Fresh off of her engagement announcement, Kelly Osbourne showed off her brand new bling during a shopping trip on Melrose Blvd with her puppy on Wednesday (November 18).

Kelly’s 18-year-old model boyfriend Luke Worrell first broke the news when he changed his Facebook online relationship status to “engaged to Kelly Osbourne.”

Meanwhile, Kelly also reportedly announced her engagement on the popular social networking Web site, despite recently telling press that she’s “too young to settle down.”

Nonetheless, it looks as if the daughter of rock legend Ozzy Osbourne is ready to take the walk down the aisle, although no further details are available.

With all of the Internet scams around today, even celebrities can be targeted by hackers. Just ask Carrie Underwood. Her MySpace site was tampered with this week. And she’s not happy.

The former American Idol champ’s MySpace profile was just recently hacked by a mobile phone ringtone promotion.
In the last couple of days, Underwood’s fans have been receiving e-mails that claim to be from Carrie. These emails urge the recipients to check out “these amazing free ringtones,” according to TMZ.com.

“Hey, this is Carrie Underwood. Ok here’s the deal, I need every single MySpace friend to stop what he/she’s doing and go here right now and put your cell # in. You’ll receive every ringtone from every MySpace artist (including my favorites)...” said the illicit email.

Underwood is upset by the incident, and her management is working on the problem. If you’re one of her MySpace friends, be aware that this is a hack attempt, and not a personal message from Carrie.

Her HSM co-stars Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens are already back in LA, but it seems Ashley Tisdale isn’t quite ready to say goodbye to New York City yet.

The “High School Musical 3: Senior Year” actress was spotted with her Multipoo Maui as they arrived at their Manhattan hotel, where an overzealous shutterbug tripped backwards and ended up on the ground.
And like the lady that she is, Ashley expressed concern for the downed paparazzo, asking, “Are you alright? Oh My God!” Thankfully everyone was fine, and Miss Tisdale went on her way.

In a recent interview, Ashley explained that, though she’s pretty much the polar opposite of her HSM character Sharpay, she can still relate to her. “I think the thing I can relate to is that she is really driven and she likes to perform. I feel that at an early age I’ve already known what I’ve wanted, and she always knows what she wants and she goes out there and gets it. We just do it two different ways.”

Tisdale also revealed that she’s just getting started, career-wise. “I have a Fox movie feature coming out in January. It’s called, “They Came From Upstairs.” It’s an action comedy and I’m real excited because it’s different than “HSM3.” It was a great experience.”

“I am producing as well. I’m learning and being creative with all these different projects, and I’m hopefully going to make other kids’ dreams come true as mine have. I’m doing my second album. I’m recording it right now. It probably will be released maybe in February. I have a lot of creative control over it. I co-write and record nonstop. I just want to take my time on it because it’s so important to me.”

She’s in London working on a reality show in which she searches for a “British bestie,” and last night Paris Hilton was spotted returning to her hotel all by her lonesome.

It seems Miss Hilton’s boyfriend Benji Madden had already flown home, after spending just 24 hours with her. But that didn’t stop the “Stars are Blind” songstress from showing some love to her fans.
Paris spent over ten minutes outside her hotel meeting and greeting fans, as well as signing autographs and posing for pictures in a sexy leopard print dress.

As for a possible future wedding with Mr. Madden, Hilton told press she’s thinking storybook-style. “I think girls always dream about their wedding. So when I do get married I definitely want it to be like a fairytale wedding. Like Cinderella! I am really happy and really in love right now. Me and Benji just had out seven-month anniversary but I don’t know about a wedding just yet. We will see.”

“There has to be more support for their retailers. The celebrity has to be 100 percent involved with their own line and they have to be willing to support the retailers who are selling it. Having a clothing line should be treated by them as no different than selling an album or promoting a movie,” Ross told.

“I’m fighting right now with Victoria Beckham’s people because she lives here in L.A., we sell her line and she won’t come in here to do an appearance. We have customers asking if she will come in and what am I supposed to tell them? She lives here, she really should come out and support her fans, the people buying her jeans.”

According to press reports, the 21-year-old Mean Girls starlet will be portraying one of Manson’s cult followers, Nancy Pitman, in the movie titled Manson Girls.

The film’s producer, Brad Wyman, confirmed speculation that Lindsay was cast for the role, telling E!: “Yes, I am doing it with Lindsay.”

Men Arrested at Kate Hudson’s Home

Note to aspiring filmmakers - if you’re gonna try and sneak a few celebrity house shots into your next movie, make sure you get clearance first. Take a lesson from the guys arrested outside of Kate Hudson’s home.

According to an official police report, authorities arrested an undisclosed number of men outside the New York City home the “Fool’s Gold” actress earlier today.

It all started when a neighbor called 911 “after seeing what she thought were men on her roof with a rifle.”

As it turns out, the rifle was camera equipment, and the men were taken into custody for what was assumed to be trespassing. They’re still being held at press time.
