to cook when they are curious about food. Some even give me phone calls when they're stuck and lost with their recipes. And there is this one friend who really loves to cook and always asked me to teach him a few things.

Titi Eco offers day trips, activities and also tour packages to explore their very own organic farm and also to educate people on organic food, how you should consume it and anything else regarding food.



Mr Lim who was my brother's friend gave me a day tour around the organic farm. I later found out it was a family business which was

Amuse Bouche was the G-Raped Tofu, a secret recipe from Chef Kevin himself. Certainly refreshing, cooling and something mild to start off for a 7 course

Besides the exhibition at Epicure Malaysia 2011, there were also cooking classes and lifestyle workshops held in varies different rooms at Sime Darby Convention Centre. This exhibition is the biggest F&amp;amp;B exhibition held in our country every 2 years. It was held in KLCC Convention Centre and besides this event, there was also Culinaire Malaysia 2011 in conjunction for chefs to compete for the top placings and medals

A 3 course menu was done in ideas and paperwork. All we needed was guests to fill up the seats  and help us with the preparations and also cleaning up the dishes :P

He invited me to tag along for the workshop without much hesitation. It was held at Universita del caffe della Malesia which i later found out it is a school which offers variety of coffee courses to explore or even be a master barista.

When Rebecca of thenomadGourmand invited CCC for her Table of Four,
