu sempat terekam oleh CCTV di pintu gerbang rumah kost itu, namun wajah pelaku tertutup helm. Titik terang kasus baru tercipta setelah A menyerahkan diri ke Polsek Sukajadi. (ANT)

BANDUNG, KOMPAS.com — Pelaku pembunuhan terhadap Franciesca Yofie (30) dikabarkan telah ditangkap. Namun, pihak kepolisian menolak mengonfirmasi kabar tersebut.

Berdasarkan informasi yang dihimpun, pembunuh Sisca diringkus oleh Satuan Reskrim Polrestabes Bandung dan masih menjalani pemeriksaan. Namun yang bersangkutan bukan pelaku utama. Diduga ada empat pelaku dalam kasus pembunuhan tersebut.

Sayangnya, sampai saat ini polisi masih bungkam. Meskipun dicecar pertanyaan oleh puluhan wartawan yang menunggu di depan ruang Satuan Reskrim, Kasat Reskrim Polrestabes Bandung Komisaris Polisi Trunoyudho Wisnu Andiko menolak membenarkan ataupun membantah kabar penangkapan pelaku.

"Enggak boleh. Saya enggak boleh memberikan keterangan apa pun. Tunggu saja Kapolrestabes," kata Truno, Sabtu (10/8/2013), saat dicecar puluhan wartawan yang menunggu pernyataan resmi kepolisian selama beberapa jam.

Namun, Kapolrestabes Bandung Komisaris Besar Polisi Sutarno yang tiba beberapa saat kemudian juga enggan memberi keterangan. "Nanti saja, ya," kata Sutarno singkat.

Seperti diberitakan, Franciesca Yofie atau Sisca menjadi korban pembunuhan sadis di Cipedes, Bandung. Perempuan berusia 30 tahun itu disergap di depan rumah kosnya. Rambutnya dijambak kemudian diseret dengan sepeda motor sepanjang ratusan meter.

Tubuh Sisca yang penuh luka dan berlumuran darah ditemukan warga di Jalan Cipedes Tengah, Kecamatan Sidodadi, Kota Bandung, Senin (5/8/2013) petang. Saat ditemukan, dia masih bernapas. Dia meninggal dalam perjalanan ke RS Hasan Sadikin, Bandung.

Sebelumnya diberitakan, Kepolisian Bandung membentuk tim khusus untuk mengungkap kasus pembunuhan ini. "Sesuai instruksi Kapolda, kami membentuk tim khusus untuk memburu pelaku," tegas Komisaris Besar Martinus Sitompul, Kabid Humas Polda Jabar, saat dihubungiKompas.com, Kamis (8/8/2013) sore.

Kasus pembunuhan sadis terhadap perempuan cantik Franciesca Yofie mulai menampakkan titik terang. Kepala Divisi Humas Mabes Polri Inspektur Jenderal Ronny F Sompie mengungkapkan, ada satu orang yang mengaku membunuh Sisca.

Sisca (34) tewas setelah diseret dua orang menggunakan sepeda motor di Jalan Cipedes RT 7 RW 1 Kelurahan Cipedes, Kecamatan Sukajadi, Kota Bandung, Minggu 5 Agustus lalu. Tak hanya itu, pelaku juga membacok kepala Sisca.

"Penyidik bilang sudah ada yang mengaku. Tapi belum jelas, apakah dia menyerahkan diri atau bagaimana," kata Ronny di Mabes Polri, Sabtu 10 Agustus 2013.

Namun, sejauh ini penyidik tidak percaya begitu saja dengan pengakuan orang tersebut. Penyidik tetap mendalami kasus dengan memeriksa sejumlah saksi lain dan olah tempat kejadian perkara. "Pengakuan harus dicocokkan. Kalau yang mengaku baru satu, kan dicari lagi yang lain," ujar dia.

Tapi setidaknya, kata Ronny, sudah ada titik terang untuk mencari pelaku pembunuh Sisca.

Sebelumnya, Kabid Humas Polda Jabar Komisaris Besar Martinus Sitompul menduga pelaku pembunuhan Sisca ahli dalam mengeksekusi. "Karena mereka bisa menghilangkan barang bukti di TKP, sehingga dipastikan mereka mempunyai kemampuan untuk mengeksekusi," jelasnya. Dia juga menilai, pembunuhan ini sudah direncanakan.

In an ideal world this will totally work out (and hopefully will!), but if things go sour, make sure you have a cash reserve that will tide you over. Experts recommend six to eight months' worth of cash savings, but at the very least, make sure you have first and last month's rent. Or enough to pay for a hotel room for several days just in case.

6. A framed photo of the two of you

Things might get tough, and you might miss your single-girl apartment (RIP!), but make sure you have a pic of the two of you in a prominent place in your home — preferably a snapshot of a time when you were first dating and feeling ecstatic about each other. That way you'll never forget why you moved in with him in the first place: Because you loved him more than words can express.

Once you get that out of the way, here are some other simple joys that will help you enjoy each and every day:

Bust it out.

One of the fastest ways to brighten things up at the end of a long, stressful day -- or right in the heart of it -- is to let go and dance. Not a mechanical two-step... really dance! Lock the door if you need to, turn up the music (for real, or at least the music in your head), and let loose. Dancing is uplifts fast because it sparks areas in your brain that make you feel happy and energetic.

Ask someone you care about to just chat about her day. You have no idea what it will mean to her.

Shoot the birds & the bees.

...With a camera, that is! The average adult spends 90 percent of life indoors. For many reasons, spending so much time inside walls and under artificial lighting is bad for your physical, mental and emotional health. Getting outside and indulging in nature, even if it is only for 20 minutes, is a sure way to boost your mood. And by taking even just a few pictures of the natural scenes around you -- birds, bees, clouds, flowers, trees -- you will get your focus off stressful thoughts quickly.

Buy a flowering plant.

Bring the outside inside with houseplants. A NASA study found that certain houseplants can be highly effective at detoxifying the air in your home, in addition to being visually uplifting.

Laugh -- Even if nothing is funny.

Many studies show that laughter is indeed the best medicine. But the laughter doesn't even need to be real: Recent studies also show that even fake laughter produces amazing benefits that include stress and pain relief, lower blood pressure, better brain function and mood improvement.

Transform the grumpy.

It doesn't have to be monumental, but listening to a different type of music, reading an article in a different genre, taking a different route home, or trying an ethnic food that you've never had before can help stop your mind from being cranky. Instead, it will concentrate on the novelty.

Be quiet.

Constant noise causes stress. Put in noise-eliminating headphones and enjoy complete silence for 20 minutes -- oh, and no talking, either.

Do something good -- anonymously.

Clean all the litter off your neighbor's patch of lawn. Place a 5-dollar bill in a teenager's backpack. Write a note that says, "I just wanted you to know that someone in this world thinks you are a really beautiful person" and place it under a random windshield.

4 Types of Tea

Tea is one of the most popular after food drinks in the world, but still very few people are aware that there are four inherently different flavours and types of tea one can find in every supermarket. What you should always remember is that there are only four types of tea.
1) Black tea
2) Green tea
3) White tea
4) Oolong tea

All these are made from the leaves of the Camellia sinensis, also known as the tea plant. Other herbal infusions such as chamomile tea, ginger tea or red tea made of rooibos leaves are disqualified as types of tea since the tea plant is not involved in their making. The difference between the four tea variations lies in the process of making them. In addition, each type of tea has another flavor and various health benefits.

1) Black Tea
The strong flavored burnt Sienna colored hot beverage is the most popular type of tea in the West. Either served with a squeeze of lemon or added milk and a cube of sugar, the cup of black tea is part of daily tea ceremonies that take place worldwide. Black tea is made of heavily oxidized Camellia sinensis leaves. When served plain, it contains no calories, carbohydrates, or fats. A cup of black tea contains more caffeine than any other types of tea but less than in any cup of coffee.

2) Green Tea
The lightly oxidized tea has been popular in China, Japan and Korea for centuries. Recently, rumors on its health benefits increased its popularity in the West as well. It has been proven that drinking green tea can lower cholesterol, prevent cancer, increase metabolic rates and be helpful in variety of other conditions and illnesses. The green tea is lightly oxidized, dried, but not fermented. It is usually served plain, without sugar or milk. Since some of the green tea variants taste a bit bitter, it should be brewed in lower temperature than the boiling point. <

3) White Tea
White tea is rarer and more expensive than the other types of teas mentioned above. Originated in the Fujian province of china, the white tea is made of young Camellia sinensis leaves, which go through a long process of steaming or frying, inactivate fermenting and drying. Since the leaves are harvested while the buds are still covered by white hair, it is called white tea. White tea has the most delicate, sweet taste than the other types of tea. Moreover, it contains the smallest amount of caffeine and the largest amount of antioxidant that help prevent cancer.

4) Oolong Tea
The traditional Chinese tea is the common companion of Chinese foods such as dim sum and chop suey in American Chinese restaurants. The oolong tea, black dragon in Chinese, got its name after its long, dark distinguished leaves that look like wild black dragons when brewed. The unique taste of the oolong tea is achieved by a long process that includes sun drying of the Camellia sinensis leaves, light oxidization, cooling and drying processes. The result is a lighter flavor than the popular black tea and stronger than the delicate green tea.

Don't Be A Slave To Your Things

Do you have things like a bicycle, jetski, or swimming pool that sit unused? Is it that you don't have time to use them because you have to work so much just to pay for them? Sometimes it seems like all the things we own somehow own us.

The bad news is that it's often true. We have to arrange our lives around our things. You get a new truck that can go anywhere, but you're too busy working to go there. Someone is out fishing while you are putting in overtime to pay for your fishing boat. You use your large-screen television a lot, but does it sufficiently reduce the debt-stress that came with it?

Break The Chains!

The good news is that there's a better way. Actually, there are three better ways. First, know what you really value. Second, use cash instead of debt. Third, learn how to look at costs and benefits.

Will you really enjoy that $2,000 mountain bicycle enough? Maybe. This isn't about right or wrong desires. It's a question of truly seeing your own values. Think back to things you've bought but not used, or not used enough. What truly enjoyable things could you do with that money if you had it now? You've got to be self aware and honest.

Cash is king. The price may seem the same, but put those things on a credit card and, with interest, you'll pay a lot more. Cash means you have to save and wait a little for things, but you can buy more and have less stress. Credit cards provide the illusion of a richer life. Escaping debt gives you the reality.

Finally, learn to understand costs and benefits. A friend once came to the realization, using pen and paper, that his jetski cost him $300 for every hour he used it the first year. Loan interest, gas, insurance, depreciation, repairs, licenses - these things add up. And he thought it was too expensive to pay $100 per day to rent one! Consider the real costs of things, and look for a cheaper way, or at least make an honest decision that it's worth $300 per hour to you.

Your things should be making your life better. If they aren't, you need to start looking at them differently. Don't let your things own you. Change your approach.
