We designed two ceremony options for brides to see what they could do. The first option – the chapel – had floral designed by Unexpected Elements. We love that they added antlers to the aisle markers – how unique and fun! The next ceremony option was outdoors with a gorgeous hill country view. Merveille created the gorgeous lush floral arbor as well as the Parisian chandeliers that hung above. Drop dead romance!

The open air pavilion was used for a “cocktail hour” setting with tall cocktail tables topped with bronze sequin and sable velvet linens from Marquee and floral from Merveille. This spot is perfect for your cocktail hour because of the built-in bar! It also has a cozy fireplace that can be lit on chilly nights.

Heritage House has a gorgeous barn on site. The best part about the barn is that is a blank slate! You can have a modern soiree or a laid-back rustic event, it all works in the space! We chose to go “rustic couture” and used a combination of blush sequin linens and bronzed peach velvet linens on our tables, both provided by Marquee. Whim Event Rentals provided the white-washed chiavari chairs, as well as the vintage plates and flatware – we are in love with these exclusive options!  Merveille came in and worked its magic with the centerpieces, using a mix of textures, blooms and elements that came together perfectly! ILIOS lighting provided all the lovely chandeliers and ambiance by uplighitng the entire room so it glowed oh so romantically!

The Cake Plate provided the custom wedding cakes – and we love the trend-setting watercolor design as well as the glam elegance….both stunners!

Music was provided by Musical Discovery, and all in attendance got to hear for themselves why this group is a hot ticket! From Bach to The Beatles, they have all your musical needs covered.

An array of passed and stationed hors d’oeuvres were provided by Primizie – and guests could not get enough of their Shrimp and Grits!

All stationery was designed by and printed by Paper Place. The art deco touches and beautiful colors chosen show their diversity and creativity when getting to produce stationery suites.

Conspirare, a Grammy-nominated chorale ensemble based in Austin, “connects hearts through music.” Their core Chamber Choir consists of professional vocalists – a “dream team of singers” – who come to Austin from all over the country for the concert season. The group also consists of a volunteer Symphonic Choir and gifted Youth Choir. Their inspired mission is to “engage audiences in extraordinary musical experiences through world-class choral performances and recordings.” Needless to say, a 20th anniversary calls for an event to remember! CLINK was tasked with ensuring that the committee stayed on task throughout the planning process, that the extremely creative design was executed to perfection, and that the on-site production was smooth and flawless

The wondernight concept, which was developed by the amazing Sheila – the event’s chairperson, embodied the spirit of Conspirare perfectly: an evening of voice and experience for everyone in attendance. Dining tables were layered with midnight linens and unique lace toppers from Sheila’s personal collection. The tables were topped with floral centerpieces in natural element vases, which seemed to organically grow onto the tables!

And the piece de resistance – the tent – was jaw-dropping. A garland of papers, mylar and fabric was draped on the ceiling and met in the middle with a “chandelier” installation of Edison-style bulbs. The goal of the evening was for the guests to experience magic – from the moment the guests left their vehicles at valet to when they drove away – and magic they got!

Guests were greeted by the spiritual sounds of a drum circle, as singers from Conspirare’s Symphonic Choir welcomed them with personalized messages of gratitude. Guests received glasses of champagne, delectable passed hors d’oeuvres and felt magic all around them, enveloped by music at every turn, from a barbershop quartet to a jazz trio to a cabaret singer.

Guests were invited inside by a trumpet call, and then treated to the sounds of the Conspirare youth choir in the theatre lobby. After that performance, guests headed into the stunning new theatre to receive an unforgettable and moving Conspirare experience, led by the inimitable Craig Hella Johnson.

After the performance, guests were led by the joyful Symphonic Choir into the dinner tent where even more magic awaited them. Hanging over the custom-built center stage was a custom Edison bulb lighting installation that was stunning! Custom-made garlands were draped throughout the tent and provided a creative and cultural effect for the guests.

Guests feasted on a delectable and creative family style menu including Baby Lobster Rolls, Short Ribs with Cippolini Onions & Wild Mushroom Ragout, Panko-crusted Chicken Paillard with Capers & Lemon-Chardonnay Buerre Blanc, Roasted Carrot & Parsnip Puree with Chive Oil drizzle, Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Candied Walnuts, Blueberry Crisp with Cinnamon-Brown Sugar Crumble & Vanilla Bean Whipped Cream and Dark Chocolate Truffle Tartlets.

Dinner concluded with a fun, live auction and a final performance by the talented singers. The client wanted to make sure the guests took some magic when them when they left, and so as they exited, they received handmade music boxes. And then, when they got into their cars to leave, they each had a piece of the custom made garland hanging from the rear view mirrors of their cars! It’s all in the details!

Our client was a restaurant industry software company that wanted to take its annual user conference to the next level – with seamless logistics and memorable experiences. In addition to three days of general sessions and break-outs designed to help clients better utilize the software, and roll out a new product, the company also wanted two off-premise events that would provide an opportunity for its sales staff to interact with its clients in a casual and fun atmosphere.

HIGHLIGHTS

• A two-tier check-in process for the 100+ attendees assured that they were not only greeted as they entered the hotel, but when they approached the check-in desk, their badges, packets and T-shirts were already waiting for them.
• The welcome reception at a 6^th Street live music hot-spot featured a locally-renowned band whose infectious rock sounds mixed with Latin percussion was a hit with the crowd. Sales staff and clients mingled and socialized over margaritas and Tex-Mex fare, including tequila infused ice cream.
• The first General Session started out with a bang – an opening act percussion group that played drums on trashcans woke everyone up and got them ready for a day of education and networking.
• The second night’s social event was held at a popular restaurant, chosen because the menu was sure to impress even these restaurant-industry clients who have seen it all. After cocktails on the private rooftop and a taste of the fabulous fare, guests were able to exercise their competitive muscles with a trivia competition, which included some industry related questions among the pop culture and history standards.

THE CLINK DIFFERENCE

Being hired after the venue had already been secured, CLINK hit the ground running to find the best way to fit the conference requirements into the space. We oversaw all logistics and coordinated all event details on site (online registration, venue, hotel rooms, check-in staffing, meeting room layout, program enhancements, on-site management). We also produced both off-site events from start to finish (venue selection, menu selection, layout, décor, transportation, entertainment). CLINK took care of the program logistics and planning, so that the client could focus on program content and relationship-building with its customers.
