Precalentar el horno a 170º mientas hacemos la preparación. &lt;br /&gt;
Separar la yema y las claras. &lt;br /&gt;
Montar las claras a punto de nieve y reservar. &lt;br /&gt;
Mezclar la yema, la Maizena, la levadura y el edulcorante, vereis que  queda grumoso, entonces agregar las 2 cs de leche o la que necesitemos, pero poco a poco para no pasarnos, y os quedara una mezcla cremosa.&amp;nbsp; Mezclar el preparado envolviendo con las claras a punto de  nieve. &lt;br /&gt;
Extender la mezcla en la bandeja del horno sobre papel vegetal, dándole forma redondeada. &lt;br /&gt;
Hornear 8 ó 10 minutos. &lt;br /&gt;
Aplastamos y cortamos la masa sobre una superficie lisa, en 8  triángulos. Ponemos encima de estos nocilla (ver recetas anteriores) , 4 de crema de cacao y 4 de crema de leche. Enrollamos desde la parte ancha del  triángulo hacia la punta (podemos poner medio palillo en la punta del  croissant para que no se abra), colocamos cada croissant encima de la  bandeja del horno sobre el mismo papel vegetal y previamente pintado con huevo batido. &lt;br /&gt;

Horneamos a 150º con grill hasta que lo veamos dorado.&lt;br /&gt;

Añadimos la sal ahumada, el pimentón al gusto (ir probando poco a poco) y el adobo (orégano y aji). Mezclamos con la mano hasta integrar bien todos los ingredientes.Formamos los chorizos con la mano, los envolvemos con papel vegetal y metemos en el frigorífico 24 horas. En una sartén se cocina la cebolla,&amp;nbsp; tapada&amp;nbsp; hasta que este dorada , se añade la carne picada&amp;nbsp; y las especies.&lt;br /&gt;
Una vez hecho esto, en un molde de silicona se introducen los ingredientes en este orden:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;cubrir la base con fiambre de pavo&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;cubrir con la mitad de la carne&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;cubrir con lonchas de queso&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;cubrir con la otra mitad de la carne picada&lt;/li&gt;

Ponemos los ingredientes de cada una de las cremas en un recipiente por separado, es decir,&amp;nbsp; los de la crema de cacao en uno y los de la crema de leche en otro. Mezclamos bien con un tenedor&amp;nbsp; hasta integrar bien todos los ingredientes.&lt;br /&gt;
Introducimos en un recipiente de vidrio, dividiendolo en dos partes, en&amp;nbsp; una mitad ponemos la crema de chocolate y en la otra mitad&amp;nbsp; la crema de leche. Metemos en el frigorífico y a las 2 ó 3 horas la podemos consumir, pero al día siguiente ya tiene esa textura característica de la crema de cacao.&lt;br /&gt;

Precalentar el horno a 170º mientas hacemos la preparación. &lt;br /&gt;
Separar la yema y las claras. &lt;br /&gt;
Montar las claras a punto de nieve y reservar. &lt;br /&gt;
Mezclar la yema, la Maizena, la levadura y el edulcorante, vereis que queda grumoso, entonces agregar las 2 cs de leche, mezclar y os quedara cremoso, para poder  mezclar envolviendo con las claras a punto de nieve. &lt;br /&gt;
Extender la mezcla en la bandeja del horno sobre papel vegetal, dándole forma redondeada. &lt;br /&gt;
Hornear 8 ó 10 minutos. &lt;br /&gt;
Aplastamos y cortamos la masa sobre una superficie lisa, en 4 triángulos. Ponemos encima de los triángulos 2 lonchas de fiambre de pavo y una loncha de queso Santee. Enrollamos desde la parte ancha del triángulo hacia la punta (podemos poner medio palillo en la punta del croissant para que no se abra), colocamos cada croissant encima de la bandeja del horno sobre el mismo papel vegetal que hemos utilizado antes, cubrimos con bechamel y queso rallado(triángulos de queso Santee 3% m.g. al congelador y cuando este duro se rallarlo). &lt;br /&gt;

150 gr. carne de vacuno picada&lt;br /&gt;
1 cebolla&lt;br /&gt;
1 berenjena&lt;br /&gt;
salsa básica (es opcional, ver en recetas anteriores)&lt;br /&gt;
Leche (para la bechamel )&lt;br /&gt;
Maizena (para la bechamel)&lt;br /&gt;
pimienta blanca molida y nuez moscada (para la bechamel)&lt;br /&gt;
Queso rallado&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ponemos en una olla la berenjena con agua y la hervimos, cuando la notemos blandita la retiramos de la olla la partimos a lo largo, por la mitad ,&amp;nbsp; le sacamos la carne y reservamos. Dejar la parte de la piel para rellenar mas tarde.&lt;br /&gt;
Cortamos la cebolla a trocitos pequeños, la ponemos en una sartén y tapamos para que se poche. Cuando este dorada (con cuidado que no se queme) añadimos la carne, le damos vueltas hasta que este hecha, añadimos la carne de la berenjena ( y opcional unas cucharadas de salsa básica) y seguimos cocinando&amp;nbsp; hasta que se seque, porque al poner la carne de la berenjena suelta agua.&lt;br /&gt;
Con una cuchara se rellena de mezcla encima de la piel de la berenjena y ponemos por encima la bechamel, el queso rallado y gratinar al horno.&amp;nbsp; Puedes meter en el congelador una o dos porciones&amp;nbsp; de triángulo de queso&amp;nbsp; Santee 3% m.g. y cuando este duro rellarlo&lt;br /&gt;
Bechamel :&amp;nbsp; 1/4 de litro de leche con una cs colmada de maizena y sal, se pone a cocinar a fuego lento removiendo en un cazo hasta que espese,&amp;nbsp; luego añadimos la pimienta blanca y la nuez moscada.&lt;br /&gt;

Es muy sabroso a pesar&amp;nbsp; que tiene poca grasa. lo podéis encontrar en el supermercado del Corte Ingles y en tiendas Vidal (esta ultima no se si la encontrareis en vuestra ciudad, esta en Valencia)&lt;br /&gt;

Para la pasta:&lt;br /&gt;
2 claras&lt;br /&gt;
2 cs maizena&lt;br /&gt;
3 cs leche en polvo desnatada&lt;br /&gt;
5 cl agua&lt;br /&gt;
pizca de sal&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Mezclar todos los ingredientes y cocinar en una sartén antiadherente cuadrada grande ( si no la tenéis grande podéis hacerlo en 2 veces en una mas pequeña), a fuego suave. Cuando este cuajado darle a vuelta y cocinar el otro lado. Sacar de la sartén y cortar en cuadrados iguales, para que luego coincidan al montarlos, los dejamos preparados para rellenarlos.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Para el relleno:&lt;br /&gt;
150 gr. de pavo de fiambre&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 tarrina de queso San Millan 0% m.g.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Picamos el fiambre de pavo y mezclamos con el queso San Millan, lo ponemos en una sartén u lo calentamos un poco.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Rellenamos la pasta poniendo la mezcla del relleno en uno de los cuadraditos que hemos cortado anteriormente y tapamos con otro, así sucesivamente hasta formar todos los ravioles, una vez hecho esto, ponemos la salsa básica por encima (os pongo salsa básica para abreviar, ya que la tenéis como tal en las recetas donde la podéis mirar) , el orégano y ya está listo para comer.&lt;br /&gt;
