Mass Effect 2 is the sequel to what many consider the best game ever produced in the XBox 360's history, Mass Effect. Whilst it may be difficult to believe that developers BioWare could manage to better it, they have – in the process creating the single best gaming experience you are likely to have in 2010.

There are few games that are as gripping as this is, and no matter whether you've played the original or not (hopefully you have!), this is simply something which cannot be missed.

BioShock 2 £23.99

Rock Band took the brilliance of the Guitar Hero series and turned the notch up to 11, with drums and vocals thrown in with the trusty old guitar. Although Guitar Hero games now do the same thing, it was Rock Band that started off the move towards complete band interaction through the use of plastic instruments.

A core of 58 playable tracks are included on the disc, with 51 of them being master recordings. PlayStation 3 and XBox 360 owners also have the ability to download a shedload of additional songs, either on an individual tracks basis or as packs and albums.

Rock Band From £7.99

After seemingly being in development for at least three years, Final Fantasy XIII has finally arrived. Although some reviewers (and gamers themselves, it has to be said) have been a bit critical about this latest in the series, fans and lovers of role-playing games are sure to lap this up.

Final Fantasy XIII: Collector’s Edition £49.99

The XBox 360 Wireless N Networking Adapter is head and shoulders above the original release – not only do you get increased speed and range plus added wireless security features, but it will also look quite snazzy to go with your Elite console (it only comes in black, you see).

While it's still something of an irritant that Microsoft refuse to build in wireless technology to the system in the first place, I think it's worth remembering that they have been making a loss for near enough the entire time the console has been out – still, it'd be a nice addition in the future…
