Back in October of 2009, Namco Bandai Games announced Inversion, a third-person shooter in development by Saber Interactive (Time Keepers) for PC, PS3, and X360. Originally planned for release in 2010, Inversion introduces revolutionary gravity-wielding combat, zero gravity environments, vector changes, and a unique destructible cover system. Now scheduled for release in early 2012, Invasion is still a title to watch out for as it develops.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;Inversion’s plot consists of one man’s personal struggle to rescue his daughter who has been abducted. During his efforts, he learns extraordinary things about the invading aliens referred to as The Lutadores.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;Inversion uses cover-based tactics; similar to Gears of War, but combined with zero gravity. The in-game physics are integrated with Havok’s destruction system which allows every floating or moveable object to be used as a weapon, and/or as [mobile-destructible] cover.&lt;br /&gt;

skill so much. Not just ability with a ball, but the awareness of a good
 player – one who knows where his teammates will be running to, and how 
to play them in. There is nothing as exhilarating as a well-contested 
game of football, and there always is a win and a lose, may their cycle 
come at different times. Football is life itself and that’s what drives 
us on in PES. To match that entertainment. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Tomorrow is the day when all the impressions from Brazil break, and I
 am very much looking forward to reading them. For me, I am keen to see 
how the individuality of the players – both in movement and ability – 
via the Player ID is received, and the reaction to the more realistic 
pace of the game are received.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
There’s a lot of layers to PES 2013, and we have created a game that is 
accessible to pick up but has a depth of control that can grow with the 
user. Even in the few hours the press had with the game, it was obvious 
they were adding new skills to their play. The early release of a couple
 of exclusive shots will tease fans ahead of the full reveal of the 
game’s content the next day.&lt;br /&gt;

    The Separated Objects Output of psd-manager that is used to create masks for specific objects was further improved to simplify ease of use. The new command "Add Selected" allows to quickly add all selected objects in the scene to the list of objects to generate PSD layers/channels for.&lt;br /&gt;
    For still images psd-manager now automatically filters out objects that do not actually appear in the image, like objects that are hidden, outside the field of view or even ones occluded by other objects. This unlocks a new 'lazy' workflow, where artists may simply pick a large amount of objects for mask generation and then for example render multiple views using the same PSD setup. Each rendered PSD file will then only contain layers/channels for those objects appearing in the respective view.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
    &lt;b&gt;UI Improvements:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
    Descriptive icons were added to all PSD layer and channel channel output types to simplify choosing among them, especially for new users. Icons have also been added to the common Move Up/Down operations for organizing layers and channels.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
    &lt;b&gt;Support for 3ds Max 2013 &amp; 3ds Max 2013 Design:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
    psd-manager now supports Autodesk 3ds Max 2013 and 3ds Max Design 2013. The new Unicode support in 3ds Max 2013 extends to the PSD file format itself. Different languages, symbols and other special characters can now be used freely as part of  PSD file, layer and channel names and also anywhere in the user interface. Combining mutiple psd-manager render effects with State Sets allows for a very flexible render output. PSD output options can either be setup per render pass or shared among multiple passes this way. &lt;br /&gt;
     &lt;br /&gt;
    &lt;b&gt;PSD Filesize reduction:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
    The support of a new compression algorithm for 16 bit PSD files can reduce the filesize significantly, especially of PSD files with many channels. In addition new compatibility options allow to suppress saving the compsoite image (an additional flattened embedded copy) to reduce the PSD filesize. If the composite image is saved, After Effects now imports these PSD files faster as "merged layers" thanks to a new marker in the PSD file indicating the presence of the composite image.&lt;br /&gt;
    &lt;b&gt;Free Trial &amp; After Effects Plug-in:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
    A free trial version of psd-manager 3.2 for 3ds Max can now be downloaded from the &lt;a href="http://www.cebas.com/psdmanager"&gt;psd-manager website&lt;/a&gt;. A free After Effects plug-in providing 3D -camera and point helper animation transfer from 3ds Max to After Effects is also included.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;i&gt;WEISSCAM‘s co-produced 3D highspeed film "Equilibrium“ for BMW Motorrad is from now on bursting onto and out of cinema screens.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
(Munich, Germany--May 24, 2012) For its superbike S 1000 RR, BMW wanted an extraordinary commercial – filled with complex shots, and technically very ambitious. Bringing the storyboard to life demanded 3D, normal speed &amp; high speed, cameras next to and on the bike, and dynamic camera movements from all angles – even when the bike was driving at 250km/h.&lt;br /&gt;
"The challenge was using 3D rigs in combination with the speed of the bike. We had to make sure that the cameras were not shaking, as that would have destroyed the 3D effect. To combat that, we needed to create very special rigs. Driving very fast and shooting 1.000 fps really brought together all extremes!“, says DoP Stefan Weiss.&lt;br /&gt;
"There is always the risk, that you maybe don’t get everything you need, or don’t get exactly what’s on the storyboard because once you are shooting many things can happen. But despite the fact this project was very tricky from a technical point of view, we created all the amazing shots we needed with just our cameras.“, says DoP Stefan Weiss.&lt;br /&gt;
And now, after several months of postproduction, this incredibly fascinating look into the bike’s "world“ called "Planet Power” is ready for release. Look for it in German cinemas before Men Black III. The worlwide cinema release wil follow soon.&lt;br /&gt;

Kung Fu Superstar is a new motion control game currently in development by Kinesthetic Games. It takes players on the journey of a young martial artist aspiring for international fame and stardom. With the guidance of the "Sifu", player will discover the secrets of kung fu and become the most popular martial arts stuntman Hollywood has ever known.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Unlike other fighting games, this one allows players to use their whole body and/or controller to learn actual martial arts techniques (assuming Wing Chun based on the trailer), which help level up player’s fighting abilities. Players then apply these skills while immersed in fight choreography and action sequences to progress through various stages in his career. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
One of the main concerns would obviously be repetitiveness, especially if the game is limited to a certain amount of moves.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
