Dating is the most difficult and bittersweet courtship... it can be fun, it can be painful, but it is life experience in the purest form because love is the one thing that someone may long for their entire life but have no control over. Love can be a huge mountain, a gentle garden, a raging storm, a cool breeze, or a perfect bath. But there is always fire somewhere nearby. there is always the red-hot stuff of the soul's initiation. If there isn't fire, then it isn't love. It might have all the signs of what the world calls a "successful relationship" . But if it doesn't insist that you move to your next level, if it doesn't take your heart and make it explode in a million pieces, only to fall back together again in some moment of enlightened understanding, then you haven't really loved.

For those of us who still believe in faithful, mutual love..will it ever happen for us? Will someone walk into our lives one day and change everything? Where do the few quality people left out there meet these days? Unfortunately it seems so few and far between that I resort to this. Are you out there, awake, bored, imagining feeling the comfort of your arms around someone you care about?? I'm not always such a sap, but if you can't express your thoughts and feelings in the beginning, when will you really be able to?

I received a email from PayPal. I think it is really good news for Filipinos who has a PayPal account. It’s good news to hear that a number of Filipinos already have the “official” list of bank codes. This gives us a bit more confidence when dealing with PayPal transfers. Hi! I am newly born baby girl and my name is Mekairish. I am going to celebrate my birthday every April 17. I am just few days old... Thanks to auntie Cecille for being there with my mom during labor for few hours and the delivery time. I am so happy, finally I can be with my mom and dad after 9 months swimming in the amniotic fluid inside my mama's womb.

Is it really hard to loose weight? I keep asking this question to myself. As I grow older, I'm having a hard time in loosing weight. I gained a lot after the holidays. Well of course during Christmas season party is everywhere.And it's so hard to say NO to my friends. Now I am really having hard time in trimming down. Seems so hard for me to loose compare to other people. My sister is also overweight but she was able to drop 20lbs. in 2 months time. I hope I can drop some pounds also soon....

It's already in the middle of the semester, school is getting busier. A lot requirements for every subjects, a lot topics to be studied. I had my long quiz in my psychiatric nursing this afternoon. The topic is about abuse and violence, memorized many types of abuse and violence. Though i was not able to make it perfect, but I am confident enough that I will pass that quiz. I was able to answer all questions especially the essay questions.

After posting this blog, I will going to study again. I need to read 2 chapters for tonight and memorize everything, my exam will be on Monday. I think it is better to study ahead of time than eleventh hour.......

Fats Can Make You Sexy!

The foods we eat contain nutrients that provide energy and other substances the body needs. Most of the nutrients in food fall into three major groups: proteins, fats, and carbohydrates. The body uses fat as a fuel source, and fat is the major storage form of energy in the body. Fat also has many other important functions in the body, and a moderate amount is needed in the diet for good health. Fats in food come in several forms, including saturated, monounsaturated, and polyunsaturated.

Too much fat or too much of the wrong type of fat can be unhealthy. There are 3 types of fats that can make a person skinny, and these are the following:

1. Coconut Oil

Coconut oil can make you skinny because it is a type of fat rarely found in other foods, called medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs). MCT's go straight to the liver instead of going directly into circulation. Corn and olive oils are broken into fatty acids that’s circulate through your body after eating, allowing hungry fat cells to suck them up and store them. In using coconut oil, one can spread the coconut oil into the toasted bread instead of using butter or margarines, can also use coconut oil for sautéing. Coconut oil is saturated fats and can raise cholesterol and triglycerides, it is advisable to alternate with other healthy oils.

2. Enova Oil

Enova oil is an excellent source of Vitamin E. Traditional fats normally contains 3 fatty acids but the Enova oil has only 2 so the body treats differently as compare to the traditional fats. It's processed in much the same way as coconut oil, traveling directly to the liver, where it's burned off and used for energy. When people on low-calorie diets consumed 15% of their daily calories from Enova (between 3 and 8 teaspoons), they lost 1% more weight and nearly 3% more body fat than those who ate a similar amount of vegetable oil. You can use Enova Oil for salad dressings, bake and sauté.

3. Nut Butter

Research has shown that people who eat nut butters often weigh less. Nut butters have the combination of protein, fat and fiber keeps your stomach full, so you'll eat less overall. Nut butters can be found in some asian noodles as additives. Ideal amount is only 1-2 tablespoons.

Good fats become bad when taking it into the body beyond the normal amount or quantity. Adding these fats to your food can help you get the body you want.

Keeping your home safe from fire...

It is very alarming fact that the incidence of fire usually happens during dry season. It could be because of the too much heat making everything go wrong or even accidents brought about by the overly playful kids that were left unguarded. Household fire is very scary but it is preventable by observing the basic fire safety tips.

Be careful with candles, match, incense sticks. Don't leave anything still burning when you leave home or even when your about to go to sleep at night. Store them in a high place so your children won't mistake them for toys.
Keep all heating and drying materials in a safe place. Hair dryers, curling irons and other heating materials can cause enough heat to start a fire if not properly taken care of. Instruct your kids not to use it without the guidance of the adult.
Don't leave food unattended while cooking. There are instances that we are very forgetful especially if we are doing a lot of things. If you leave the kitchen, make sure to turn off the stove and also the gas tank.
Use caution with electrical appliances. Be aware of the overused or overloading electrical outlets. Plug only appliances one at a time into an outlet to avoid overloading. Never stand in or near water when using electrical appliances. Make sure to unplug and turn off all appliances before you leave the house.
Have a readily accessible fire extinguisher. It is the most effective way to put out fires. Keep one near your kitchen and make sure you know how to use it properly.
Install smoke detectors and fire alarms. Install one in the kitchen, bedrooms, dining, living rooms and even in the garage. Test it monthly to make sure it's still working properly.

Need to comply a lot requirements each subject, have my clearance signed also in order for me to secure my exam permit and study harder for the final exams. I had my last exam just this morning. Somehow the exam is quiet moderate difficult. So for now I will be staying at home relax, work on my blogs and make it nicer while I’m still waiting for the grades to be released…..

It's already 4.20am down here and I'm still awake. I just finished making my assignment in my guidance and counselling subject. I'll be having a class @ 8am and long quiz in my 3 subjects today. Oh! well I did not study, I'm already sleepy.... A lot assignments and projects for this week. My time is really not enough. But I need to sleep now otherwise I will be sick again.... Hello people! Meet my sweet pretty Muffin. Muffin is a Japanese Spitz dog and she is now 4 years old. She got nice thick white shiny hair. She has 3 brothers namely: Kobie, Cyrus and Simba (died when he was 2 years old). Muffin parent’s name is Bingo and Cookie. Muffin loves to eat and sleep. She also loves to play with her brothers. She usually wakes me up in the morning. She is really attentive when I am talking to her. She even sometimes replies my question in barking and smiling. Muffin likes to be pampered; she loves massage especially in her head and back. We love them so much and treated them as part of our family.
