Durante la selección, buscamos vinos equilibrados y ligeros, y ricos en aromas afrutados. Conservamos las calidades de la región de Burdeos.
Asi, los aromas de frutas confitadas y una cierta frescura en boca destacan en el French Rendez-vous D.O.C. Sauternes.
En lo que se refiere al French Rendez-vous D.O.C. Graves Rouge, conlleva aromas de fruta roja, típicas/características del merlot y de los taninos delicadamente &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ffffff;"&gt;

&lt;p style="MARGIN-TOP: 0px; MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0px"&gt;- 200 gr de magrets de canard séchés
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="MARGIN-TOP: 0px; MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0px"&gt;- 1 pincée de sel&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="MARGIN-TOP: 0px; MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0px"&gt;- 2 pincées de poivre&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="MARGIN-TOP: 0px; MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0px"&gt;- 3 oeufs &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="MARGIN-TOP: 0px; MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0px"&gt;- 150 gr de farine&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="MARGIN-TOP: 0px; MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0px"&gt; - 1 sachet de levure &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="MARGIN-TOP: 0px; MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0px"&gt;- 10 cl d’huile de tournesol &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="MARGIN-TOP: 0px; MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0px"&gt;- 12,5 cl de lait entier &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="MARGIN-TOP: 0px; MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0px"&gt;- 100 gr de gruyère râpé&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="MARGIN-TOP: 0px; MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0px"&gt; - 250 gr de champignons &lt;/p&gt;

Préchauffer le four à th.6 (180°C).
Dans un saladier, travailler bien au fouet les oeufs, la farine, la levure, le sel et le poivre. Incorporer petit à petit l’huile et le lait chaud.
Ajouter le gruyère râpé et les morceaux de magrets préalablement émincés. Mélanger. Faire dorer les champignons et les mélanger avec le reste. Verser le tout dans un moule et faire cuire au four pendant 45 min.
Servir le cake tiède avec une salade verte et un Graves rouge du Château Quincarnon. &lt;/div&gt;

Il considère par exemple que la taille est le travail le plus noble de la vigne : « elle optimise la qualité et permet d’obtenir une production saine et régulière ».
Les opérations en vert permettent également de canaliser le développement de la végétation et d’obtenir une meilleure qualité lors de la récolte. Ces opérations comprennent : l’épamprage, le rognage, l’écimage, le relevage et l’effeuillage.
