A web application that provides Computer Science students with answers to their questions in a way similar to a search engine. It includes a growing knowledge database with a human advisors’ panel to answer newly asked questions.

Technology used: Java EE; JSP as frontend, Servlets as backend logic. Oracle Database via Java Persistence interface. JavaMail for mailing. Tries Search for searching. Application-based authentication and authorization for Advisors and HTTP authorization for Admins. XHTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, cross-browser compatibility and scalable design.

This is a group project and effort of seven students including myself. Respective authors are signed on every document in the authors section. Among other things, I have been involved with Quality Assurance, User Interface design, documentation and web design.

Developed for the purposes of the academic module CS22120 -The Software Development Life Cycle.
