All you do is put your hot dogs in your instant pot with 1 cup of water. Close and seal the lid and press “Pressure Cook” or “Manual” and set the time to ZERO. Yes! You read that right! Zero! Have you ever hard of America's Incredible Pizza Company? It is an awesome place to go play and have fun with your family.

When you first walk in, you will notice several eating rooms to choose from. Each room has a different theme. The one in the picture, Memphis High School, has a high school theme inside which was really cute.

Who doesn't love a buffet?! America's Incredible Pizza has one of the best buffets (per my children). There have so many food options! You can either help yourself to the pizzas they already have made or (the best part) is you can ask them for your own special pizza!

My favorite was the salad bar! This picture doesn't show all the choices but there was eggs, tomatoes, sunflower seeds, croutons, bacon, cheese and much more.

When you walk into their arcade there are a BUNCH of video games to chose from! One of my kids favorite games to play was this Nascar driving game. They loved being side by side racing!

Ha, my kids are so focused!

I personally could sit here all day and play this one. I loved the larger then life screen.

My kids loved the hand protectors for the air hockey game. That's a great idea!

When your kids are finished playing and now want to redeem their tickets...

There are prizes galore to choose from. If you want to save your tickets and add to them the next time you come, you can!

Lastly, America's Incredible Pizza Company also has small attractions for an extra fee.

They have a small little roller coaster inside that you can ride. My kids thought it was pretty fun!

This was fun. It's like bowling but you're using much smaller balls to hit the pins.

In my opinion this course was very small and hard to maneuver. There isn't much room to move.

My kids couldn't get enough of laser tag. This was by far their favorite attraction. The room they played inside of was rather large and well designed.

This was a fun little attraction to let the kids have fun and drive.

Challenger Sports British Soccer Camp

A couple of months ago, Emily attended her first soccer camp! We signed her up for a 5-day British Soccer Camp through Challenger Sports. There are many camps available all across the nation for ages 3-14 so any kid at any skill level can find an appropriate camp.

On the first day, each child was given a soccer ball that is theirs to keep. This particular camp session only had kids ages 6-14. Each day began with a little socialization and communication to help the kids get comfortable with each other while they waited for all of the campers to arrive. The half day camp program started bright and early at 9am.

The group worked on the most basic soccer skills such as not touching the ball with your hands, keeping your head up while running with the ball, scoring goals, and passing. Then as the week went on, they practiced corner kicks, passing and more exercises.

On the second day the kids were encouraged to go home and decorate their soccer balls. Emily got really, really excited about this. She couldn't wait to decorate it with vinyl!

Emily had a blast and looked forward to getting up each morning and playing with her new friends.

I’m thrilled that Emily was able to have this experience – it was so good for her and she had an amazing time. We can't wait to sign her up again this summer.

It's Girl Scout cookie season here and OMG! I really thought I was prepared for this year but I was wrong. See that U-Haul there? That's a 17' truck and it's getting loaded with all types of Girl Scout cookies. My Girl Scout Troop worked so hard selling cookies this year.

In this picture, you will see 5,134 cookies! All these cookies need to go back to my house and be unloaded... UGH! That is going to take forever... and ever.

Harlem Globetrotters 2017-2018 Tour

Wow! Talk about a fun family night out. Have you ever been to a Harlem Globetrotters game? If you haven't, I highly recommend going to see them.

Their 2018 World Tour will showcase incredible ball handling wizardry, rim-rattling dunks, trick shots, hilarious comedy and unequaled fan interaction. After the game, Globetrotter stars will sign autographs and take photos with fans.

Their tricks are amazing! Going into the crowd to shoot the ball, flying in the air (or at least that's what my daughter says they do) to hilarious conversations, you are bound to have a great night!

My youngest two wanted to go court side to get a picture. So on our way down to check out their merchandise, we took a picture. These smiles say it all. Can you see the excitement in their eyes?

After the game, everyone was invited to come down and get autographs and pictures. I love how they take time after the game to come down and spend time with the fans. My boys have been trying to get all of their signatures for a few years now and they almost got them all. We were 2 short!

It's amazing how each of these players really make their fans feel appreciated. It does move at a fast pace on the court with signatures and pictures, but we are all racing around trying to get from one person to another.

We were asked to review this Mermaid Tail but the weather in December here in Mississippi was a bit cold to go jump in the pool. Were talking about 40 degrees right now!

The material is a very soft and comfortable to wear. My daughter had no problem getting into the Mermaid Tail at all. She said is was very fun to wear and loved how it looked.
