What is great about this host is that it supports things like php and mysql. Comes with Cpanel and allows for installment of scripts such as wordpress, phpNuke and many other common content managment scripts. You can also install just about any other script as well.

This is great for making sites dedicated to a niche click bank affiliate program.  The drawback compared to paid hosting is an ad placed at the bottom the pages. And there is restrictions to the content. You should read the terms of service, but 99.99% of affiliate programs is no problem. Sites that uses spam in their marketing, such as bogus medical sites are not allowed. The free hosting account service also has a strict setting for emails sent through scripts, and some email accounts such as Hotmail tend to see emails sent from free accounts as spam.

The free hosting is actually provided by Secure Signup If one of your free sites takes of, you can automaticly upgrade your free hosting for 3$ a month, including a free .info name. If you only setup a bunch of spam links and no real content the hosting account will do you no good at all. All the normal rules of SEO applies, its just free. Submit the site to some web directories and let the site live its life.
