Lego Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures is perhaps the most fun game you'll ever play with a friend, especially if you happen to be a fan of either the first three Indiana Jones films or Lego in general.

All of the iconic moments are recreated in typically silly fashion, albeit toned down slightly to become more family-friendly. All 83 regular characters have their own unique abilities, which must be used in order to complete the 18 different levels (6 chapters per movie).

DJ Hero Turntable Kit From £49.93

Rock Band took the brilliance of the Guitar Hero series and turned the notch up to 11, with drums and vocals thrown in with the trusty old guitar. Although Guitar Hero games now do the same thing, it was Rock Band that started off the move towards complete band interaction through the use of plastic instruments.

A core of 58 playable tracks are included on the disc, with 51 of them being master recordings. PlayStation 3 and XBox 360 owners also have the ability to download a shedload of additional songs, either on an individual tracks basis or as packs and albums.

Rock Band From £6.85

Using many of the features from Soul Calibur IV, Soul Calibur: Broken Destiny also introduces two new characters into the mix – Dampierre and some chap called Kratos who's been known to appear in some God of War games (no, never head of them either).

26 other characters are also available to choose from, plus a further 16 can be created (in a cut down version of the same mode from Soul Calibur IV). Five game modes are included to fight in, with multiplayer an option as well, although sadly without online play.

Soul Calibur: Broken Destiny £4.99

SingStar: Take That does exactly what it say on the tin, by providing 25 of the group's greatest hits for you to sing along with – and if you're a little bit shy, another person can join in the "fun" (handy for times when you may have had one or two lemonades too many!).

Some of the tunes will be recognisable to near enough everybody, but it's worth pointing out that a handful are perhaps less common – though fans will have no problem…
