What’s wrong? Who’s fault? Many of those attackers have never been to Shanghai. What they say is what other people say about Shanghai. And in their eyes, Shanghai is a hell. Shanghainese are miserly. They worship things foreign and fawn on foreign countries. Shanghainese are spineless. In Shanghai, such a International Megacity, those Shanghainese would rather speak their stupid language than Mandarin. Without us, Shanghai is just a fishing village. Where is your pride from?
In Shanghai, you can find outlanders anywhere who’s making money on one hand and badmouthing Shanghai on the other hand. But ironically, all of them are shooting their last bolt to stay in the “hell”. Perhaps, after they screw up everything and go back to their hometown,  they will tell people around them “I’ve been to Shanghai. Shanghai is a hell”. When a Shanghainese going out of the city, the best compliment they will receive is “You’re not like Shanghainese”.
If you want to be a part of the city, you must love the city. The phenomenon is just on the contrary. They are trying to be conquerors. In China, regional conflict has become more and more acrimonious these days. So let me throw a question on the table. As an American, do you hate New Yorkers?

Yesterday, 135,000 Hangzhou tourism coupons were handed out in Shanghai.

Many of them had been in the queue since early morning. Over 1 thousand people were queuing up outside the bank at 2pm. As the queue getting longer and longer, the bank started to hand out 1 hour before the distribution time.
