It's warming up in London, and so are the cruising ground fleshpots!

So in the last week I've had three enjoyable outdoor encounters ...

Enjoyable up to a point ...

Since the first of these encounter resulted in a blinding headache at the moment of ejaculation!

I'm usually out cycling when I stop by a cruising ground ... so I'm almost always wearing a heart rate tracker.

This encounter resulted in a peak Heart Rate of 153 bpm - a lovely slim hot asian guy often does this to me!

The painful headache dissipated fairly quickly, and was fully gone in about an hour.

A few days later I was in a different cruising ground and a painful headache came on just before I came!

This time the headache again eased reasonably quickly, but it probably took a couple of hours to fully go away.

And after the second blinding headache I decided that I couldn't ignore it ... so Doctor Google was consulted ...

The Mayo Clinic says that Sex Headaches are a thing - who knew!

And NHS Scotland agrees

I have a vague recollection of experiencing something similar a decade ago ... so I guess that I'm just due another set ... rather than it being anything too serious ... since I'm clearly still alive!

A few days later I was back in the first cruising ground and a pleasant guy seemed keen ... and he was reasonably good at sucking ... and had a lovely uncut dick ...

This time I tried to slow things down a bit, as I wondered if the rate of climax in the previous two encounters was part of the headache driver ... and it probably helped that I wasn't quite as turned on ...

This time the peak was 146 bpm - notably lower - and whilst I could feel a headached brewing it never culminated, and I was able to ejaculate without that blinding pain in the top of my skull ... which was a bonus!

So here's to a long hot Summer of lots of outdoor action ... without blinding headaches!

whilst there's only a couple of my gyms that have open showers ...

most have rows of cubicles facing each other ... and sometimes guys on both sides leave their cubicle doors open ...

so if there isn't any action happening in the steam room ...

the frustrated guys go to the showers ... especially using the end cubicles ...

and on this occasion, even though I wasn't really into the guy opposite me ...

usually it takes a number of attempts in the gym before things happen ...

and often I get bored and leave before shooting!

on this occasion I started off by checking out the showers ... but the other guy in the open showers wasn't my type ...

so I went back to the changing room to put on swimming shorts ... before heading to the steam room ...

but in the changing room I noticed a guy looking around ... more than straight guys do!

on my way to the steam room I stopped in the men's toilet to use the urinal ...

shortly afterwards the changing room guy arrived ... to use another urinal ...

and before long we were both getting excited ...

but one of the toilet cubicles was occupied so we had to be silent

sometimes the men's steam room gets so busy at my regular gym ... that you have to stand ...

although some guys choose to stand even when there's space to sit ...

and as guys come and go ... you get to move around ... further away from the door ...

so even when a new guy arrives in shorts (either straight or shy) ...

you can still managed to shoot a load ...

from a standing or a sitting position!

I wrote recently about a strangely unexciting encounter with three other guys in the steam room ...

And just a few days later I was back in the same steam room ... this time there were five of us ... and it still didn't work!

I think part of the problem is that there was a bit of a gap between each of us ... which didn't encourage interaction ...
