Hundreds of millions of people around the world want to improve their lives. They are having difficulty in accomplishing this success themselves and recognize that they need help. When Club Asteria was first conceived and introduced to people all over the world, our goals were very clearly defined. It was our belief and purpose that we could reach out to those individuals and families that had this great desire to improve their lives and help them achieve their full potential. We started a grassroots level effort to give them the assistance they needed in order to make a positive difference in their lives. Utilizing our entrepreneurial education program, the tools, systems and programs that we were providing, we knew that we could make a positive difference in the lives of so many people. Success does not just happen; it happens because you educate yourself, and you have a vehicle that you can utilize to earn additional income. Our dedication and commitment to the vision and mission that we started of providing this education and the vehicle to achieve success has not changed or been altered. We know that we can make a difference in each and every committed member that joins our membership organization. We also know that we have a great responsibility to help those individuals that are in such dire circumstances that they can’t help themselves.

As we originally introduced our membership services, we experienced tremendous rapid success and growth. Members from all over the world were taking advantage of our programs and not only earning extra income for themselves but through their great generosity were helping so many people around the world that could not help themselves. Our success became widely known and well publicized. Tens of thousands of new members flocked to our website and joined our Club.

Unfortunately for many of these members and for all of us here at Club Asteria, they were joining for many of the wrong reasons. The fact is that many of these people joined under false pretenses made by certain members that were promoting Club Asteria with false information. They were not embracing our basic moral philosophy and ideals of educating ourselves, gaining knowledge and working hard to improve our own life and then reaching out to help those that truly needed our help. They believed that they could join our organization and not have any responsibility to contribute to the demands of our successful business enterprise. A passive member does not contribute to our goals or our mission.

The revenue that was created through the sale of our products and services and the funds that were generated through the utilization of our electronic wallet was shared with all of our members. These passive members joined and they did not care about purchasing our products and services or introducing our products and services to anyone else. In addition, they did not utilize or spread the word about the benefits of our electronic wallet. The weight of having so many unproductive, inactive members caused a great strain on the financial viability of our membership organization. It is not difficult for all of us to recognize and understand that if we have members that have joined us to support our cause, thereby helping each other to be successful and of course, spreading the word of our successes and good deeds, then the company will grow and prosper. Those passive members did not achieve the benefits of Club Asteria because of their own lack of effort. They then sought to drag us down with their own negative comments and complaints in public forums. It is such a shame and so wasteful when Club Asteria is accused of being a scam, a fraud and of course, even more hurtful when my own personal reputation and past achievements are questioned and demeaned.

It is gratifying to see that so many of our members have taken advantage of our educational program and have achieved great success by using our tools, systems and programs. Our 12 Step Program is available to every member and is truly making a difference in people’s lives. Signing up and going through this program is the means for each of our members to achieve the financial success that they desire.

Our intent, as it has always been, is to help our members earn extra income and live a better life. We know that with that extra income our members will live up to the mission of helping others as they provide for their own families. To help our members accomplish this we are going to be introducing programs that will clearly contribute to the financial success of each one of our members. Very shortly we will be introducing our Ambassador Program, which will be designed to provide an introduction and orientation for each member as he/she joins our Club. In this way each new member will very quickly have a coach/mentor that can help them take advantage of all of the educational services, systems, tools and programs that can help them to be a more active member and benefit from our services. Our emphasis has always been to help our members earn extra income through their own efforts.

In addition, the Ambassador Program will provide income generating opportunities for our most dedicated members that remain steadfast in assisting us to fulfill our vision and mission. In the next several weeks we will be introducing all of the details of our Ambassador Program so that each and every member can take advantage of it. We will also be delivering innovative new methods of taking advantage of our educational program in a very interactive format, as well as being able to utilize our e-Commerce Program to earn additional income. We will be encouraging all of our members to participate in our 12 Step Program which will help each member to achieve their financial goal. Our entire staff has spent the last three days in meetings working on delivering products and services that can help each and every one of our members. We are focused on new technologies and innovative services that can make earning additional income a reality for all of our members. Our goals, vision and mission have always been the same and that is, to help our members live a better life, reach their full potential and to provide assistance to those individuals and families that are in such dire circumstances that they cannot help themselves.

I am happy to tell you that very soon we will be introducing our new mentoring/coaching program. This program will assist each member in learning how to take advantage of all of the benefits that Club Asteria offers. It will also offer income opportunities to members that want to participate as Mentors in the program. As so many of you know, our tablet is being readied for its pre-launch. This tablet will change the way education and information are delivered and how revenue can be earned through its use. In addition, your individual member websites are being finalized and should be available in the next several weeks.

The last thing that I would like to tell you about is our program to enhance the value of Asterios that are held by our membership. We are finalizing our product catalog by adding thousands of durable and digital products and creating valuable discounts through the use of Asterios. MATCHING BONUS

POLICY CHANGES AT CLUB ASTERIA

We want to absolutely assure all of our members at Club Asteria that each and every day all of our managers, staff and support personnel are focused on two very important purposes. The first is how we can consistently provide the best service to our membership base; to accomplish this we are constantly seeking new opportunities, benefits, products and services that will help all of our members to be successful. Our goal, as always, is to help our members earn extra income so they can take care of their loved ones and then reach out and help others in greater need. The second purpose is to maximize our revenue and make sure we use that revenue wisely in supporting all of our philanthropic causes around the world.

Each week our revenue is determined by the amount of products and services purchased or sold through our membership. It is due to hard working members that we have been able to continuously share our revenue at a high percentage rate to this date. It is important for every member to understand that the only revenue that can be shared is based on what is earned. The harder that we all work and the more diligently we pursue the sale and purchase of Club Asteria products and services, the more revenue will be generated to share. Club Asteria’s growth has been phenomenal. We are financially sound and maintain more than adequate financial reserves. In any business there are ups and downs. We all know that there has been a problem with our servers operating inefficiently because of the tremendous number of people that are visiting and using our site. This is a good thing, and we are working to dramatically improve the capacity of our servers. There is not a straight line of growth to the top or a continuous path that is followed for any successful company. We have been very fortunate that as we have grown, our revenue has also consistently grown. Once again, this is due to the very diligent efforts of the majority of our members.

It is important to understand that in the future we will be studying and formulating a new policy for revenue sharing based on performance. Members that contribute to our revenue should receive higher rewards. We will continue to grow and be sustainable as we reward the members that contribute the most.

In addition, the matching bonus has been a wonderful blessing and gift to all of us, but it creates a burden in being able to keep up the high percentage of revenue sharing. We are happy to confirm that the 100% matching bonus for sales of $250 and above will continue throughout the month of February. Effective immediately there will be a maximum of 3000 Asterios in total matching bonus that a member can receive. On March 1st, we will be announcing any other changes to the matching bonus based on a thorough study of its benefits and costs.

We have also discussed with our Network Directors changes that would be more fair and produce more income for Club Asteria to both share with our membership and contribute to our philanthropic projects. We are instituting a policy where each leg of a Network Director will be limited to $10,000 of income per month and the total account limited to $25,000 per month. With this change, more funds will be available to share with our members and philanthropic projects.

We want to thank all of our members for their support and contribution in helping Club Asteria grow and do so much good in the world. We have been able in these past months to pay out millions of dollars in commissions and provide hundreds of thousands of dollars of support to the world. We can all be very proud of this. In the very near future we will be launching many exciting benefits, including our new and improved website, our new income producing e-commerce system, entrepreneurial education program and our new electronic wallet made possible through advanced mobile technology. In the next weeks the introduction of these products and services will benefit each member and create a value for your membership that will make you very proud. Welcome to the New Year. The books for 2010 are officially closed and we are now fully engaged in the opportunities that 2011 has for all of us. We wish for each of our members the very best health, abundant financial success and happiness in all areas of your lives. We here at Club-Asteria are committed to doing everything possible to add to the benefits and support of our members in every way.

One of the challenges that we face is the issue of timely and expedient response by Member Services to member inquiries. There are times that we must ask our members for patience and understanding in getting back an answer to a specific question or request. Our Member Services Team is working very diligently and is committed to provide responses to inquiries as quickly as possible. Unfortunately with growth, especially the dramatic growth that Club-Asteria has experienced, there are many times delays in being able to provide exceptional service. You can be assured that every upgrade, cashout, purchase, reward or any other issue will be handled in a satisfactory manner.

I hope that our members understand that many delays are caused by circumstances beyond our control. For instance, in the UK, where our Member Services Team is located, there were seven bank holidays since December 24^th, all of which had to be observed by our Admin staff under UK employment laws. This created a backlog which we are currently working through. There were also issues, as most of you know, with our servers being overtaxed by the number of new members and visitors to our site that slowed down our performance tremendously. We have upgraded our servers and we are still working to improve the bottlenecks that occur when tens of thousands of our members login during peak hours. As our servers are slowed down, please understand that this also slows down the access our Member Service Team has to answer your inquiries.

To remedy these challenges we are in the process of securing new offices in the UK for our Member Support Team and will be moving to this new expanded facility shortly. We are continuing to add new staff members. I am sure you can understand the challenges of training new personnel while continuing to support our member inquiries. In spite of all of these challenges our Member Support Team is there to support each of our members and respond as quickly as possible. We ask you during this exciting time of growth at Club Asteria to be patient and understand that we will definitely attend to each and every inquiry.

Since the new Support Ticket system has opened, we have had multiple inquiries from members for the same issue, with 26 tickets opened by one member. Please understand that every ticket has to be researched again even if the issue was already resolved on a prior ticket, and that takes time away from answering another member’s request. To help us clear out the backlog of duplicate inquiries we have temporarily reduced the number of support tickets allowed per member to one.

The scheduled release of the first phase of our new website and back office software is on track for delivery in late-January. The most important feature of the new system is the automation of member transactions, from the subscription payments and purchases of programs, products and services and automatic rewards to the members and their upline; to upgrading of account status; and automatic cashouts and funds transfers. This automation will significantly reduce the need for inquiries and reminder tickets from members.

We here at Club-Asteria are so grateful for the support of all of our members to carry out the mission that Club-Asteria stands for. Together we will make a significant difference in helping people all over the world.

We are happy to report that our new Support Ticket system has been installed on the Contact page of Club Asteria and is now ready for use. If you have an issue with your account that has not yet been resolved, please go to http://helpdesk.club-asteria.us/index.php and enter your inquiry/comment on a new support ticket.

The support ticket system tracks all of your inquiries and Admin responses in one place. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required as well as your account ID, as this will allow Admin to respond to your request as quickly and efficiently as possible. Repeated inquiries for the same issue will be deleted automatically, and that too will enable Admin staff to answer requests of all members faster.

We are here to serve you and hope that this new Support Ticket will provide greater satisfaction to you, our valued members.

PS: Server Upgrades at Club-Asteria

We are very happy to report that in the past couple of months our membership has had an unprecedented growth. Our average number of unique visitors to our site has multiplied to a point that it has overtaxed the capabilities of our servers. I am sure that you have experienced the difficulty of getting on to our site.

Our IT team has recognized that this growth needs to be managed with better hardware and around the clock monitoring of our servers for better performance. We are working towards acquiring the highest caliber of machines/hardware that is universally available. We have completed a first round of upgrades to our servers and we are in the process of a second round of upgrades.

Moving forward we plan for a third round of upgrades which might happen as early as in a few weeks. We are looking at a cluster of servers working together to load balance. We are in negotiations to bring in the necessary hardware as soon as logistics allow us. This will spread the users across multiple machines and give us the ability to add many more members as we grow.

We understand how frustrating it can be if you cannot log into your account, but please bear with us as we are doing our best to manage the growth of Club-Asteria. Once again, there is nothing more important than our complete commitment to providing the best service to each and every one of our members.

A big idea starts with the thoughts of caring, intelligent people that want to tackle a challenging social problem and bring about positive change. The big idea that Club Asteria was founded on was the brainchild of Andrea Lucas, Managing Director, whose years with the World Bank and other global ventures defined what she wanted to accomplish to benefit the people of the world. Andrea is very proud of her time spent at the World Bank and her contributions to their world- wide mission. GREAT NEWS - CASHOUTS WILL BE RESTORED TOMORROW

Thank you for your patience. We have now completed our investigation of the duplicate commission run of last week, and I am happy to tell you that we are satisfied with the results. Our IT staff confirmed that all members received their commissions, albeit twice. The second commission run included the additional Asterios added to the first run.

We will be processing the cashout requests beginning this afternoon US EST. Because of the large number of cashout requests, this process will take some time. New cashout requests will be accepted tomorrow morning US EST. Pending cash transfers will be processed today and new cash transfers will be accepted tomorrow morning US EST. There will be no additional commission run this coming Thursday.

Again, I sincerely apologize to all of you for the computer error that has caused this duplicate commission run and the time it took to figure out the problem. We had to ensure that it won’t happen again in future and, more importantly, that all members received their commissions.

All processes will be back to normal next week. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Thank you all for not flooding our Inboxes with inquiries, concerns and comments with regard to the system error that caused the duplicate commission run. Our IT Department is working on the solution and expects to have the duplicate commission run reversed by Tuesday morning US time. To make their job easier we have temporarily suspended the ability to make transfers and request cashouts. All pending transfer and cashout requests will be canceled and your money will be safely returned to your cash balance. This will be done over the next couple of days.

You can be assured that we are working as hard as we can to rectify this problem. Our only goal is to be of service to each of our members.

Please take note that there has been a system error in the weekly commission run. You will see in your back office that you have received two Asterio and Cash distributions. This is an error caused by a software glitch. Our IT people are working to correct this immediately. Unfortunately, because of the tens of thousands of members in our database, this might take some time. Please bear with us and have patience, as we correct the error.

Please understand that we cannot commence our normal cashout and cash transfer processes until this error is corrected. We will keep you informed as to the progress and we anticipate it to be a short delay. Rest assured that in January our improved software platform will alleviate this type of a software problem.

We are celebrating Thanksgiving here in the United States this weekend, and therefore our offices will be closed until Monday, November 29th.

Thanksgiving is America's preeminent day. It is celebrated every year on the fourth Thursday in the month of November. Its origin can be traced back to the 16th century when the first thanksgiving dinner is said to have taken place to give thanks for a good harvest. Today we are thankful for all the good things that have happened in our lives during the previous year. We, the partners of Club-Asteria are very thankful for the many blessings we received during the year through the growth of our membership, the excellent leadership of our Network Directors and the value our business partners are bringing to Club-Asteria for the benefit of our members. It is because of all of you together that we will succeed with our vision for 2011-2012. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

ACCOUNT BALANCE does not show correctly

We are making adjustments to our software. Right now, everyones' account display is being rounded down to the nearest dollar. Soon, hopefully today, this will be adjusted back to the nearest cent. Your account is simply displaying the nearest dollar, but your account actually contains information to the nearest 1/1000 cent. All your information is accounted for and safe.

This adjustment is designed to make all of the accounting in your back office more efficient and provide easier cashouts. Previously your accounts were rounded up to the nearest cent and this caused an error when trying to cash out 100% of what was shown in your back office. The error was due to your account actually having 99.999% of what was shown. Therefore, you may have received an insufficient funds error.

This and many other upgrades are being addressed. You will see changes on the site and in your back office during the next few months. We are doing everything in our power to bring you a perfect system. So please be patient.

You may also notice a Cashout Request Pending in your Account Overview just below your current balance. The programmers are simply coordinating the two and this will be adjusted soon.
