Storage on R'Mail has increased to 25gigs! Google App accounts are also becoming full Google accounts, providing access to services like YouTube and Picassa via R'Mail.

iLearn Upgrade to Version 9.1 Prior to Fall Quarter

C&C's Classroom Technology Deploys Echo360 Course Capture Units!

Building on the Course Capture Pilot, C&C has deployed two Echo360 course capture units in the new Material Science & Engineering building classrooms. Students in these classrooms will have on-demand access to archived educational content as presented during lecture, including a video camera feed and classroom audio. The result is an enhanced educational experience.

iShareOU Available for Group Accounts

iShareOU offers organization level accounts, that work in the same fashion as individual iShare accounts. Org-level personnel are able to create folders for departments, projects, offices, etc., all with appropriate permissions.

Transition to Microsoft Exchange E-mail for Staff and Faculty

Email, calendar, contacts, and tasks, are combined with Exchange, the new email host for staff and faculty. Each user receives 5 gigabytes of quota. Synchronization of the Outlook client and Smartphones allow one to have access to email and calendar at once, in an instant.
