The Austria House has been a tradition for more than 25 years now and it has become an inherent part of the Olympic Games. Originally, it provided a great opportunity for the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber to present products made in Austria.

Thus, the Austria House, under the direction of the ÖOC (Austrian Olympic Committee), has become a crowd puller and a centre for communications during the Olympic Games. The Austria House enjoys an excellent reputation, particularly for its outstanding hospitality, and therefore a lot of notable people from all areas of society are drawn to pay the Austria House a visit.
