I wish that you identify with me, to see if you have spent. You are in your Office and you have to make a report. You do not find or where to start, you face a huge screen in white, with the mouse pointer flickering. You want to start, you write two or three words, the borras.

Somehow you seem terrible, so you decide to go for a walk. You are walking around your building, going to look for a soft drink to drink when… Eureka! As fallen from heaven, the best idea appeared in your mind. In fact you return quickly to your place to write her let her forget.

Magic? Of course not, stress kills creativity. Only humans can be creative in situations where we are at peace internally, the ideas begin to flow alone. Found that the best ideas from the story emerged in the least suspected places.

Do you remember Newton? He was resting under a tree, when fell it an Apple that changed the course of science. It was not in his lab thinking about a new law, he was resting. At that time his mind was clear and calm, so it could see clearly.

Imagine a pond, with pure and crystalline water. Then throws a stone and you’ll see waves, already you can not look at the Fund. Your mind is exactly the same! When it is busy you can not think clearly. And I think that you already entendiste the point, what can serve me this information?

Continuously, people seek an idea that will change their life. They want to thrive, quit his job, have a better life in general. They know that ideas are worth gold, but they cannot think none. To keep it, then you must find suitable conditions to be able to promote it at birth.

I suggest the following:

-Find a comfortable place. Other than your bed, you’re going to sleep. It may be under a tree, a lonely bench in a park, the patio of your House. You have to do a ritual take place to release you, it is not a place to work. It is to go to relax and disconnect all.

-The second step will hear funny, but I don’t want to do anything in particular. Simply lies there, think about life, about your work, on the other. One of these days can arise the idea so much you were looking for, but will not come to you until quela sure to look for.

It may sound complicated at the beginning, because you’ll initially intending to search for an idea. But with time already you’ll be there by habit, you have found your space of inner peace. Now let your brain to do the rest. I hope that she is clear because I say that stress kills creativity.

These and many questions that maybe your also you you’re doing, increased my curiosity and he forced me to go back to the shelf and find out the! why?!

Quickly reading the summary of the book written by J.M Ferrer and Franc Ponti, actually referring to the innovation, that if we notice that something works we must start thinking about change it and not remain there or be content with that achieved, change it for something that challenge to conventional to traditional to the typical to something out of the ordinarysomething that allows us to differentiate ourselves, open mind to new things that are beyond our own and which are simply waiting for us.

It is very simple, you just have to spend about two minutes to write things that you like and that makes you happy. You share an example just a few of the many things that make me happy and you can make them your also: disconnect you from the world in nature for a few days.Nice conversations with friends or friends.Sit back and write like one of my hobbies when I am inspired.Receive the surprise call for someone to remember me and do not see some time ago.Go out, find me and know of friends sharing pleasant moments. When I meet people who know how to listen and you realize that you spent her most of the time talking about you and when that person is you say and you’re surprised “how I could pass this, how did you?”.When I play with the pets enjoying feel children. Some favorite as the baskett or chess sport.Go walking anywhere to meditate to think or to clarify things or simply to clear the mind.See a movie funny, romantic or that it will inspire you. When I push, encourage or inspire someone. When someone tells me “dude, I will never forget what you did for me, you were the only one who was truly interested in me…”.To hear say you a compliment as “I love your way”, “You’re beautiful on the outside and inside”, “You did very well”.Enjoy what you do while listening your favorite songs.Read a good book under the shade of a tree and more if this is your favorite author. When you look at your dreams and some already they have been realized and others speak loudly because make them reality. When you’re clearly that God speaks to you or you are talking about and feel that it is always with you.To know and realize the wonder of friends and family you have to your around.Eat when you have great hunger or drink when you are very thirsty.Embrace a tender child contemplating his innocence and tenderness.Photographing something that seems beautiful. When I feel trust in God, myself and I hope q despite all, everything will go very well.Lie you in the relaxed bed without that nothing worry. When you find out that someone while your you’ve neglected, is still there for you unconditionally.

and you do that stuff, time, situations, States, details, make you feel happy?

Tomato your time, and while you do what you do, write them on paper, or creates a new file on your computer as they become available, capture those thoughts, those memories and annotate them, save them to your preferred place and wherever you want to feel good, simply goes again to them again to inject positive your mind thoughts.

One of the books that marked me more in recent times was “The secrets of the Millionaire Mind” t. Harv. Eker. I read it about 6 months ago and since then, all the decisions I make in relation to money and opinions that I am related to different aspects of the financial world are based on what he learned in the book.

Basically the book teaches us to detect what is our “pattern of money” (money blueprint). The “pattern of money” is basically all those ideas, preconceptions, things learned from our parents, friends, school, society, etc. on the money.

Incredibly, I realized I had in my many acquired preconceptions of society and my parents. Those things that we hear over and over again, as for example: “Poor but happy,” “the rich will never go to heaven”, “the rich believe owners of the world”, “the rich do what gives them the win”, “the rich are exploitative,” etc., etc., etc.

All these thoughts affect us and do it with that of one way or another make certain mistakes only the poor and middle class. There is nothing wrong with the poor and middle class, but its financial education is quite low.

In the book, T. Harv Eker speaks of what he calls “wealth files”, which are all differences between the philosophy of life of the rich and on the other hand the less well-off.

Obviously as everything in life there are exceptions and not the files of wealth apply to all the rich or the poor, but I agree that apply to the vast majority.

The secrets of the Millionaire Mind is a book that is worth to el 100%. In the book you will find a complete explanation for each wealth file. I recommend you to read.

Almost always remember stories of great men, but even among the anonymous there are people that we should listen to. This what I heard from a farmer in the region here where I live. This worker man had the secrets of the personal overcoming many seek. What he knew this man?

He was successful because he was happy. He planted and each year it fared, he didn’t have much money, but lacked it nothing. Not having a car last model at the door not took away sleep, I slept in fact better than many people with millions in the Bank. If you wondered you, he had succeeded in life.

The secrets of personal overcoming do not exist, that became clear when he told me that all that was needed was to live following the passion she liked. And persist every day to achieve that kind of life. A very simple answer, but that contains too much wisdom that we will try to understand.

When we searched personal overcoming secrets, we will surely do thinking they will tell us a series of shortcuts and tactics, which we keep and improve. Then, we will accordingly be very successful and happy people. This farmer let me see that you there is something like this.

He loved the land, many would think that working the field out of necessity, but agriculture was his life. She was eating and allowed their children to go to University. Now, already old man, he lived with his wife calmly. In the eyes of the capitalist world, it was a failure. But for him, he had triumphed without knowing the “secrets of personal overcoming”

Then, is self-improvement linked with being poor? I don’t want to that is poorly understood. It is rather the goals that we want, and to pursue them to do so with passion. And if we need money to do so, because we have to find ways to achieve this. But an end do money.

Every day visit me people looking for information on self-improvement and personal development. Some dare to send me an email asking me about success. Then I will give my answer here:

-Find your passion, because if you live every day doing what others want, live their lives of others. For some live his passion can be risky, but worth the effort. It is better to do spend days doing what they hate.

-To achieve this passion, we must overcome us. Be better every day, and for that we will be learning techniques and reading ideas continuously. But there is nothing secret, everything is simple. But only you can implement if you do get that knowledge to achieve your goal of life.

People want to know secrets of personal overcoming because it sounds like an easy way. But no, it is only persevere in what we want.
