Summer is officially here! What will you eat during the Easter? Where will you spend the Easter day? Beaches will surely be full of people hanging around. Got a problem what to wear on beach? Don't want to expose much of your skin? Here are some tips:

Having trouble wearing swimsuit at the beach? Noticing that your pants get tighter each day? You're gaining weight! Maybe you have eaten foods that could make you fat or foods that will lead you to sleep (sleep contributes to gaining weight).

People have been doing a lot of effort just to lose weight. Some try every natural ways to lose weight but nothing happens. Maybe, they also can't stop themselves from eating.

I have seen a commercial in the TV. Maybe I suggest that this can help in people who are losing weight, because my sister uses this. The commercial I was saying was Nestle Fitnesse. It is a cereal diet to be eaten in 14 days. You just need to eat 30 of it at breakfast and dinner. You can also add milk and fruits with it. But also make sure that you also give time for exercise and eat a balance meal at lunch. Limit your sleeping hours also. Do a lot of work because it also serves as an exercise.

That's only one of the natural ways of losing weight. It is not easy to spend a large amount of money on liposuction so try natural ways first.

Work wardrobe as everyday outfit is not that easy to put on style specially if you have only limited knowledge about fashion. Don't worry about it. Don't you know that there are many styles to you can do with several outfits? Brighten up your day and let others see and forget about what you wore yesterday or the other day. With these styles, no wonder that how you look today can be different on the other days.

- Wear a professional dress. Dress is a single outfit and it needs styling. Wear a crystal or gold colored belt and put it slightly above the waist. A wide belt or a thin belt will both look well with the dress. Make sure that the color of the belt will not contrast the color of the dress. I prefer wearing black or white belt or a belt with the same color of the shoes.

Also add a jewelry for that complete look. A long necklace with crystal beads is a best styling outfit for the dress.

- Wear skirt or slacks with the professional blouse with a collar. You can chose from a high waist slacks or skirt. Wear high heeled shoes or even a simple black shoes. Tie your hair with a ponytail. Wear earrings preferably, pearl earrings or earrings with big crystals. That is now a complete office look.

- A simple sleeveless or spaghetti strap blouse with blazer or a professional jacket partnered with slacks is perfect as an office look. A slacks that looks like baston but fits a little loose in the lower part of the body. Just add necklace or bracelet that will add professional look for your outfit. So choose the jewelry wisely.

- Long sleeves and skirt or slacks is also good for a professional office look. Long sleeved blouse ( the best color is white) with a long necklace or is also considered as a formal outfit.

Those are just several outfits that you can wear at the office, specially on Mondays or Tuesdays. Semi formal dresses are worn on Wednesdays and Thursdays and on Fridays, wear jeans and simple outfits.

Additional information: For that professional look, stand up straight. Be sure that you have a clean outfit especially if it is white. Walk straight. Wear a light makeup to avoid stressed look. If you are sleepy, don't yawn (read articles on how to avoid sleepiness). Try to eat candies.

I and my friend usually go to malls after office hours. We passed by to a lechon food restaurant. Since we are both hungry, we ate in that restaurant. After satisfying our hunger, we decided to have a stroll at the mall. After a long time of strolling, I noticed earrings with feather designs. I said, "It was beautiful and stylish!". It really was.

For me, feather dangles are one of the stylish earrings. Its feathery design gives a light feeling for the ears. And it is available in different colors. It is very unique. And it is in this summer season. Pefect to wear in beaches, malls, and even at home. And I also suggest that it should also be worn with jeans and a shirt. It will give you a girly look. Feather Earrings can also be a simple gift for women since women love girly items. On the other side, it is not too expensive.

I said to myself, when I get back to the mall, I'll definitely buy that pair of earrings!

As what I know, belly fats usually build around the tummy and sometimes on the thighs and hips. And too much belly fat can increase the chances of leading you to heart disease, cancer, and other
diseases.

Since you want to fight or lose your belly fat, here are some ways that can help you:

1. Do simple activities that can make you move. Exercise, do jumping jack, run, etc. If you move, you make your heart rate faster, thus, it helps in your metabolism. In that way, you can burn excess fat in your tummy.

2. Minimize eating foods with too much trans fat intake.
According to what I've read, trans fats are "the biggest food-processing disaster in US history". Trans fat foods will not just make your tummy fat, it will also lead you to certain diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, immune dysfunction, obesity, and reproductive problems.

Vegetables such as Onion, fried onion, onion rings; potatoes, cheese fries, fried seafood, fried chicken, and fish are some of the trans fat horrors.

3. Drink plenty of water instead of soda.
Sodas have plenty of sugar that it can contribute in adding extra calories. Replace it with water. It is calorie-free and can make your stomach fill up, it makes you not to eat too much. Because rice can also cause you to add extra calories, try eating vegetables and viand only instead of rice.

4.Eat yogurt
Yogurt is a low fat food that helps reduce belly build up. It can also contribute in maintaining healthy bones and muscles-a good source of calcium like milk.

5. Exercise in a stability ball.
It's not a hard thing to do. Lie on your stomach and slowly walk yourself forward.

Walking in high heeled shoes is somehow a difficult thing to do specially when you are not used of wearing it. Walking perfectly in high heels is achieved through learning by practice. Here are some steps that can help you learn how:

Start from small heels
-Start wearing 2-3 inches low heeled shoes - the one with thick heels. A pair of boots with cone heels would be good.

-Then, train yourself to use kitten heeled shoes. Kitten heeled are best to use when you are learning to maintain your balance while walking.

-Also try wedge heels. It will give you increased balance as it occupies the entire space under the arch and heel portions of the foot. Wedge heels are not difficult to practice.

-Then after that try wearing the highest heels ever - the stilettos! If you train yourself balance and just be used of wearing it, you'll see someday that you can walk with stilettos!

Remember to choose your shoes carefully. If you would start with wearing high heels and you still wear it even though you know that it's too high for you, what will happen is, you will end up walking with your knees bent forward. So be sure not to bend your knees.

After walking for long minutes, give your feet a break. Give your feet a time to rest. Indulge in a delicious, cold lime juice that will keep you relaxed. Then get back to practicing!

Clothing

There are many colors of lipsticks. We often see it in Avon Brochures and Beauty Magazines. When we see lipsticks sometimes, we are undecided of what color would fit our lips. So to make it easy, I decided to write a blog regarding choosing a lipstick that will suit your lips and skin tone.

Choose a lipstick that is almost alike with the color of your lip. Stick from your lip's color. With a dark skin tone, use a deep red color, light lipsticks like light brown, beige, nude, pink, orange, or light red complements a light skin tone. Nude lipstick, brown red is good to look at tan skin tone.

Lipstick colors should be lighter at day and darker at night. Also use a sheer lipstick in daytime or a lip gloss.

Choose a lip liner which is darker that the lipstick you are using. But it should be in the same color family.

Put on the lipstick first before applying the lip liner. Shape your lips and be careful not to pass beyond the lip line and mess up.

When eating foods such as donuts, chips, and also when drinking, be careful while chewing/drinking so that the lipstick would not be erased. Sometimes the inner part of the lips with lipstick are erased when eating so don't forget to retouch.

Boy Legs is a two piece swimwear. The upper outfit is a swimwear bra and the lower outfit is just like panty shorts or girls boxer shorts.

Maillot is a one piece suit. It is sometimes halter necked and one shouldered. The back part sometimes is exposed.

Also, try to use some accessories that will fit your swimsuit, That would make you look more fashionable.

Bridal shower is commonly done before a bride's wedding. For an instance, your friend will be married this month. A bridal shower will be made and you are invited to attend it. You don't know what to wear because it's your first time to attend an occasion. You are having a hard time figuring out what to wear. Just sit back, relax, eat your food and some delicious desserts and delicacies. Don't worry I'll cite some ideas on what to wear on a bridal shower party. Here are some:

Before, formal attire are often worn by someone who attends a bridal shower. Today, pajamas, pants, jeans, T-shirts are the selections. Hula outfits and sexy costumes are other choices.

Anyway, before deciding what to wear, the first thing you need to know is where is the location and what is the kind of location. If it's a formal location, be sure to dress up in a formal attire. For sure, you don't want to look funny if you'll be wearing jeans and shirts in a luxurious banquet hall, right? So, also consider the type of location first.

Gowns are woman's best dresses. It is worn only for a few times. Sometimes for bridal occasions, ball, parade, etc. I had experienced going to a ball twice, and my favorite gown styles are:

-Off Shoulder Gowns

Shoulders are one of the attractive parts of a woman's body. Showing the upper parts of the body like the shoulders, back, and cleavage part is sexy. It is a great look for all with pretty shoulders, specially if you have clear and white skin. Tie up your hair to expose your shoulders.

Add spark by wearing a necklace and dangling earrings.

-Strapless Gowns

Strapless gowns are just the same as off shoulder gowns. It is more sexier since it is more daring than off shoulder gowns. It is a long dress which sometimes shows off the cleavage. It is commonly worn by brides. A necklace or will perfectly suit the dress.

2010 started with the New Year last January. And today, for the month of February, another day for celebration for the Hearts Day. It's Valentine's Day, a day of love whatever the status is: single, married, or in a relationship. If you plan on celebrating the day with a date, whether lunch, dinner, or a special breakfast, try to make your look special. Here are ways:

Date in a Luxurious Restaurant
If you are going out on a nice restaurant, try to wear something like a formal dress: a black or a red silk dress. A sandals with high heels will perfectly fit the dress.

Now you're ready with the dress, let's get into the look, for long and short hair, curls are best for it will give you a simple yet classy hair do.

For the makeup, smoky eyes, peach blush on, and nude lips are the best. Or a combination of gray, silver and black eye shadow, pink blush on the cheek and red lipstick looks very glamorous.

Oily Skin is produced by over productive sebaceous glands. It produces too much oil. It happens in teens - during puberty and also in adults. Oil is found commonly on the forehead, nose, and chin. With oily face, it has many negative effects such as large pores, and greasy effect. To avoid oily face, do this basic tips:

* Wash face with lukewarm water and mild soap.
* Use an oil free facial cleanser when washing the face. Dermatologists sometimes don't agree of using cleansers on the face without consultation, but if it works, then continue using it.
* Dry the face first before putting on facial creams and moisturizers so that the pores would not be clogged.
* Eat the right foods. Avoid too much oily foods such as peanuts.
