Eoday was my first day at ASU…not all that hard, actually. We mostly went over the expectations of the class and the syllabus today. I actually go to campus Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, so tomorrow I stay at home and do homework/ my online Global Politics class

I’m aiming for a Computer Science Engineering major, with a possibility of an architectual or music minor in the future, I haven’t given much thought to it. Anyway, for that, I’m taking a java programming class. I should do well in it, seeing as I’ve taken a class in C++ in the past andd they’re somewhat similar.

With those two, I’m taking Calculus for engineers and English 101. While the English should be relatively easy, the math I’m expecting to be the most difficult of my classes

In Matthew 12:9-14, Jesus goes against the society norm and reaches out to heal a sick man on the Sabbath. He risked persecution to help a needy person. Why thing are we unable to reach out and help someone in need today? Because of the potential ridicule our coworkers and friends may give us? If Christ calls us to be like him, why are we not reaching out past the societical norm, risking but a little ridicule, to do the same?

Hi! Taylor Cavaletto here. Instead of moving on to my senior year of high school this coming fall, I’m actually going to be a freshman at Arizona State University. Exciting, right? I have a full paid scholarship for the first four years, after which my rough plan is to transfer to California to get a masters or doctorate in my planned major, Computer Systems Engineering, which is essentially web and program designing. God has already granted me a head start in that area: I am currently managing two websites this summer alone. Who knows what’ll happen next, aye?
