Zooey Deschanel wore a Carven Cutout Cotton-Silk Dress at the 2012 Fox Upfront event held at Central Park’s Wollman Rink in New York City (May 14, 2012). The dress features a white cotton cut-out shirt with a navy pique cotton skater skirt. The shirt has a spread collar with single button closure that leads into a cut-out neck and a cross-over draping. The pleated skirt has two hip pockets.

I think this dress was a fun choice for Zooey. It’s sweet and sexy but still embodies that girly-retro style that she’s known and loved for.

Lea Michele wore a Jenni Kayne Scoop Tank and a Jenni Kayne Flat Front Lace Skirt while arriving at her hotel (May 14, 2012). She completed her look with grey Casadei suede pumps. The pink silk top features tonal topstitching at the yoke and a semi-sheer style. The lace miniskirt features a silk waistband, an eyelash hem, and a hidden back zipper.

Ob-sessed. Lovin’ the pretty bubblegum pink color. The top and skirt look great together, but they would also add a lovely pop of colorto any look as separates. If you like both of these, there’s a pink lace tank dress by Jenni Kayne that’s also available.

Jennifer Love Hewitt wore a MINKPINK Scorpio Rising Mini Dress while at Drybar salon and shopping in Studio City (May 11, 2012). The vintage style pattern dress features a scoop neckline, a fitted top, a keyhole at the back, an empire waist, a contrast patterned skirt with pleating from the waist, and a patterned border at the hem.

It’s an adorable dress. It’s the kind you can easily throw on like a tee and just go about your day. It’s carefree and cute. Always a winning combo to me. This dress and I could be really good friends.

I’m not really in love with Jennifer’s boots with this dress. I’m not opposed to pairing boots with the dress, but these are sloppy looking to me.

Gwyneth Paltrow wore an Isabel Marant Vutti Printed Silk-Georgette Skirt with Isabel Marant Jenny Suede Ankle Boots while out in Beverly Hills (May 5, 2012). The multicolored printed silk-georgette skirt features an elasticated waist, slit pockets, raw trim, and a curved hem. The boots are available in three colors: taupe, camel and black.

I love seeing Gwyneth is Isabel Marant. The cute skirt was also spotted on Pink. If you like this print, it’s also available as a dress in two styles.

Naomi Watts wore a Lanston French Terry Slub Open Twisted Back Top while at the park in New York City (May 4, 2012). The black top features a twisted-cutout detailed back. If there’s one thing I hate, it’s a cool spin on comfort. Yeah, right. I totally kid. Cause I totally love it.

Lanston’s tops have the best of both worlds – effortless cool style and comfy fabric. That’s the good news. The bad news? You’ll want to fill your closet with lots and lots of things by Lanston. Ok, that’s not too bad. A true bummer is the fact that my fave Lanston top now has a tiny hole in it. That my friends, is not cool. Two thumbs waaaay down.  There’s nothing more heartbreaking than seeing one of your beloved closet treasures dying a slow death with a dreaded hole that will grow like a tumor with each wearing. I have yet to put it out to pasture. Sometimes it is just too difficult to say goodbye. Sniff. Sniff.

Lea Michele wore an A.L.C. Tali Blouse while shopping in Soho (May 7, 2012). The silk-chiffon blouse features a semi-sheer style, a scoop-neck, a front pouch pocket, pleating at single-button cuffs, a hidden 4-button closure, and a ribbed hem. The top is available in white and pink.

Cute. The kangaroo pouch pocket at the front is a nice style surprise. Something you might expect from a hoodie or a casual top, but not a pretty blouse.

Rachel Bilson wore a Topshop Hooded Quilted Jacket while grabbing lunch in Soho (May 9, 2012). The red nylon quilted jacket features a hood, snap buttons down the front, front pockets and floral lining. The color seems more like coral rather than a true red. Either way, I’m totally lovin’ it. It’s super cute and I’m guessing rather comfy too. I feel an intense craving coming on . . .

Eva Longoria wore a Victoria Beckham Stretch-Crepe Cutaway Dress with Brian Atwood Vanity Sandals while arriving at the “Late Show with David Letterman” in New York City (May 9, 2012). The black mid-weight stretch-crepe dress features a halter top with round neckline, contrast pale-gray grosgrain shoulder straps at the back, black satin ribbon trims, two front darts at the waist, and an exposed two-way back zipper.

One of my favorite Eva looks – ever. You just can’t beat an lbd by Victoria Beckham; the tailoring is impeccable. Her designs have this amazing style that makes them both modern and timeless. Oh, and those sandals . . . words can not do them justice. But I can choose one word. Fabu.

Alexa Chung wears an Erdem dress with Charlotte Olympia Meredith Printed Canvas Platform Wedges in the March issue of ELLE UK (2012). She also wore acetate Cutler and Gross sunnies. The tonal emerald and cream leaf canvas printed platform wedges feature a  flamingo pink wrap-around leather ankle strap with a gold-toned buckle, and a gathered bow detail on the front. These wedges have an awesome retro-inspired feel that totally makes me think of Florida.

Rachel Bilson wore a Diane von Furstenberg Gami Dot Coat on “Hart of Dixie” (epi 1.21 “Disaster Drills and Departures”). The black and gold lurex dot coat features a collarless silhouette, a snapped belt at the waist, front patch pockets, and a hidden hook-and-eye closures down the front. She also carried an Alexander Wang Kirsten Tote ( a few options available).

I just watched this epi yesterday, which means I just found out that next week is the season finale. booo. I hate when shows end. I need a cheesy-feel-good show that is full of fabu fashion that I can’t drool over. Zoe Hart I’m going to miss you and your wardrobe.
