这不,马上就有人展示了自己的成果。网站的名字有些怪，叫气味琢磨了很久还是不知道这个名字表示什么意思。

其实我比较佩服站长的他的照搬照抄的能力,除了名字不一样,你还能发现什么不一样么？更绝的是一点。他连评价和用户数据都可以从豆瓣搬运过来。站长是这么写的：

这是不是代表了两种不同的方向和思路呢?

记得原来的豆瓣是有一个最受欢迎的小组的,性质和gougou的优秀种子排行一样。都是向用户推荐一些优秀的内容,希望可以得到自己用户的认同。但是,牛人们不是一直再说Web2.0是草根的么。作为一个刚开始写blog的草根,怎么才能让大家尽快知道自己的blog呢？在Gougou上登陆自己的订阅地址或者是个好方法。但是,很快你会发现,原来大家还是只看到了keso,王建硕这样的主导话语权的blogger们。这就是为什么keso的blog注册数量有那么多,你的,连一个零头都没有的原因之一吧.

豆瓣的15分钟小组,给了所有的小组一个露脸的机会.在我看来比gougou要web2.0的多.当然,有人会说这个真的有意义么,那些年久失修的,无人问津的小组不是就应该让他们淘汰掉么,所谓优胜劣汰么.如果他们出现在15分钟小组中不是有浪费资源的嫌疑么?当然,我觉得15分钟小组好,不表示不同意优胜劣汰.15分钟小组把淘汰权比较完整的交给了用户,不是么?

gougou应该怎么做?我觉得在保留优秀种子排行的基础上,可以多添加一个最近更新种子的列表.这么一来,至少可以让勤奋更新的blogger觉得付出还有回报.当然,我也有一点担心,那就是这么做会不会把这块地方让给了SEOer们,这是一个需要解决的问题.有技术上的解决方式么?

暂时,我能想到的也就只有这些了.还很不完整,应该. 或许,我可以在接下来的blog里再说说这个问题?

前几天,我给keso的blogger对话被keso收录在昨日新闻中。所以这个blog的访问量激增,一度变成了Fastest Growing WordPress.com blogs的第一位。这个情况当然让我非常受用,不禁想每天给keso写一封信，那我说不定就可以变成Top WordPress.com blogs today中的一员了,要知道那里可是有Scobleizer 的身影呀… -________- 虚荣的紧。

但是,繁华只是一时的,再经过两天的蜜月期之后。就在今天，访问量开始全线下滑。止不住的跌势。所以说,在有好机会的时候千万不要浪费，因为谁都不知道，下一次的好机会到底会在什么时候出现。

好啦，让我们再重复一次标题，繁华只是一时的，寂寞才是一世的。

Blogger对话之给洪波

自从开始了这个blogger对话的分类，一共写了两篇，一篇是给zheng的，一篇给sayonly的。然后就一直没有写新的了。本来因为断了一段时间，反而不知道应该怎么继续下去，这个系列没准就这么成了烂尾楼。不过这几天Donews的事情，我想改是时候写这篇给keso的了。

Keso,

你好。这段时间不知道你还是不是每天那么勤快地看Bloglines的更新呢？或者你会再明天才发现这个blog？

其实，在我刚接触blog的时候，本不知道keso。打开keso的blog应该是某天下午的无聊，不曾想从那以后就再也没有停止过看keso的blog。给周围的朋友推荐过keso，很多人问我，真的这么好么？我说，是的。因为keso的真。我喜欢看一个真性情的blogger写日志，那样的东西有血有肉。

从keso的blog里，我开始独立地思考写blog的意义。我开始使用firefox，rss阅读器，365key。总之，如果说2005年还有谁能影响我那么多，就只有keso了。

keso还记得我第一次和你联系的时候么？那时，我一个朋友可能要去blogcn工作，于是我写mail向你请教一些情况，本来我真的没期望得到回答，可是，你还是回了我的邮件。这个对我实在是种鼓励。也因为这样，当有人因为我的blog写邮件给我的时候，我也是每封都回，尽管这个机会不多。

肉麻的话还有很多，一个一个写出来实在有点酸，我还是挑一些重要的说吧。keso的敬业给我很深刻的映像，因为某天的”规律”被打破而给我提供的素材到现在还有人访问这个页面这篇blog大概是我的blog中被传播范围最广的一篇了罢。可是，这里还是想说，keso，如果累了，还是休息一下吧，这回我保证不写你又规律了一回;) 就像你说的：

不在服务区的一天，暂时远离纷扰，挺好。

在2006年的口子上，还是对你说句新年快乐。毕竟这一年，应该是很重要的一年，不是么？

我的2006

昨天写的我的2005居然有那么多人评论，实在是比较出乎我的意料的。末了我说我会在下一个blog当中写我对2006年的期待，结果被朋友们认为我在卖关子…这可是天大的冤枉呀。其实，我只是有那么一点点的懒 -,- 不能一次写那么长而已，实在是对不住各位了。

我的2006年，会发生些什么事情吗？让我们来猜一猜。

再接着写blog，这个已经成了一种习惯，如果没有什么特殊情况应该是不会被废弃的了。
至少应该参加一次公益活动。因为平时工作时间比较长，要抽时间出来参加一次公益活动的机会不多。所以写在这里，算是对自己的一种督促。
注意自己的身体健康，因为最近这段时间对体力的透支比较严重，所以应该注意身体健康，有健康的身体才有我设想的美好未来。
旅游一次，和自己喜欢的人一起去旅游一次，这是一件非常美妙的事情。同意的请举手
至于工作么，do my best。因为实在没有办法预期这一年里将会发生的事情，但是，我一定会小心。
读几本书，毕业之后，越来越没有时间坐下来读书了。在2006年应该读书了。
给奶奶照几张照片。奶奶年纪大了，我又不常回家，能见面的机会很少，想给奶奶拍几张照片放着。

2006年的一切其实都还是没有确定的，只有这样生活才是多彩的。但是有件事情或许可以肯定，我在2006年的第一天，应该会在公司加班。 -________-

我的2005

今天是12月29日了,这么多年每年年末写总结,但是每年年末都怕总结.总觉得自己又虚度了那么一年.

今年我都干了些什么呢? 让我想一想.

在经过了三天打鱼两天晒网,转贴多于原创这两个阶段之后,我终于开始了真正的blog,而且在UUzone安顿了下来.这一年里到今天为止一共写了blog484篇,平均每天1.37篇.
在这一年里我认识了太多太多的朋友,老师.zheng,keso,老冒,6e,owen,横戈,阿北,滋味,yezi,小没,york,真的太多了,我就不一一列举了.实在非常感谢朋友们在这一年中的陪伴.
在这一年中,我参加了老冒的PBC(圆了我到南京的梦想)还去上海参加了CBC,在网志年会上,虽然我只是远远的看着,但是还是学到了不少新鲜的东西,后悔前一天没能赶到,希望明年的网志年会还能参加:)
这一年,我每个月的支出多了一笔固定项…这就意味这我要更加油工作了.
这一年,我有三个月在日本渡过,近距离的观察了这个不讨人喜欢的邻居,发现其实还是有些值得我们学习的优点.
在这一年，总算开始看了一些书。不至于让自己在43things上写的todo list什么都没有完成。
在这一年，和某人的生活已经不觉走过了两年，而且还会那么一直一直走下去。

2005，我的本命年，总算没有太过虚度。虽然没有预想中的列满10条，总是对自己有了一个交代。2006年，我应该怎么做呢？或许下个blog告诉你啊。

眼看离2005年的最后一天越来越近了,好多人都在Blog上写好了对这一年的回顾和对下一年的展望.这不,就昨天我还接到滋味姐的邀请参加一个这样的活动.

可是,今天要写总结的IT编辑们或许会停一下手里面的笔了,因为新浪爆了一则快讯,名字是:快讯：猫扑将以百分之百换股方式收购Donews 瞬间,就在blog圈子里炸开了花.keso写的东拉西扯：这是最好的时代，这是最坏的时代也不得不在最后添加了一句Update:

这个似乎还从来没有在Keso的blog中看到这么离题的Update.

很多人对这个换股觉得很别扭,为什么呢?因为两个社区的定位实在是风马牛不相及,我也是,因为我已经不再像以前那样热爱mop了,可我还是喜欢donews,这个新闻让我觉得,我自己手中的玩具被送给了一个我不再喜欢的玩伴,有点担心自己的玩具会得不到爱护….

也说PFF和Flock

昨天在和hibernator聊天的时候,又说起了Flock和PFF.他问我比较常用的是哪个,我考虑了一下,其实我比较常用的是Flock,比较期待的是Zoundry和PFF的结合.

为什么这么说呢? 因为我写blog的时间一般是在上班的空闲期间,而公司的上网方式比较特别,需要设置代理脚本,所以不支持代理的Zoundry没办法使用.我不用PFF的原因是什么呢?说出来惭愧,是因为我的记性不好,我记不住我那么多Blog的用户名和密码,所以我在Wordpress上的几个blog我都用一个用户名来进行管理的,但是在PFF上居然默认一个用户名只能管理一个blog.所以这个我也用不了.

至于Flock,能在公司的网络状态下使用,能一个用户名管理多个blog,但是有一个很奇怪的bug,我的紫光拼音在flock的编辑器中键入标点和数字的时候常常会变成双倍的量 -,- 烦恼了很久还不知道应该怎么解决.

所以我期待有一天,可以有一个解决了上面几个缺点的离线编辑器出现….

It not support JAVA and it’s carmera only 11,000 pix. I want bought 1 3G cell phone, and my dream phone was sonyericsson’s V800.

今天再度有惊喜；）

因为和hibernator聊天聊到Wordpress，就登陆上去看了一下。Wordpress再度添加新功能。Blog Stats，Blog统计同能，比原来单单一个referr的功能高级多了。嘿嘿。

看界面好像是和Google的分析功能有些类似，不知道是不是使用了这个数据，提供的数据对于我来说基本已经够用了，也很漂亮。所以准备接下来这段时间看看效果怎么样，为了测试这个还请大家多多点击 -,- 相信我，我只是在要求测试，没有拉点击的意思…

豆瓣猜你会喜欢的,这个功能在豆瓣的推出已经不是一天两天了.

根据用户的添加行为来判断用户可能会喜欢的item.用户添加的越多,豆瓣的判断就越准确.

可是不知道为什么,我一直觉得豆瓣的推荐似乎不是很准确,一般来说如果我添加了一个作家的几本作品,豆瓣就会向我推荐他的其他作品,尽管我可能只喜欢这个作家的这两部作品 -____________-

所以在做白日梦的时候,我就在想是不是可以多添加一个功能在豆瓣猜你会喜欢这个section中,比如”不,我不喜欢这个!” 这样以来不光记录喜欢的,还记录不喜欢的,得到的数据不是更加准确?不过在后台程序的表达上不知道能不能实现 -__________-

但是,遗憾的是,我不知道到底是谁在读我的简历呢?这个信息我一直很感兴趣.倒不是急着找工作的原因。只是想知道为什么会读到我的简历呢？

上次写的给zheng的第一封信算是我Blogger对话系列的一个开端的话,那么这封给只说的信算是对前辈的致敬

Sayonly你好,

很高兴终于还是在中文网志年会上看到了你。其实那天一进门,我就和我GF说,一定要找到只说，他可是我的偶像阿。可惜,整个上午的议程安排的是那么的紧凑,我没有时间离开我的座位来寻找。

第一眼看到”活的”只说应该是在午饭之后,我去放餐盘,看到一个胸前挂着硕大的”Sayonly”标示牌的人擦肩而过,想喊,可是觉得有点冒昧,就忍住了。等到回到会场的时候,居然你又不见了。 -,- 莫非你是在那个小房间里坐而论道？直到后来你的演讲开始,哈哈,你的演讲在此让大家见识到了擅长写系列Blog的只说…因为前一天晚上没有睡觉所以在中途有一段时间比较迷糊,不知道你有没有看到…因为我坐的实在太前面了。不过可能你没有发现也说不准，因为你那天似乎有点紧张:)

在年会结束的时候,终于逮到机会和你交换了名片,说来惭愧，原先一直以为你是在北京的Blogger 原来就在上海呀。

写这篇Blog为了什么,我想你应该是很能了解的吧。只是想说说,你是否回应或者并不在我的预料之中. 不过等写完,我应该还是会去你的Blog留个Comment的。

Back to work today

I have an annual holiday this Monday. It’s too tied for me to go to Shanghai and back Hangzhou in one day.

So I slept about 12 hours when I back home. And I haven’t post blog yesterday.

In my opinion, two days’ CBC2005 was successfull enough, and I met so many bloggers in the meeting. Though there’s still some pities for me, like I haven’t meet Jianshuo at the meeting, because he havn’t show up at the second day, may be he was too busy to attend.

Today, I am back to work, in the next days, I will continully blogging my blog;)

And I looking forward the CBC2006 (maybe it’s in BeiJing?)

因为工作原因，我无法赶在5号到上海参加中文网志年会，但是我应该能够在6号赶到。

还好，6号的会议同样非常精彩。写这篇文章准备开始之前我说的那个Blogger对话系列。

您好，其实一直以来我都把您作为我的老师尽管没有机会去三明听一回您的课。我想能做你的学生应该是一件很幸福的事情吧。一个对知识的需求那么强烈的老师，对学生来讲绝对是一个良好的榜样。

知道zheng是两年前的事情了，当时刚刚接触Blog，什么都不懂。女友告诉我在国内有一个写Blog的牛人叫zheng，还告诉我他的QQ号码。一个偶然的机会我还是加了这个号码，可是你似乎很忙，很少在QQ上出线我们的沟通也就只有偶尔的几次QQ聊天。

和你第一次比较轻松的聊天是什么时候呢？是小恺泓刚出生没多久。你一定很奇怪为什么我这么说吧？因为在那之前，和你聊天总觉得是一个非常高大的形象在我面前，我说什么都应该是小心翼翼的。直道看到你为小恺泓写的Blog，才觉得一个有血有肉的爸爸的形象出现在我的面前，那么的可亲;-)

和你的沟通其实不多。因为我上网的时候常看到你的IM状态是忙碌，所以总是不忍打扰。不过这样的感觉我很喜欢，就像一个良师，我知道他在那里，就够了。

这么写很肉麻么？我不知道，但是我这么写是真的这么觉得呀。

如果是我,我选的估计也是孔雀。不过这个故事告诉我的,恐怕是另外一条教训

Last evening(Beijing Time), reanoll told me he can’t access wordpress.com, because of wikipedia and typepad was just blocked by Chinese govement, I guess WP got the same problem.

But when we acess via proxy, it’s still can’t visit our blogs on wordpress.com, we were sure wordpress.com got it’s own problem, maybe server or network.

A moment later, wordpress.com was back, but I fund the data has back to Oct.27th, 2 of my blog post lost. In the dashboard there was a boradcast, said WP’s server down at that time, now it’s over came, but data were roll back to 2 days before.

This morning, when I planed to write an entry about this thing. I found all my posts back. What a good job! Thanks to the WP team

I bought my PC long time ago. It’s Hardware spec was so poor in now a days.

CPU: P III 800MHZ RAM:128 SDRAM Chipset: Intel i815EP

It always work hard…I found it get slower and slower day by day. I have to upgrade my PC inorder to get better performance. But I have not so much budget, I desided to upgrade my RAM first, it’s my PC’s choke point. So I bought 1 256SDRAM for it.

Now with the new RAM, my PC feel much more faster now

Try to browse depend on firefox

I have tried to browse depend on firefox, but at that time many many websites was not designed for firefox. So it’s a bad surfing experience for me.

But last Firday I downloaded the firefox 1.5 beta2, and I tried again. Amazing, it works! I really have to say now the surfing experience was extremely good. And I downloaded some extensions for my “fox”.

I am planing from now on, I will try to browse depend on firefox again. Just as it’s slogan: Rediscover the web. You really really should have a try.

今天突然想在这个Blog上制作一个我的网摘共享页面.因为Wordpress.com支持自己制作页面.

但是找了365key和Furl的输出代码,两个都不能在Wordpress.com上使用,看来是服务器端对脚本代码进行了过滤.

不知道是我的操作不对还是本来就不支持? 有谁做过这个事情么,如果你成功了,还请告诉我. 谢啦.

万圣节你愿意成为谁

万圣节就要到了。自从怪癖游戏流行之后，Blogger之间的点名游戏就没有断过，逢年过节的，就一定会更加火爆。果然就被滋味点名要求回答万圣节的最期待扮相。

游戏规则是这样的：

游戏规则：老规矩，我点5个BLOG名，各自在自己的BLOG里写自己期望的扮相，然后在BLOG里进行下一轮怪癖状扩散。

恩….我期待的扮相?我犹豫在到底要不要彻底搞怪的边缘。最后决定还是要小小搞一下地

可以想象大家看到这个答案以后到底有多少只乌鸦在天上飞…可是，实在是因为肚子日渐向小叮当靠拢，扮这个形似绝对不成问题。所以就…实在对不住大家啊。

嗯。肚子问题一定要解决…因为我没有小叮当的百宝口袋，所以，这个肚子也就不能太过向他看齐的。

Import function disapeared

But today, I found that “import” button disapeared from the dashboard. Why? Google unsatisfied with this function? I don’t know, and I don’t think so.

在准备写简历的时候，发现Wordpress.com推出了”Import”功能，现在支持从Blogger.com导入以往的Blog.

步骤非常简单，只要输入你在Blogger.com的用户名和密码,就可以看到你的Blog列表，选取其中一个你需要转移的blog，接下来的事情就交给Wordpress.com去完成吧。

试验了一下，把我的英语Blog都搬过来了。只是因为分类默认是 Uncategorized,所以,现在我这个分类有41篇袅 -,-

如果导入的时候能够定制导入到那个分类，或者现在支持批量移动分类就爽啦。

不过虽然还有这些不完善的地方，可是我已经毫不犹豫地把我的英语blog搬来了这里

This is not a really management position I think, but I should check our member’s report, and assistant the group leader manage our team. So I became more and more busy form Oct.

昨天开信箱，发现一封来自Wordpress.com的邮件。说实话，我给他们写邮件申请邀请已经是很久以前的事情了，在我几乎对这件事情不再抱希望的时候。邀请就这么笔直地砸到了我的头上。

简单地试用了一下，就已经爱上了这个地方。后台的配置程序非常强大，可以自己写页面。唔，要把我的About页面写上去，放个简历？说不定谁就从我的Blog找到我了

不过也有不如意的。谁能告诉我怎么修改这个地方的模板，只能使用它提供的几个默认模板吗？

计划把我的英语Blog搬来这里。因为那里写的比较少，可怜的Blogspot，虽然听Keso说已经在国内解禁了，但是我在公司里还是开不了，等回家看看是不是可以访问。

This Firday Hangzhou have a Firework show

Because of the Xihu Exhibition, Hangzhou held a firework show every year. And this years show will be hold on this firday.
But different from last years, this year will hold beside the Qianjiang reiver, not beside the West lake as usual.
I have never attend the show in the past times, because there will be many persons at that time, that will be a large problem when the show finished, you can not order a taxi! There were all of people around the street.
But, this time I planed to have a look. I attend 2 firework show in Japan, I’d like to compare are there any differents between Japan and China’s firework
Sure I will take my Nikon 7900 with me, I planed to take some pictures, you can wait and see them on my Filckr ablum.

Too many bad lucks

When I came back China, there were too many bad lucks arround me.
My mobile HDD bought from Japan broken because the careless use. My memeries in Japan were all in that HDD! OMG, what should I do?
And yesterday, my OS also got some problem when boot up. It always got blue screen -,- and can not enter the system.
China have an old words:” Bad lucks never comes alone.” so, I have double of bad lucks.
I hope no more bad luck today. I will try to finish yezi’s order, I think.

Wangjianshuo, one of the most famous Chinese blogger, he have a blog wrote in English, and it’s last for 3 more years.
Last time, some one correct one of his small mistake in English speaking, and caused a large argument.
So he wrote a blog, “Not Perfect English is Fine, So does Correction” yes, I think that’s right, I always make mistakes in my English writing, because I am not a native speaker of English. So, I use Microsoft word, to correct my spelling mistakes, but I think there would be many grammar issues too.
So what, I think one of the reason why I write an English blog, is I want to practice my English, and I am look forward I can manage English words, to express my thoughts.

Sept.7th,Apple released thier new iPod producte. It is called “iPod nano” smaller and thiner, it is used to instade of iPod mini? Because I can not find iPod mini icon on the top Navbar on the iPod site.
iPod nano has two version, 2GB(199$)and 4GB(249$) and two colors, white(classic) and black(special). I prefer the black one, cause it looks different with other iPods.

These days, I kept heard form my friends, that some of our friends broke up with each other.
Some of them, was really admaired by us. We all think they would have a bright feature by their together. But,now they spreated, they said:”We r too young to talk about love.”
So what’s love? Is it reasponsibility? Is it money? Or something else I do not know?

I bought a iPod 20GB last weekend finally.
I was dreamed of it for a long time. And I have to made a decision about whether to buy a iPod or iPod mini, at the last minute, I decided to buy a iPod 20GB, with color display.
The Apple.com.cn said this generation of iPod’s battery can use 15H, but due the bad comment on the internet, I think maybe 8H is the limited; I will have a try to look at it how long can it be use.

We go to meijijingu in Yoyogi,Tokyo yesterday, and there in the square out of the jingu, there looks like to have a big confrence or big show? Many Japanese dressed up there special clothes, danceing. You can see one sense on this photo. I have tooken some photoes too, but my upload limited of Flickr was used up already. so I will upload some pictures, maybe next month.

I always thinking shall I bloging about my work? My answer is No.
Some friends told me that if I bloging more about my work, it will make me looks more true. I know that, but I do believe there was a rule of bloging.
If you blogs a lot about your working life, the readers will known your company, and if you said something about your company, reader will think that is not objective.
Not everyone could be Scobleizer I think. So my rule is talk more about my daily life, but not works.

There is a entertainment program very popular in China these days, just like “American Idol”, it’s name was “Super Girl”. This program want find out an girl who sing very good, and make her became an idol.
This CD is some fans produced for one of the player named Liangying-Zhang. She just became the top 3 of the “Super Girl”, the fans wrote on the CD’s cover said:” You will never walk alone” to show how much they’re support her.
To be honest it was very surprised me, that I was thought, this kind of things never could happen in the real life.

Zhang-san has just came to Ome last week, so Kusumoto-san arranged a welcome party for her. As another TIH member and the same group member here in Ome, I was invited to attend the party.
The people who attend the party was all our boss, so I was afraid that the party will be very boring. But fortunately, bosses were all kindly and easily talk with, except the language difficult.
I think may I should learn some basically Japanese, so that I can communicate more smoothly.

Google leads people’s eyes again, yesterday, I heard about Google will release a IM named Google talk. But when I connect http://talk.google.com always got the 404 error. So I have no idea about when google will finally release it.
But this morning, Google finally released “GoogleTalk” the setup file was so small, that only 900KB. but it have voice communication function. And it was said that video function was under developing.
GoogleTalk have no Group chat function, no moods, emotions, winks, but I like it, so simple so beautiful.
The only one thing is GoogleTalk is not so well support Chinese. I think this will be no problem in the coming version.
Any one who want Gmail account to login the GoogleTalk, welcome leave your email address, and maybe I will send you one. ;-D
