એ દેવું કરેઃ વજુભાઈ વાળા<br /> <br /> ગાંધીનગર - ગુજરાતના જાહેર દેવાનો આંક વધતો જાય છે. તે હવે તો સવા લાખ કરોડને પણ વટાવી રહ્યો છે. ગુજરાતનું બજેટ મોટું થઇ રહ્યું છે. વાર્ષિક યોજના પણ મોટી થાય છે. આવક વધે છે તો દેવું પણ વધતું જાય છે, ત્યારે રાજ્યના નાણાં પ્રધાન વજુભાઇ વાળા દેવું કરવાને ક્રેડિટ ગણે છે.<br /> ગુરુવારથી શરૂ થયેલા રાજ્યના વિધાનસભાના બજેટસત્રમાં વાળાએ કહ્યું કે દેવું એવી વ્યક્તિ કે સરકાર કરી શકે જેનામાં દેવું ભરવાની ત્રેવડ હોય. ગુજરાત સરકારની આવી ત્રેવડ છે જેના કારણે દેવું કરવામાં આવે છે. રાજ્યના વિકાસ માટે દેવું કરવું પડતું હોય તો તે ખોટું નથી. ગુજરાતના દેવાના આંકડા કેન્દ્ર સરકારના આંકડા કરતાં ઘણાં ઓછા છે.<br /> દેવાની કાગારોળમાં વજુભાઈએ વિપક્ષી સભ્યોને જવાબ આપ્યો કે ગુજરાતમાં કરફ્યુ શબ્દ ભૂલાયો છે તેમ હવે ઓવરડ્રાફ્ટ પણ ભૂલાયો છે. છેલ્લા કેટલાક વર્ષોથી ગુજરાત સરકારે તેનો વહીવટ ચલાવવા માટે ઓવરડ્રાફ્ટ લીધો નથી.<br /> ભારત સરકારની એજન્સીઓની વારંવારની ટકોર છતાં સરકારના હિસાબોના ચોપડા બતાવે છે કે અમે દેવું કરીએ છીએ અને ભરીએ પણ છીએ. સરકાર નાદારી ઉપર ઉતરી આવતી લશ્કરના ૧૭ જવાન માર્યા ગયા છે.<br /> બુધવારે રાત્રે બાંદીપોરા જિલ્લાના ગુરેઝ ક્ષેત્રના દાવાર ગામ નજીક લશ્કરનું<br /> મુખ્યાલય ભૂસ્ખલનની ઝપટમાં આવી ગયું હતું.<br /> ગુરુવાર સવાર સુધીમાં સાત જવાનના મૃતદેહો મળ્યા છે. મરણાંક ઊંચે જવાની સંભાવના છે, કારણ કે હિમખંડોની નીચે ઘણા જવાનો ફસાયા હોવાની શંકા છે.<br /> ગાંડરબલના સોનમાર્ગ ખાતે પણ આવી જ એક ઘટનામાં લશ્કરની છાવણી ઝપટમાં આવી ગઈ અને તેમાં ત્રણ જવાનના મોત થયા છે.<br /> ભેખડો ધસી પડવાની ત્રીજી ઘટના ગાંડરબલના રામવાડી વિસ્તારમાં બની હતી.
