Exactly yes and no...Its the 1st inversion of C# major with the original root preserved. For the sake of notation, I write it (perhaps it is written so by convention) as add8. 8th note being the tonic in the next octave w.r.t the root note of the chord.

The sound at those points is that of unison. So the notes playing will be C#-F-G#-c#. You can also get a similar effect by playing the

Hi Arindam, was checking the chords for Kiska Rasta Dekhey - need a clarification - what is add8 chord ? 7th / Major 7th /9th etc are fine, but I am not sure about 8th.. is it chord inversion, playing both the low and high octave Root notes in the chord? Please let me know
