<h3><strong>ORDERS</strong></h3>
<p><strong>How may I place an order?</strong> An email address is required to place an order on chicandcurvy.com. First go to www.chicandcurvy.com. Then, to place an order, place a product in your shopping cart by clicking on the item you would like to order, select size and quantity, then click the Add to Cart button on the right side of the quantity. You can also view your cart by clicking the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of your screen.</p>
<p>Items added to the shopping cart are not removed from Chic And Curvy's active inventory until you completely checkout. If an item is in your cart and inventory is low, it may become unavailable between the time you add it to the cart and/or checkout. If you have more than one item in your cart, the rest of the order will be processed and the out of stock item will not ship and we will contact you.</p>
<p>When you're ready to complete your order, be sure to review all of the items you've placed in your shopping cart. If you decide that you don't want a particular product, click "REMOVE ITEM."</p>
<p>Once you have all the items you wish to purchase, click the "CHECKOUT" button. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation from paypal with your order number.</p>
<p><strong>How do I enter coupon codes or store credit codes?</strong> On occasion we have sales, specials, promotion codes or a customer may have a store credit codes. To use any of these types codes, click on Shopping Cart in upper right hand corner and enter the code in the coupon field.</p>
<p><strong>Do I have to order online?</strong> Yes, as we are an online retailer you can only order online. This is the best way to pay. It is fast, safe and secure.</p>
<p><strong>How can I pay for my order?</strong> We use PayPal as our payment processor, they accept the following payment cards: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, and American Express.</p>
<p><strong>Is it safe to order online?</strong> You can be assured that shopping with Chic And Curvy is completely safe. We use Paypal, the top secure payment processor and we do not take credit info online or via telephone. We do not process orders via telephone - only online.</p>
<p><strong>How do I know that you have received my order?</strong> Once you've placed your order, you will receive a PayPal confirmation message, which will contain your order number. Once our team at the warehouse have processed your order, you will receive an email from usps.com with your tracking information. Please remember to track your item since signature confirmation is required.</p>
<p><strong>Can I make changes to my order?</strong> Unfortunately, once you've placed your order, it is not possible to amend any details, as our warehouse team will have already started processing your order!</p>
<p><strong>Can I cancel my order?</strong> To make sure you receive your items as fast as possible, we start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has been placed, you will be unable to cancel it.</p>
<p><strong>Can I track my order?</strong> You will receive an email from usps.com with your tracking number and information. Once your order has shipped, give usps.com at least a day to update their shipping info.</p>
<p><strong>What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?</strong> We're sorry to hear that you've received an incorrect item. Please send us an email to customerservice@chicandcurvy.com with your order ID, the full name/title of the item you were supposed to receive, send us a camera phone picture of item received and any further details of the problem within two weeks of delivery. We will work with you to resolve this.</p>
<p><strong>Can I exchange an item?</strong> We do not accept exchanges at this time, you can return an applicable item and repurchase a different size or item using a store credit. Since we are unable to do exchanges, please note that we do not hold items for returns or for store credit usage. We do allow for returns of non-Outlet items, (see return policy).</p>
<h3><strong>DELIVERIES</strong></h3>
<p><strong>Where do you deliver to?</strong> We only deliver within the United States and Canada. At this time, we do not ship to The US Virgin Island, nor internationally. Sorry, no exceptions</p>
<p><strong>Do you deliver to PO Boxes &amp; BFPO addresses?</strong> Yes, but signature confirmation is required. Your post master will leave a mail slip to pick it up at this counter since signature is required</p>
<p><strong>How much does delivery cost &amp; how long does it take?</strong> $8 for regular shipping (receiving in approximately 7-8 Business Days) $27 for expedited service (receiving in approximately 3-4 Business Days) within the United States. <p><strong>What time will my delivery arrive?</strong> Deliveries can be made any time between 7:00am and 6:00 pm, whatever time your postal carrier comes each day.</p>
<p><strong>What if I am not at home when my package is delivered?</strong> For deliveries within the United States, your postal carrier will leave a mail slip to pick it up for you to bring to your local post office or you can call USPS to reschedule delivery 1 (800) 275-8777. Please continue to track your package in case you do not receive USPS delivery slip.</p>
<p><strong>What happens if my package is returned to Chic And Curvy because I didn't pick it up from post office with 7 days of delivery attempts?</strong> If your package is return to Chic And Curvy because it wasn't picked up from the post office. Customer will be responsible for re-shipping cost.</p>
<p><strong>What if I enter the incorrect ship to address?</strong> Entering a complete and accurate address is crucial to prompt delivery. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may cause days or weeks of delay or for your package to be delivered to the incorrect household. If an item is returned to Chic And Curvy due to an incomplete or incorrect shipping address, the Customer will be responsible for re-shipping cost. However, if a package is delivered incorrectly because of an incomplete or incorrect shipping address, the order is seen as delivered because it is delivered to the exact address provided to us during checkout, and it is not returned to us. In this case, customers are subjected to a re-shipment fee equivalent to 90% of the original order total. Again, this only applies to orders that are <strong><em>delivered</em></strong> and <strong><em>not returned</em></strong> to us. It is prudent to enter your address precise and complete.</p>
<p><strong>Will a signature be needed for my delivery?</strong> Yes all United States packages require signature confirmation. For security reasons, Chic And Curvy purchases will require an adult signature upon delivery. All purchases are shipped via USPS. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase see Shipping Information &amp; Options. Chic And Curvy cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays on Holidays or when an area has weather issues.</p>
<p><strong>Can you deliver to a different address than my billing address?</strong> At this time for security reasons, we can not deliver to an address other than the billing address. Chic And Curvy does not allow shipping to an address that is different from your credit card billing address. Any attempts to use a different address (such as work/parents or friends homes) will result in a pending authorization. We will try to contact you via telephone and email, this pending authorization will be refunded within 3 to 5 business days and your order will not be processed. Please note, an address is considered confirmed if the buyer&rsquo;s credit card billing address matches his or her shipping address. In some instances, PayPal can also confirm an address by examining the buyer&rsquo;s PayPal account history.</p>

<p><strong>Are you able to ship Next Day (1-2 day) Shipping?</strong> Sometimes we are able to help customer get packages within the next day or with 2 day delivery within the United States. Delivery time is based upon business days and the time of your request, which we consider to be Monday through Friday 12- 6PM, excluding holiday. Next Day/2 day Shipping is $65 and can be requested via emailing us at <a ondragstart="return false;" href="mailto:chicandcurvy@gmail.com">customerservice@chicandcurvy.com</a> or by calling us at 310-674-0414. Contact us to see when USPS states estimated delivery. Next Day shipping is different from our expedited service for $27 which is 3-4 business days. The cut-off time: For Expedited Service and possible Next Day delivery, you must complete your order before 1 PM Pacific Standard Time on a business day for it to ship that same day. It is an estimated delivery day if ordered by 1 PM Pacific Standard Time. After 1 PM ET, please add one business day to expectation. We use Priority Mail Express which is the fastest mail service offered by the Postal Service. USPS provides guaranteed 1-Day or 2-Day express service by 3 pm . for any mailable matter and includes $100 of insurance coverage. You can expect to receive your item the next day; unless you live in a 2-day area Express Mail Area.</p>
<p><strong>What if my parcel does not arrive?</strong> We ask if you could patiently wait up to 4 days after the promised delivery date to receive your parcel in case of a delivery delay, but we will do our best to get your parcel to you as fast as we can. If you have still not received your order after this time, please contact us stating your order number and we will look into this for you.</p>
<p><strong>What happens if I refused a package I ordered from Chic And Curvy?</strong> If you refused to receive your package from USPS; your order will not be refunded. Chic And Curvy does not issue refunds only store credits less the shipping cost.</p>
<p><strong>What happens if my order gets lost in transit to me?</strong> Chic And Curvy is not responsible for lost packages due to customers or USPS error. If USPS mishandles a package an insurance claim will be filed on behalf of the customer. If you are shipping a return to us we recommend tracking and insuring your package.</p>]]></description>

<p>In the United States you will receive orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Boxes or Padded Envelopes. Packages are shipped from California, at the flat rate of $8.00 and should arrive within 7-8 business days unless an item is on backorder, or unless an eCheck is the form of payment used. In the case of an eCheck, your delivery timeline begins once the payment clears. <span style="color: #ff0000;">Signature confirmation is now required to ensure the safety of your order. </span></p>
<h3><strong>United States Expedited Shipping $27 (takes 3-4 business days):</strong></h3>
<p>We now offer Expedited Shipping for a flat rate of $27.00 online, available for orders placed by <strong>1pm (PST) Monday-Friday</strong>. <p>Sometimes we are able to help customer get packages within 1-2 Business Days within the United States. Delivery time is based upon business days and the time of your request, which we consider to be Monday through Friday 8AM- 6PM, excluding holidays. 2 day Shipping is $65 and can be requested at check-out. <p>All orders are to be picked up from the Chic And Curvy store location at 206 S. Market St., Inglewood, CA 90301. Please allow 24 hours from the time of your order to your time of pickup. <p>When you come to pick up your order, please be mindful that Market St. parking is monitored by meters, which accept quarters only as payment at a rate of $0.25 per 15 minutes.</p>

<p><strong>How long will my order be held at the store?</strong></p>
<p>Your order will be held at the store for ten calendar days. We&rsquo;ll send you a reminder email one day before we cancel the order and return the merchandise to the online inventory.</p>
