From November 12th to 13th, 22 teams (8 advanced, 6 intermediate, and 8 novice) from around the Lower Mainland and Washington participated in the Cloverdale Curling Club Junior Spiel. Congratulations to the participants and winners.

On November 18th to 20th, dust off your blue suede curling shoes and get ready to shake, rattle, and sweep at the ’50′s Rock and Roll’ themed Ladies Bonspiel. The deadline to register is fast approaching and spaces are filling up. Make sure you register today to avoid the Cloverdale Curling Club blues.

Come to curl, but stay for the live entertainment, door prizes, loonie broom, and Saturday banquet. The cost to register is $260.00 per team ($65.00 deposit required). Phone Judy at 604-574-4483 to register.

Halloween Party

Come out to the Club on Saturday, October 29th to celebrate Halloween. Enjoy drinks, snacks, a DJ, and most importantly curling at one of the most anticipated events of the year.

The club will be ‘haunted’ from 7:00pm – 1:00am. Costume prizes will be given out for: best couple, most creative, and scariest.

Candy Cane Spiel

From December 9th to 11th the Cloverdale Curling Club Senior Ladies are organizing the ‘Candy Cane Spiel’.

Register today to guarantee your spot for one of the most anticipated Spiels of the year. Each team is guaranteed 5 daytime games (2 on Friday, 2 on Saturday, and 1 on Sunday).

There will be cash prizes, raffle and door prizes, muffins and coffee and so much more.

The entry deadline is December 1st. Cost? $180 per team .

First Annual Fun Spiel

On October 1st and 2nd, the CCC will be hosting the First Annual Fun Spiel. This is a great opportunity to meet curlers from different leagues!

All participants are guaranteed three games and cash prizes will be paid out for each win with a bonus to the ‘A’ event winner.

Who can play? Anyone! Teams may have any combination of four players (male/female, beginner/advanced – it doesn’t matter, so bring out your friends)

There will also be a dinner and dance on October 1st with extra tickets available for family and friends.
