Singapore-born Jim Dobie has been selected as skipper of Uniquely Singapore for Clipper 09-10.
“It’s an amazing opportunity and something I’ve been hoping for for a long time now, so I’m really excited and can’t wait to get going,” says Jim, 30, who learned to sail as a child. “My Dad used to windsurf and bought me my first board and sail, then I started dinghy sailing at local yacht clubs as a kid.”
