I'm currently very much into the British-Irish boyband, The Wanted.

They're now in the United States to start filming their reality show, which will be aired on E! this June.

Nathan Sykes, 19, Siva Kaneswaran, 24, Jay McGuiness, 24, Max George, 24, and Tom Parker, 22, will be residing on their temporary home for the reality show, which is a $50,000 a month Hollywood mansion.

It's massive, with seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, and to top it off, a heated swimming pool. Life's going on pretty good for the lads, I think. More photos of the mansion here.

Who is Gemma Arterton?

Gemma Christina Arterton is a British actress, born on 12 January 1986. The gorgeous lady is known for her characters in Quantum of Solace as Strawberry Fields, Clash of the Titans (2010) opposite Sam Worthington, Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time, and Tamara Drewe (2010).

Gemma Arterton has recently finished filming Byzantium (2012) with Saoirse Ronan, Jonny Lee Miller, and Sam Riley.

She has also done filming Hansel and Gretel Witch Hunters (2013) alongside Jeremy Renner and Famke Janssen. The movie will be released on 23 January 2013 in the USA.

Gemma Arterton will be seen in several movies, which will be released in 2013, including Runner, Runner, opposite, Ben Affleck and Justin Timberlake, Mystery White Boy with Olivia Thirlby and Patricia Arquette, Crooked House with Michael Sheen and Joely Richardson, and The Wright Girls.

The Way Back (2010) was one of the movies that I've watched recently, and loved. Loved it so much that I watched it more than once.

There are many reasons why I love this movie. Forgive me but if you're looking for a professional review, I won't give you that. Instead, this is an amateur, strictly non-serious review from a movie fan.

I love Jim Sturgess and Saoirse Ronan. Loved them from the very beginning I saw them in their respective movies. I've never been a fan of Colin Farrell, but he was awesome in this movie.

I've always loved movies based on real life events, and this movie touched my heart. It's about how faith is always there, and all we need to do is to feel it and just never stop hoping. It's about appreciating how peaceful our country is, and how we can go anywhere without any restrictions, and it's about appreciating what we have.

I also love movies that are more than 2 hours long. I am weird like that.

If you like survival movies, mixed with some adventure, you'll enjoy The Way Back (2010), directed by Peter Weir (Dead Poets Society (1989), The Truman Show (1998)).

The teams visited 5 locations in Los Angeles. They are The Griffith Park Merry-Go-Round, Amoeba Records, Rodeo Drive, Pink's Hot Dogs, and The Roosevelt Hotel. All the locations sound so good to me, but if I must pick one, it'll be The Roosevelt Hotel. Who doesn't like to party, right?

However, the most challenging amongst the 5 locations would probably be the Rodeo Drive. The place sounds huge! I mean, looking for a famous person in a shopping haven would be so challenging. I'd be amazed with the glitz and glamour of the place, I wouldn't probably be able to focus on our main goal.

I think Kia Rio made it easy for the teams, though. The car has so many advanced features, such as a rear camera display and easy to use navigation. It also has this thing called the UVO Technology Powered by Microsoft. Furthermore, it has bluetooth and USB jack, which is awesome for music lovers like me. Just plug in my iPod and we're ready for some musical adventure!

If my best friend could Zip and Dash anywhere other than Los Angeles, I think I'd choose Florida. The place is self-explanatory, really. Sun, beach, and boys on boardwalks, what more can we ask for? The Vow (2012) Movie Review

I finally went to the movies yesterday. After months of complaining on how I need to go and watch a movie, I did. I watched The Vow, alone, because Jojo didn't feel like watching a movie. It's a romantic movie anyway, and I didn't feel like making him accompany me.

I've always loved watching movies alone. I used to do that when I was in KL. I'd meet a client at Suria KLCC on a weekday, and I'd watch a movie right after. It has always been fun and therapeutic, sitting by myself in the cinema with my popcorn and drink, enjoying the movie without worrying of having to talk to anyone. Loved every moment of it!

Ooh, spoiler alert from this point onward! So I watched The Vow at MBO, at The Spring Mall. I loved it! The movie was not at all cheesy, and surprisingly, Channing Tatum's acting was quite good. He didn't talk in that rapper tone like he did in Step Up 1 and 2, which was a relief. I love Rachel McAdams, but in this movie, I don't know. Perhaps the chemistry between her and Tatum is not enough for me.

I did shed a tear or two. I found myself trying to fight back tears during some of the scenes, but I couldn't stop it. Some scenes were very touching, and although the lines weren't very memorable for me, I think that's a good thing. I didn't find myself cringing at any of the scenes. In fact, I laughed along at some funny scenes, along with the audience.

The Vow is not one of those romantic movies that I'd watch again very, very soon, but I won't mind watching it if it's shown on tv. It made me cry and chuckle, so it's all good. It made me feel that ache in my heart, like I want my very own Leo (Channing Tatum's character) too. He's not overly charming or romantic, but he's thoughtful. I like that.

I had so much fun yesterday, I think another movie is in order. Maybe tomorrow? We'll see. Happy Tuesday!

One Buck Short was recently in Manila for the Smash Project 2012. I found out that they did a cover of Katy Perry's Last Friday Night (TGIF) there, and I was dying to listen to it. I took my chance on YouTube today, and I'm so happy that I found this video. Sure, it's not mine, but yay for the uploader for sharing it.

One Buck Short will be opening for Sum 41 Live in Malaysia on 14 April 2012. :)

Sum 41 is coming to Malaysia for a concert. How exciting is that? The punk rock band from Ontario, Canada is comprised of Deryck Whibley, Tom Thacker, Jason McCaslin, and Steve Jocz.

The band is coming to Malaysia to promote their latest album, Screaming Bloody Murder (2011). It's their 5th album and it's also the second album produced by the band's frontman Deryck Whibley.

I don't know anyone who's sick of Adele. I mean, she's brilliant. To call her a legend in the making would be an understatement.

Adele has won 2 awards at the Brit Awards 2012, and a whopping 6 awards at the recent Grammy Awards as well. I read that she's taking a long break after this, and although she'll definitely be missed, I'd say good for her.

Here's one of my favourite Adele song, Set Fire To The Rain. She performed it live at The Royal Albert Hall in London on 22 September 2011. The concert was recorded and the DVD was released on 28 November 2011 in the UK.

Love, love her, her performance, her voice, and this song. Love her dress too! Bravo Adele!

So one of my favourite bands, Evanescence is coming to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for a concert, and I won't be there to watch them. Sucks to be me, huh?

The gorgeous Libran, born 11 October 1077 has starred in Tru Calling (2003-04), and Chuck (2007-09), and he also starred in a few movies such as Flightplan (2005), and The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning (2006). He also starred in In Time (2011), alongside Justin Timberlake, Amanda Seyfriend, Cillian Murphy, Olivia Wilde and Alex Pettyfer.

He is currently completing a new movie called Magic Mike (2012), which is due to be released on 29 June 2012 in the US. The movie stars Channing Tatum, Alex Pettyffer, Matthew McConaughey and Olivia Munn.

Whirl by Narmi (The Wknd Sessions)

I've never heard of Narmi until I watched What Men Want two weeks ago. What Men Want is a reality show on our local tv channel, NTV7. It's pretty entertaining, actually.

Anyway, Narmi is probably best known as Imran, the drummer from the band One Buck Short. 28-year old Narmi is planning a release for his EP entitled Whirl sometime this month, while his band One Buck Short is said to be going to The Phillipines in March.

Narmi was also the opening act for Zee Avi's Homecoming Concert in Kuching, Sarawak last year.

This song is called Whirl. I may be biased but I love Narmi's soothing voice and relaxed performance. The video is taken from The Wknd Sessions #31. Ooh the haters! Man, if you've got hate comments, that means you're good. Good luck, Narmi!

26-year old Orianthi Panagaris is a Greek Australian musician. She's best known for being picked as the lead guitarist for Michael Jackson's This Is It concerts.

Orianthi has recently released a 5-song EP called Fire, which was released as an iTunes download.

This song is called According to You, taken from Orianthi's 2009 debut album, Believe. This song has also been used in several music games, and in CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and in Dancing with the Stars season 11.

Faber Drive is a Canadian pop punk band from Mission, British Columbia. The band was discovered by Nickelback's frontman, Chad Kroeger, and consists of 4 members; Dave Faber on lead vocals and rhythm guitar, Jeremy Liddle on bass, Jordan Pritchett on lead guitar, and Andrew Stricko on drums.

I kind of miss Hellcats; I thought it was a good show, which deserves more than just one season. It just needed a good storyline, and perhaps a better director. This song is called When I'm With You, taken from Faber drive's debut album, Seven Second Surgery (2007).

The band has since released a second album in 2009, called Can't Keep A Secret. They had 2 more songs featured in Hellcats S01E16: Fancy Dan, which are Honky Tonk Women, Second Chance, and You and I Tonight.

I fell in love with this song the first time I listened to it. I'm a sucker for love songs and bands with cute guys. Oh well, happy listening and happy Monday!

GardenMind, the Meaningful Game

I haven't been playing any games on Facebook at all this year, and I have vowed to not play anymore. However, I came across this new game called GardenMind by Inspirado Games, which blows my mind!

I tried playing GardenMind by signing in using one of my Twitter accounts. You can also sign in via Facebook, Yahoo, Google and Orkut accounts, to name a few. The game loads quickly and that adds plus points for me because my connection is not as fast as I'd like it to be.

The GardenMind game boasts gorgeous graphics, and everything loads perfectly. I went through the tutorial and it is very easy to understand. There is a video for every mini games, and you will never feel lost. The videos load quickly too.

GardenMind is a game that is designed and developed to encourage brain training. It's more than just planting trees or harvesting crops; it's one of those "Meaningful Games". You will be required to play mini games that require mathematical or vocabulary skills. I haven't gone through the game far enough, but I love how it needs you to somehow use your mind to proceed further.

You can play GardenMind on Facebook or on the GardenMind website itself. The biggest tree on your GardenMind wall is your friendship tree. Every Facebook friends that accepts your invite appears on the tree. You will also be able to compare points with your GardenMind friends.

I also love it that GardenMind donates a portion of its proceeds to WWF-Canada. The game also has charity items such as the Sakura Tree and Silver Fern to help victims of the Japan and New Zealand earthquakes.

I would recommend this game to any gamer on Facebook. It is challenging and relaxing at the same time, and it's addictive too! Have fun!
