If its a nuclear family and there is a single person who feeds the family and goes unexpectedly, think of a single night without dinner that’s too you are going through all this when you are just 6 years old.

You might have experienced that the person you hate the most or his character almost is hated by every one stays longer than any one around you, so the chances of a happy goodbyes are very less. So you are always left with a choice of painful or expected byes and one should get habitual of it.

Apparently, the superabundance is so overwhelming,

The choices are spectacular!

Employers en masse, like a parade of dancing cash.

Sixteen hours of resume revamping, twenty two hours

of cover letter re-design, and days of emailing to those who are dying to hire me.

Oh yes. I warned my neighbours of the coming onslaught.

Checked the local bylaws to ensure the parade of opportunity conformed.

 Adorned my body in pinstripes The hair. You should see the hair:

Arched at the edges, it screams Management Material! Oh yes.

 All is good. Six months have passed.

 Do you know how many jobs are NOT out there?

Apparently, the drought is so overwhelming,

I had to stop crying. I couldn’t afford the tissues.

The choices for car washing, flipping burgers

and pouring coffee, spectacular.

I’m not educated to wash, flip, and pour,

I really should have planned better.

Employers must be IN Mass. And cash doesn’t dance.

Even if a kitchen taps leaks, after reaching home you will go through the streets to call a plumber and make sure it do not leaks any more, but after all these still sometime if you offer your colleague to drop him on your way, and he tries to pull back his seat as his knees were brushing from dashboard and he knows the way to pull back but somehow he stuck there and you help him out to make the activity easy and ask him for an excuse saying that “it does like this, there is some oiling problem and since I don’t use this seat frequently so it slipped out of my mind and I forgot to oil it, this week I shall be going garage and I will make sure it does get some  oil”. So as per the law of criticism I should say that this was something which should count in your callous attitude, but in real this is something very natural as it does happen. No one should pick up a point on this as since you were born you have created an entire world of your own, and it is very much possible of getting some edges unfinished.

But now if we talk about our national police men, for sure there have been a hell of movies been released how the police men are corrupted or in some cases where police wants to work for nation gets suspension order and when the movie finishes everyone just say that this happens only in the movies, in real there are no such police. Why this statement gets so obvious in ever debate.

I see two faces for this discussion like that of a common man’s Re1 coin. Public gets over raged when some big mishap happens in the city and at that time police were as usual unaware of it till it takes place and gives it a desired shape. Just cross the roads and give a glance at the parking of our sukhna lake where me and my group of friends used to rehearsal for our annual play and the police used to come and warn us saying that this area has got IPC sec. 144 and no one is allowed to have a gathering more than 4 people, if it is seen in the eyes of law, it is very much applicable in certain ways, but let’s face it practically and we were not having any meeting that would result against the city or nation, we all had our ids with our self and were not trying to disturb the people around, but using a the IPC in a wrong manner he came to us and started speaking in a foul language, the matter resolved when one of us called his parents and his father was in CBI, as he reached the spot the police men changed their tone and started murmuring, now those highly skilled police men were not even able to look in our eyes that simply shows that how ashamed they felt as they knew that they were wrong.

The garden where we used to practice was adjoined to a parking space and an entrance to Sukhna Lake (a manmade lake in the heart of city Chandigarh). 100s of people used to come there, and among them there were many couples also who used to be in the list of audiences of Sukhna Lake. Now we saw that many of the couples were sitting in the car and were just chit-chatting there. Now one of the men of police will come and will inspect the cars, if they see two or more than two male persons are sitting in the car they will warn them and say that it is not allowed to site here in the parking where as if they see a car with one male and the other female member,

they will just drag them out of the car will threat them to impose a heavy fine or they will put them into jail.

Due to this kind of police men around our society the whole department’s image gets spoiled. This is just a case of one place in the city Chandigarh, but there are many-many more place in this country where these policemen do not try to concentrate on the main thing rather concentrate on the 3^rd priority subjects which shall be maintained in a very polite manner and should not cause any kind of harassment or embarrassment.

Have faith on police as the men are always on duty and they do work, if they had not been, the city would get into a barrenland.

After all this as per the nature’s call the son would get marry one or other day, and this is the note of happiness for everyone but inside somewhere every mother does feel scared about the marriage whether the going to be daughter in law would be nice or not, whether she will let her son happy and give enough freedom so that her son never feels exhausted. There are many questions which makes her restless but from inside one more question arises which she never shares it with anyone and that is now would their going to be daughter in law will come in between me and my son, would my son love me the way he used to do earlier, would we be able to enjoy the way we used to do earlier. No one has got such question’s answers and may be every family gets only a single answer and that is conflicts in between. Now it depends on the daughter in law that what type of teachings she has got from her maternal house as a good daughter in law would always understand the point of view of her mother in law and if she finds that the mother in law is irritating without any reason then that daughter in law will always ignore and listen to whatever her mother in law has said or complained about her as what so ever may the problem is at the end of the day she is an elder and at least in India we have always been taught that elders are equal to Almighty God, so no matter how rude or illogical they are but we should always keep them

It is true that every personality differs from other but the point stuck at the topic of girlfriends as this personality, ”GIRLFRIEND” stays as same no matter who is she, how is she and how does she carry herself, whether she is practical or very concerned about her career at the end of the day she is a girl and everyone has to face the fact that handling a country is very easy but handling a girl is the most difficult task ever you can expect of, that might be the reason behind making “18 years old” age to be a prominent and eligible to cast vote, and can join any job but to marry a girl that age is actually not enough, you need to be more mature. So I plotted down some of the check list you must follow.

        1. Does not matter how pathetic she is looking in this party dress but you should always compliment her or else your evening gonna ruin in such a way that you might not had ever dreamt in your life.

        2. Never compliment your female friends in front of her, you might not feel the heat initially but later you will be punched hardly on your even smallest mistake. If you addressed your friend with a cute and a chubby name, later that day you will find yourself in a fight where you will be trying to relocate the reason of fight but she will not wait for you to think of it as sooner the matter gets resolved a new topic will be raised about why are you not talking swiftly as you used to earlier and then the grand comment you would get, “Now you don’t find me attractive any more, that is the reason my priorities are getting thin”

        3. Never raise your voice on her no matter how much she screams on you, as if you will try to do this mistake she will stop fighting for sure, that might seem working as you wanted this only but after that she won’t speak a work to you and you will die begging in front of her but the matter would only solve if you will give her a bunch of flower or a Cadbury dairy milk chocolate and will plead for sorry at least for 10 times.

        4. Do not try to check her phone or messages, MAY GOD BLESS YOU then.

        5. Last but not the least, never stop her or complain about her friend circle if you want to have a relaxed 3 hours at your home watching Cricket.

Tanmay Shankar Narayan peeps out of the door very quietly and asks the man about the reason of his visit and calls his mom, and the call was very loud and clear that all the crows sitting on the hedges few in the sky. Mrs. Girja Bhardwaj, a housewife with wheatish complexion and carrying a descent height, very gentle build and seemed to be an active housewife who does not keep herself till the kitchen. She signs the documentations needed to accept the courier and calls Tanmay in a warning tone “Tanmay, just come inside and complete your homework first” but Tanmay asks for only 4 minutes of break and without actually taking permission he crossed the road and rings the bell of the house which was just around 6ft away from his house, and there lived Tanmay’s best friend who was more than double of his age and was pursuing graduation in a well renowned college, being such a difference in the age still both used to have the best time together.

This was a special case where two vast age generation kids were sharing a bond which has no motive behind it. Tanmay exclaimed, “Manik Bhaiya, will you come to play this evening?” and he replied in positive with a great cheerful smile on his face and within in no time they started their chat on some idiotic topic, but that was only idiotic for the passerby where as both were enjoying their topics and were laughing out loud. This was almost a regular task these kids used to practice. The only reason Manik became so attached to Tanmay was his innocence and somewhere Manik realized that Tanmay has got some reflections of his childhood where as Tanmay was not out of them who will hurt others or try to make cry anyone and this was something Manik was in his childhood. Manik simply assumed that like him only Tanmay’s closest friend might be only and only his parents whom he always expects to be happiness, he only loves peace and later he would be the one who will give his parents not only the support but a true respect and love which does not comes with every child and most importantly there was a thing in which Manik was very good at and it was reading eyes. Manik read Tanmay’s eyes which always used to urge for a company, although it was not like Tanmay had any insufficiency. He had the latest video games as well the latest toys to play but then why he want Manik, and the only answer is in this generation of group they had lot to ask and a very peculiar love for bachelor youngsters and the only logic behind it is they love to hang around with one who will give them respect and importance.

Manik used to give importance to Tanmay and that was the reason behind their bond, and then comes Tanmay’s father, Mr. Bhardwaj. Now if we will discuss Mr. Bhardwaj, he is a married guy with his own established business so that makes this person to be the oldest in the story. Now the point clashes when Tanmay’s feelings get converted into Manik for Mr. Bhardwaj. Manik was a single son in his family and thus he never had any one around to discuss and as Tanmay only, Manik never goes in a cheap company so he always finds

Now with age the responsibilities increases and which becomes impossible to neglect. For Tanmay a evening becomes special if Manik plays with him and Manik’s evening becomes special of Mr. Bhardwaj shares his time with him and no one can change the law of attraction and on the other hand the handful of responsibilities. Manik has got his college home works and extracurricular activities to attend and he has to manage the time to keep Tanmay happy and same goes for Mr. Bhardwaj.

Jim Morrison once said, ‘Film spectators are quiet vampires’… and in case you are planning to catch his self-confessed disciple Janardan ‘Rockstar’ Jakhar (Ranbir Kapoor) in action this weekend, you are in for a feast.

In Imtiaz Ali’s most complex project till date, Ranbir has delivered a performance which hardly any of his competition can hope to emulate. From being a downtown North Dilli boy JJ to an angry and bitter Jordan, he makes up for all the holes you can pick in Imtiaz Ali’s plot with his brilliant histrionics.

Yup, Ali’s Rockstar lacks depth… just like its protagonist Janardan’s life. With a hairdo and clothes that resemble the fashion of the early 1970s, Janardan, or JJ as he calls himself, is constantly trying to ape rockstar Jim Morrison and is constantly seeking a formula to become one.

His confidants, college mates and college canteen owner Kattara Bhai tell him that to be a rockstar one needs to experience life altering love, heartbreak and self discovery. And his mind ticks till he spots Heer (Nargis Fakhri).

Heer is the diva of the college, poised and polished very lady like. Their union seems unfeasible. After a few scenes, we learn that she is to be married off within 20 days and wants to experience all that is forbidden.

The duo makes a list and bond over soft-porn cinema in a seedy Delhi theatre and country liquor but without emotions for each other. In due course, JJ is christened Jordan, which seems to be an apt name for a rockstar.

As the mystery unfolds over layers of flashbacks, it takes the story to a designated plateau and halts.

At stages, you feel you are watching a documentary, full of montages of memories lined up over good music. Be it Sufi music or the shehnai-guitar jugalbandi, A.R. Rahman’s music touches your heart.

Performances are superb. Nargis is a sure threat to Katrina Kaif. Shammi Kapoor sharing screen space with Ranbir touches a raw nerve. Over all, Ranbir carries away accolades for his histrionics.

Coming from a director who has given wonderful hits like “Jab We Met” and “Love Aaj Kal”, “Rockstar” fails to match the hype. It’s evident that there is something amiss with the characterisation of this love story.

During the entire transition it is not revealed how Jordan becomes a symbol of rage nor does it reveal the ‘junoon’ of Nargis’ character. But even Imtiaz Ali’s non-linear and jerky story telling can’t eclipse the rise of a Rockstar.

With some beautiful wide angle shots, the film captures scenic Kashmir, Prague and Delhi in a way that has not been seen in the recent past.

The editing too is crisp but the last half hour is agonisingly similar to Shahid Kapoor’s “Mausam”. It just goes on and on.
