Beautiful day, nonstop laughter and absolutely stunning couple sums up this gorgeous wedding day one month ago at Roma street parklands. There are many couples now that face the reality of not being able to have their wedding day exactly the way they dreamt of. Originally from England, Kylie couldn’t have her family here in Australia to celebrate the day with her and it was just so warm to see how Jeremy’s family stepped in to fill that void. The two of them were loved and cherished by their friends and family like they deserved.

I know that not every woman is lucky enough to have enjoyable pregnancy as it often comes with many hardships. I definitely experienced back ache and reflux and probably few other discomforts, but somehow over time I have forgotten most of them and I think back to carrying my babies with warmth and happy thoughts. Seeing my dear friend Keit in her gorgeous glow gave me goosebumps and just reminded me again what a special time this is. Thank you so much Keit and David for having me do your maternity shoot to capture this beautiful time of your lives for you and I can not wait to meet your little girl.

I met Morgan and Luke more than a year ago during their little family lifestyle family photography shoot at Brisbane Botanical Gardens. Two year old Boston was running around the gardens like there was no tomorrow then as well as this time around at their backyard in Pittsworth. I also had the pleasure of photographing Luke’s and Morgan’s wedding day last year which was filled with so much love and laughter as well as rain and rainbows- they had it all going on! One year after tying the knot they welcomed a little baby girl to their family- baby Zahli. She was only 10 days new when I took these newborn photos and she was an absolute perfection. Thank you so much guys for inviting me to your home to capture your beautiful little family, I absolutely loved it.

With everything that is going on in the world at the moment, it is so important to take a step back, breathe in and think what we really value in life. Family is the one unit that stands beside us in good and in bad. Let’s not take for granted the ones we love most, instead let’s cherish and love them the way they deserve. Here is one of my favourite families:)

I have taken photos of Elerin and Brian and their gorgeous family few times now. I can say that 3year old Finn has literally grown up in front of my lens. This time around the three were joined by Elerin’s nephews Ken and Kevin who are like big brothers to Finn. I love the connection the three share, it is simply gorgeous. Even though a bit of a drive from Brisbane, we chose Fingal Heads for its amazing scenery and breathtaking views! Please enjoy:)

Henri and his Family

Even though Brisbane doesn’t have amazing beach like Gold Coast or Sunshine coast, it does offer some amazing waterfront locations that are ideal for family shoots. When I met up with this family of four at Wellington Point couple of weeks ago I was blown away by the amount of people that had come to enjoy the park on that afternoon. Family get-togethers, splash in the water, barbies, walks on the jetty- it was all happening! Regardless of the crowed, we walked away with some pretty amazing shots of Henri and his family. Lots of laughter, cheeky little smiles and above all undeniable love is how I would describe this beautiful family of four. Please enjoy!
