As tempting as it was to jump in and start watching the video clips I decided to download and print the work book , at 77 pages it is an in depth workbook that I recommend downloading straight away before jumping into the videos, i also recommend printing a hard copy if you have access to a printer.

Now to module 1 video clips, this is broken up into 19 individual topics. These clips are only short (between 1minute 14seconds with the longest at 12minutes 14seconds), but they do give you all the information that you need on the given topic, this is aided by a paragraph of text below the video when it is opened. Although each clip is short, module one video clips totaling 1Hour 3 Minutes, it is a substantial about of video demonstration. Modules 2, 3, and 4 follow the same structure as module 1 with module total times as follows;

Module 1 – 1hour 3Mins
Module 2 – 1hour 19Mins
Module 3 – 1hour 50Mins
Module 4 – 26Mins

With a total time of 4Hours 40Mins, there is heaps and heaps of demonstrations/lessons and a few “classroom” sessions, all done by Matt himself. I commend Matt on the production quality of the videos clips and audio, it is clear and easy to understand, and the video is well setup with all action on-screen is centred with good lighting.

My Opinion

Many soccer training videos I have seen in the past have a senior coach explain the technique, but when the technique is demonstrated it is done by a younger, inexperienced player. This is not the case with Epic Soccer Training, as all techniques are demonstrated by Matt. I found that they were executed much clearer and cleaner because that are done by a skilled senior player.

This is very helpful because when learning complicated moves like feints for example, subtle differences in body structure can make the difference between success and failure to beat the opponent. I want to watch the best possible player I can perform the move I want to master.

In the workbook there is a training program that has been set out to get you started, this references the video clips for demonstrations and is a great added bonus as a lot of time can be wasted trying to write out a program that is comprehensive but not over the top.

I believe that all aspects of skills training is covered within the program, Everything you need to know to become a excellent player is covered in depth.

Although no fitness based topics are covered (You have to get Epic speed training for the fitness component) the program is really a one stop product from the individual wanting to improve their skills. Hi, Everyone Today I am Going to Tell you about a resource I found when researching what kind of savings could be available when vacationing at Disney World, a booklet called the “Ultimate Disney World Savings Guide“.

I travel extensively — over 200 nights a year in hotels, mainly around the US — and it has become true to me that a little preparation goes a long way in terms of savings. And this turned out to be particularly true when vacationing at Disney World.

She then explains in very simple terms how to get cheaper tickets. This is something I had spent some time researching personally before finding her guide, and my conclusion was that the tickets are the tickets, and no-one, without exceptions can sell them cheaper. There seems to simply be NO Disney World deals whatsoever for resort tickets!

However, Beth’s knowledge of Walt Disney World is such that she explains in very simple to understand terms how to economize a couple hundred bucks when buying the resort tickets. She also tells about free or discounted tickets, where to find them and what to check for so you don’t just get scammed and waste money and time.

Further, Beth has some very cool tips about how to deal with transportation, caring for small children, buying souvenirs, etc, all too numerous to mention here. Made me realize how much smoother my vacations can be now that I know these tips. I would have been sorry!

MY REVIEW

Upon downloading my copy of the ebook I was actually pleased with the obvious detailed approach the author and aquaponics expert John Fay used when compiling the information for his guide. He obviously took the time to correctly identify and explain the important aspects of the aquaponics process and he covers all the areas where you might have some difficulty if you were to attempt to build your own system without a guide.

I read a couple of other reviews of this ebook online before I decided to get my own and my one concern (after reading those reviews) was that this guide would be lacking in content. The other reviews continually preached how “easy to read and understand” this book was and focused on selling me the book in the review rather than clarifying the actual content.

I know from experience that any quality manual/guidebook for a do it yourself system that requires building and assembly needs to be detailed with figures and measurements, not something I would usually associate with easy to read. I certainly didn’t want some guidebook full of pretty aquaponic garden photos and just a basic explanation leaving me guessing as to the proper calculations for the required amount, quantity, area, length, height, depth, and width of the various components of my system.

Well the Aquaponics 4 You guide isn’t necessarily “hard” to read (and I want to be honest in this Aquaponics 4 You Review) but it is written for someone who is serious about building their own system and includes professional detailed diagrams and instructions outlining the proper design placements and measurements of all the different parts required for the system to function optimally.
What I really liked about this guide was the fact that John doesn’t just tell you “what” you need but he also tells you “where” to find the parts and components and includes links to online retailers for the more “aquaponic” specific parts that might be hard to find if you are not located close to a specialty organic farming aquaponics shop.

The only drawback to this guide is that it can’t actually build the aquaponics system for you. I mean just having the guide isn’t enough to make the whole setup come together. You do require the proper tools (the tools required are pretty much outlined in the guide though) and you need to have some mechanical aptitude to build any aquaponics system no matter what guide or instructions you might use.
So don’t be under the impression that once you buy the guide that you can run out to home depot for the parts and just snap them together like an erector set or a box of legos. It will require effort and some concentration on your part.

Of course if you’re a real do it yourself type person you knew that already and you also know there is no greater satisfaction than building something from the ground up with your own two hands.
