Want to make this fresh in 30 seconds? My husband lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks and he makes this at 5 am on his way out the door!

Buy a Sunbeam "hot shot" or similar brand. You pour water in the top and within 10 seconds it comes to a boil. I use 1/2 cup water. I stir in 1/2 tsp ceylon cinnamon. Right away I add 3 to 4 ice cubes and stir. (it should be just barely warm to the touch) Add 1 tsp raw honey and drink. Honestly, it is done so fast and this method works! Has for all of us who have all lost weight. My kids use this in the dorm because they don't have time to wait around for it to cool.

I read that its 1/2 teaspoon of cinnemon to 1 teaspoon of honey.. you have to disolve the cinnemon first in the water then let cool before you add the honey as honey does not react well to boiling water.
Just started this yesterday.. will let you know how I get on

I am going to try this. Since everyone has been so helpful in their comments I wanted to share a website that I found the ceylon cinnamon for $16 a pound and free shipping AND it's organic. It is myspiceage.com. Just sharing as I looked all over to find the real ceylon.

Got a jar of Trader Joe's house brand raw organic honey (from India) this morning - about $5, and a 50g bottle of organic Ceylon cinnamon from Whole Foods (brand name Frontier) for about $6. Obviously the Ceylon is going to be cheaper via the internet in bulk, but this should be plenty to get me started.
